基于网络药理学和分子对接探讨智脑胶囊改善阿尔茨海默病的作用机制

借助网络药理学和分子对接技术,探讨智脑胶囊改善阿尔茨海默病的干预机制。通过TCMSP、TCMID等多个数据库寻找与智脑胶囊相关的化学成分及其作用靶点;利用GeneCard等数据库获取阿尔茨海默病的作用靶点;运用Venny2.1网站筛选出药物与疾病的交集靶点;使用STRING平台和Cytoscape软件进行拓扑分析得到智脑胶囊治疗阿尔茨海默病的核心作用靶点;采用Metaspace数据库对潜在核心作用靶点进行GO(gene ontology)及KEGG(Kyoto encyclopedia of genes and genomes)通路富集分析;利用AutoDock软件使用分子对接验证活性化合物与核心靶点的结合能力。结果表明：在智脑胶囊中共筛选出44个活性成分和292个有效靶点,智脑胶囊与阿尔茨海默病共同靶点58个;蛋白质-蛋白质相互作用得出关键靶点包括AKT1、IL-6、TNF等;GO分析共包含1 419条,KEGG得到175条代谢通路,主要包括脂质与动脉硬化、TNF信号通路;分子对接显示关键成分与靶点具有良好的结合能力。研究表示智脑胶囊可能通过脂质与动脉硬化和TNF信号通路等途径来减轻...     

西昌人工与自动酸雨观测记录差异规律研究

利用西昌国家基本气象站2021年人工和自动的酸雨观测数据,对TCYII 1型酸雨自动观测系统和人工系统的降水采样偏差及完整性、测量数据的准确性和一致性、设备硬件及软件通讯的故障率进行了对比分析。结果表明：正常情况下,2套系统数据的完整性、准确性、一致性较好。酸雨自动观测系统在采样方式及样品保存方面具备一定优势,能够保证观测数据更接近于自然雨水的数值,更贴近真实情况。自动观测系统面临单轨运行,它的手动操作设置、部分配件需厂家优化改进。上级主管部门对自动系统测量阈值的设定、采样中出现的漏采、空采、多采等特殊情况,仍需进一步明确处理办法。     

关于纺织机械噪声评价标准的探讨

机器噪声的污染问题,日益受到世界各国的重视和关注,现在国际上对机器噪声的测量,主要采用声功率级。但用这种声功率级的评价指标尚有某些不足之处,本文拟在声功率级基础上,提出“机器噪声相对声功率系数”的概念,作为评价、比较、改进机器噪声及综合质量的补充指标,以弥补声功率级的不足。     

Population biology of bryozoans: correlates of sessile,colonial life histories in freshwater habitats

Bryozoans are common, often abundant, sessile, colonial invertebrates of freshwaters. By reviewing what is known of their general ecology and considering in further detail the population biology of specific groups, we provide evidence that 1) populations are locally ephemeral and regional persistence is attained via a dynamic equilibrium between dispersal and colonization, and 2) sex may often be infrequent and a high degree of clonality obtains at both local and regional scales. On the basis of these characteristics we discuss how the group offers exceptional opportunities for investigating a number of fundamentally important ecological and evolutionary questions.The highly curious modification of the Molluscan type which the Polyzoa [=Bryozoa] present... the great beauty of their forms, and the facility with which they can in general be observed in a living state, cannot but render them special favorites for every lover of Nature; and for the more profound student must confer on them a peculiar significance, and invest their study with a scientific interest which is scarcely surpassed by that of any other group of animals.... 贵州省粮食储藏地理区划初步研究

通过对贵州省气象特征的分析,尤其是对影响粮食安全储藏的主要环境因素温度和相对湿度的分析,得出贵州省粮食储藏可划分为四个地理区域。依据各区域的储藏气候条件和主要粮食的储藏特点,提出相应的储藏技术措施。     

烯烃的分子距离边数矢量(μ)及沸点的估计与预测

基于双键相对于单键键长的大小,提出了烯烃的分子距离边数（ＭＤＥ）矢量（μ矢量）;进而通过多元线性回归方法建立μ矢量与烯烃沸点之间的关系模型并进行预测,计算沸点与实验值之间的均方根误差仅为３．７８Ｋ,相关系数为０．９９９３。     

吉非罗齐胶囊剂的相对生物利用度及其生物等效性评价

１０名健康受试者口服两种不同厂家生产的吉非罗齐胶囊,以高效液相色谱法（ＨＰＬＣ）测定其血药浓度经时过程,经“ＰＫＢＰ－Ｎ１”药动学程序计算表明,湘江制药厂生产的吉非罗齐胶囊与金晓制药厂生产的吉非罗齐胶囊的吸收半衰期ｔ１／２ｋａ分别为（０４２±０１９）和（０４９±０２８）ｈ;消除半衰期ｔ１／２分别为（１４８±０８４）和（１２６±０４５）ｈ;达峰时间ｔｍａｘ分别为（１４５±０３７）和（１６０±０７８）ｈ;达峰浓度ｃｍａｘ分别为（６１８８±１５５１）和（６１５１±１０３４）μｇ／ｍＬ;ＡＵＣ０－∞分别为（２１２９１±４７１６）和（１９９８５±２４９１）μｇ·ｈ／ｍＬ,以湘江制药厂生产的吉非罗齐胶囊为参比测得金晓制药厂生产的吉非罗齐胶囊的相对生物利用度为０９３９。经双单侧ｔ检验法统计分析,表明两制剂间ＡＵＣ无显著差异,两制剂具有生物等效性。     

试论群众体育与终身体育的接轨

本文从当今国际、国内逐渐兴起的终身体育教育出发,根据我国现阶段群众体育发展的现状,阐述了以终身体育为指导,使群众体育与终身体育接轨,才能更好地、广泛地开展群众体育活动,丰富人民群众的业余文化生活,实现建设体育强国的目标．     

High-precision timing of the Quaternary standard samples with thermal ionization mass spectrometry (TIMS) U-series method

Two national stalagmite standard (GBW04412, GBW04413) and one international coral standard (RKM_4) have been determined by using thermal ionization mass spectrometry (TIMS) method. The values of ( 234 U/ 238 U) act , ( 230 Th/ 234 U) act and age are all consistent in error range with the standard values obtained by using α spectrometry.     

Osmium isotope determination on mantle-derived peridotite xenoliths from Panshishan with N-TIMS

The¹⁸⁷Os/¹⁸⁸Os ratios of spinel lherzolite xenoliths from Panshishan determined with N-TIMS are lower than that of the primitive mantle, which shows depleted mantle characteristics. Their positive correlation with Al₂O₃/MgO suggests that the geochemical behavior of trace elements Re and Os is similar to that of Al₂O₃ and MgO respectively during the magmatic evolution and Re-Os isotopic system is largely immune to mantle metasomatism. A model age of 2.8–3.4 Ga obtained by¹⁸⁷Os/¹⁸⁸Os-Al₂O₃/ MgO correlation might represent the homogeneous age of the mantle lithosphere beneath the area.
