多类型体系贡献率评估的综合问题研究

在体系化作战背景下, 体系贡献率成为评估装备价值的准则。随着实践和研究的深入, 决策中存在多类型体系贡献率综合问题。本文对多类型体系贡献率的产生机理进行详细论述, 并进一步通过数理分析, 在多样化目标特性与目标层次化特性两种情形下, 剖析多类型贡献率综合存在的计算问题。本文给出了3种多类型贡献率综合计算模型, 包括过程终点求解、基于多目标优化的求解、基于贴合度的求解, 并对三者进行案例说明与比较分析。研究表明,多类型体系贡献率不宜通过线性加权直接综合,而应在不同场景下采取适当的分析模型。     

智力资本协同风险资本的系统建模及效应检验

根据哈肯的协同学原理和方法, 对智力资本和风险资本的协同系统建模并进行了参数变量和协同变化定性分析, 推导了二者的自组织运动方程, 指出风险资本的参与会引起创业企业智力资本水平的显著变化, 进而会影响企业整体绩效. 后根据VAIC模型（value added intellectual coefficient model）进行多变量面板回归实证检验, 研究发现： 有风险资本参与时智力资本对企业绩效影响较大, 二者的协同效应会提升企业的资产利用效率, 增加股东权益回报, 以及提高企业的持续增长能力. 但该绩效影响 主要表现在有形资本方面, 即物质资本增值效率, 而无形资本如人力资本和结构资本增值效率并不显著. 该研究表明创业企业还需加强风险资本利用效率, 并要有针对性地改革和增强自身智力资本形成.     

Consistency analysis of accelerated degradation mechanism based on gray theory

A fundamental premise of an accelerated testing is that the failure mechanism under elevated and normal stress levels should remain the same. Thus, verification of the consistency of failure mechanisms is essential during an accelerated testing. A new consistency analysis method based on the gray theory is pro- posed for complex products. First of all, existing consistency ana- lysis methods are reviewed with a focus on the comparison of the differences among them. Then, the proposed consistency ana- lysis method is introduced. Two effective gray prediction models, gray dynamic model and new information and equal dimensional （NIED） model, are adapted in the proposed method. The process to determine the dimension of NIED model is also discussed, and a decision rule is expanded. Based on that, the procedure of ap- plying the new consistent analysis method is developed. Finally, a case study of the consistency analysis of a reliability enhancement testing is conducted to demonstrate and validate the proposed method.

Degradation of 2,4-dichlorophenol catalyzed by the immobilized laccase with the carrier of FeaO4@MSS-NH2

With the Fe304@MSS （magnetic mesoporous silica spheres）-NH2 as the carrier and the glutaraldehyde as crosslinking agent, the immobilized laccase has been pre- pared and characterized by XRD, IR, SEM and BET etc. Under the optimal conditions, the removal efficiency of 2,4-DCP reached 88 % and the removal efficiency still remained 61.5 % after five cycles of operations. In virtue of GC-MS analysis, 2,5-dimethoxyl-l,4-quinone, 2-chlo- rine-l,4-dimethoxyl benzene, 3,3＇-dichlorine-4,4＇-dimeth- oxyl biphenyl, maleic acid phenol ester, and three kinds of maleic acid, alcohol ester, and para-hydroxyl phenol ester compounds have been identified as intermediate and final degradation products of 2,4-DCP, respectively. Besides, the degradation products of 2,4-DCP have been confirmed by performing the 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR experiments, further demonstrating the degradation mechanism of 2,4- DCP by the immobilized laccase.
