Geochronology of the Hannan intrusive complex to adjoin the Qinling orogen and its rapid cooling reason

The geochronological works for the Hannan intrusive complex, cosisting of the gabbro-quartz dio-rite-plagiogranite bodies, in the north border of the Yangtze craton block, adjoining the Qinling orogen, are reported, because its age and genesis are of great importance to research of the tectonic evalutional history for the Qinling orogen and of the rifted processes for the Late Proterozoic supercontinent Rodinia. A good isochron of t=(837±26) Ma (2σ), corresponding to INd=0.51165±2(2σ), εNd(t)=+1.9, MSWD1.02, was difined by the Nd isotopic analytical results for the 21 whole-rock samples from the varied lithological complex bodies, but for the Rb-Sr isotopic aralytical data there is no isochron. The 40Ar/39Ar plateau age of the biotite, sorted from plagiogranites, is (796±20) Ma(2σ), and yet for the Rb-Sr isotopic data of the plagiogranite whole-rock samples (WR) and the sorted biotite (Bio), plagioclase (Plag) and apatite (Apt) mineral samples from the plagiogranitewhole-rock samples, an isochron of t=(824.86±3.8) Ma (2σ) with ISr=0.70393±14(2σ), MSWD2.44 is given. The U-Pb isotopic results for the single zircon, sorted from pla-giogranite samples, yielded an upper and a lower intercept ages of -876 Ma and -273 Ma. The Nd isotope data of complex indicate that it is probably the products of crystallization differentiation from the magma with 3333Nd>0 when the rapid uplift in 837-800 Ma took place in the northern border of the Yangtze craton block.     

Discovery of Ordovician acritarchs in Buqingshan ophiolite complex, East Kunlun Mountains and its significance

This note reports the first discovery of Middle-Late Ordovician acritarchs from the Buqingshan ophiolite complex of the southern ophiolite zone of East Kunlun. The acritarch assemblage is dominated with acanthomorphids (approx. 32%) and sphaeromorphds (approx. 63%) and contains more characteristic forms, such as Lophosphaeridium edenense, L. varum, Nothooidium sp.,? Buedingiisphaaeridium sp., Visbysphaera sp., Strophomorpha sp., etc. In addition, some tube-like fragments and tetrads, which are recognized as affinity to terrestrial plants and usual occurrence in Late Ordovician-Early Silurian strata, are preserved together with acritarchs. All the known fossil evidence indicates that the strata should be Middle-Late Ordovician in age. It not only provides paleontological proof for the existence of Ordovician ophiolite, but also challenges the usual ideas on strata composition of the studied area and the southern ophiolite zone of East Kunlun, and the models on tectonic framework and evolution of this area and the northern part of the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau.     

Structures of mylonitic granites of the Yagan metamorphic core complex on Sino-Mongolian border??implications for its kinematics and chronology

The mylonitic granitic plutons are extended in line-shape (L) and parallel to the regional extensional shear foliation. After being unstrained, the primary shapes of these plutons are also nearly sheet-like (S). Their fabrics are of S-L or L type. Various kinds of shear marks indicate top-to-south shear. The plutons of various stages are different in deformation intensity; however, the foliation and lineation of these rocks have the same shear sense, which suggests progressive ductile shearing. The development mechanisms of the fabrics include magmatic flow, high-temperature solidstate flow and mid-low temperature solid-state flow. All this demonstrates that these plutons are probably early synextensional tectonic plutons. Their structural features and ages suggest that the low- and mid-crustal extensional detachments might have occurred at the early stage of the development of the metamorphic core complex in the early Mesozoic. These deformations are much deeper at levels and much older than those formed at the final formation stage.     

稀土与L—组氨酸L—谷氨酸三元配合物的pH电位法研究

报道了在模拟生理条件（37℃,c=0．15mol.L^-1NaCl）下用精密pH电位法对15种稀土元素与L－组氨酸及L－谷氨酸溶液体系三元配合物稳定常数的测定结果,实验数据处理用程序Miniquad-82A完成,玻璃电极的选择及校正用Magec程序完成,结果表明在该三元体系中普遍存在3种类型的酸式配合物（1111,1112及1113型）,且第一类型配合物的稳定常数相差较小。     

苯乙烯与2，3—二氰基—2，3—二（对，间—二甲氧基苯）丁二酸二乙酯或丙烯腈形成的电荷转移络合物的研究

利用紫外／可见光谱在紫外波长范围内,以CHCl2为溶剂,测定了苯乙烯与2,3－二氰基－2,3－二（对,间－二甲氧基苯）丁二酸二乙酯或丙烯腈形成的电荷转移络合物的络合常数,根据结构不同的分子之间的相作用可以说明实验结果。     

贵州冬小包脚菇生物学特性及复合生态

在对冬小包脚菇子实体及生长基物的无机成份进行测定的同时 ,对其子实体的营养成份 (即粗蛋白、氨基酸、还原糖等 )、生长基物 (农作物桔杆稻桩 )的分解情况、土壤有机质含量进行了分析测定。在研究样方的生态观测中 ,测定了光照强度、气温、地温、降水量 ,土壤酸碱度、容重、比重、孔隙度、自然含水量等。     

中国人卵母细胞中联会复合体的电镜分析

运用表面铺展SDS处理,硝酸银染色的电镜观察技术,分析了5例中国胎儿卵母细胞中联会复合体的发育情况,结果表明：引起神经管损伤的因子对卵母细胞中同源染色体配对行为无影响;中国人卵母细胞中同源染色体开始配对可能发生在胎龄14周之前。

多胺锌（Ⅱ）配合物对水解酶的模拟研究

研究了多胺配体二乙三胺（Dien)锌（Ⅱ）配合物作水解酶模型物催化对硝基苯酚醋酸酯（NA）水解的动力学。结果表明,水解速率遵循速率方程dC/dt=(kobs[ZnDien] kOH[OH]＋…)[NA],催化反应受酸碱平稀控制,催化机理与天然酶一致,显示了该研究设计的配体和锌酥中配位环境相似的特点。
