绿色交通理念下的非机动化发展对策

随着我国机动化水平的不断提高,带来的是我国交通问题的日益突出,利用＂绿色交通理念＂,适时发展非机动化交通方式,对解决城市交通拥堵等交通问题有重要意义。     

Inhibition of glucose transport in human erythrocytes by 2,3-dioxoindole (Isatin)

10 mM isatin (2,3-dioxoindole) inhibited glucose influx into human erythrocytes by over 30%. The inhibition is of the competitive type, where the affinity constant (K_t) was increased from 5.71 (control) to 11.11 mM in the presence of isatin with no change in V_max (130 nmol/min/ml packed cells). The observed inhibition of sugar transport by isatin was not mediated through membrane–SH groups accessible to iodoacetate, iodoacetamide, DTNB, DNP or sodium arsenite. Isatin inhibited sugar transport in the presence of 2 mM harmaline, an alkaloid inhibitor of Na⁺, K⁺–ATP_ase activity. The inhibition was non additive which suggests that these two compounds interact with the same or a similar site on the erythrocyte membrane.

The plasma membrane proton-translocating ATPase

Living cells require membranes and membrane transporters for the maintenance of life. After decades of biochemical scrutiny, the structures and molecular mechanisms by which membrane transporters catalyze transmembrane solute movements are beginning to be understood. The plasma membrane proton-translocating adenosine triphosphatase (ATPase) is an archetype of the P-type ATPase family of membrane transporters, which are important in a wide variety of cellular processes. The H+-ATPase has been crystallized and its structure determined to a resolution of 8 angstrom in the membrane plane. When considered together with the large body of biochemical information that has been accumulated for this transporter, and for enzymes in general, this new structural information is providing tantalizing insights regarding the molecular mechanism of active ion transport catalyzed by this enzyme.     

束流输运网络中多目标的分区耦合牵制控制

分别构造了具有小世界和无标度拓扑结构的束流输运网络,为了实现网络多目标同步控制的目的,把束流输运网络按照需要分成多局域网络,采用多局域网络的全局耦合分局域控制方法,实现了分区局域网络中各自所需的多目标(不动点和周期态等)的稳定控制.该方法可以拓广应用于其他复杂网络的多目标控制.     

H.264视频编码中的快速失真与速率估计算法

H.264视频编码标准采用率失真优化技术追求更高的编码效率。针对每一个宏块,编码器需要遍历多种帧内和帧间模式,复杂度较大,提出了模式选择中速率和失真的快速估计算法。该算法省去了模式判决中的反变换和熵编码过程,利用频域系数来直接估计宏块的编码失真和速率,且失真的估计能适于不同的宏块类型,速率的估计能自适应于视频的内容。仿真结果表明,对于多种类型的视频序列,该算法相对于参考算法能够提供较高的估计准确度,在保持编码率失真性能下降不多的条件下,节省了约35%的模式决定时间。
