高速压缩空气对纤维分离的研究与应用

对纤维在喷嘴中产生的喷气流场中的受力和运动情况作了理论分析和推导,探索了利用高速压缩气流来分离纤维的可能性,在此基础上提出了一种新的纺纱方法——喷气自由端纺纱,并设计了纺纱装置进行纺纱实验,结果表明,这种方法纺出的纱具有一般自由端成纱的结构,且本方法利用高速气流来形成自由端和加捻成纱,不损伤纤维.     

水溶液中产生(O_2)~·的机理及其自旋捕获研究

研究了氧饱和碱性连二亚硫酸钠（Ｎａ２Ｓ２Ｏ４）水溶液中超氧负离子基（Ｏ２－）产生的机理，ＥＳＲ和ＵＶ光谱结果表明该反应可能经历Ｏ２与ＳＯ２－间单电子转移；体系中Ｏ２－处于产生－消失的动态过程，其稳定性依赖于溶液ｐＨ值；一次充氧饱和条件下，［Ｏ２－］应不超过１０－３ｍｏｌＬ－１；连续充氧条件下Ｏ２－的累积量与ＳＯ２－的累积量有关

系统分析了超高速充液旋压内螺旋翅片过程中轴向拉力和断管倾向 .改善入口模区和旋压区管内 (外 )润滑条件 ,优化入口模和挡头结构 ,精确控制旋压量大小是减少轴向拉力及其断管倾向的主要措施 .旋压量增大时轴向拉力增大 ,当旋压量超过临界值时轴向拉力随旋压量增加而急剧增大 .入口模锥角对轴向拉力的影响十分明显 ,在入口模锥角13°时 ,轴向拉力最小 ,随着入口模锥角的增大或减少 ,轴向拉力均会增大 .

简述了竹节纱的特征、规格参数，并以中后罗拉间歇增速法为主，探讨了纺制无规律竹节纱，有规律竹节纱的多种途径，以及纺纱过程中应注意的问题。     

Influences of NMMO Content in Coagulation Bath on Mechanical Proper-ties of Lyocell Fibers

The influences of the coagulation bath concentration in N-Methyl-Morpholine-N-oxide(NMMO)processon the maximum spinning speed and the mechanicalproperties(the modulus,the tenacity and the extensionat break)of Lyocell flbers are investigated.The resultsshow that the maximum spinning speeds decrease withthe increasing coagulation bath concentration.When theconcentration of coagulation bath is 10％(wt％),the te-nacity and modulus of the obtained Lyocell fibers reachmaximum and the extension at break of the fibers reach-es minimum.

Computation and Measurement of Winding Tension in Ring Spinning

By studying the variations of balloon height and of wind-ing radius in any one winding layer of ring spinning, the formula for determining the winding tension in any layer is derived, and then the overall tension variation throughout all winding layers can be computed. A meth-od of measuring the winding tension is also introduced here, with the measured results agreeing with the com-puted ones, and so the reliable relationship between winding tension, speed and ring traveller weight can be thus obtained. The highest allowable spindle speed is also discussed.
