H油田碳酸盐岩油藏由于构造变化大,岩性复杂,在流体识别及流体界面的划分中出现了很多矛盾。对于气体识别,采用补偿中子测井挖掘效应在有些区块有效,而有些区块是无效的,因此,需要对挖掘效应的影响因素进行分析。首先,分析了H油田碳酸盐岩油藏岩性和孔隙结构特征;然后,分析了其中的KA、KB储层孔渗等物性特征;并通过多口井的测井曲线,总结了中子测井和密度测井在气层所形成的挖掘效应响应特征,分析了形成真假挖掘效应的原因;从理论上阐述了密度测井与中子测井的相互关联性,推导了两种测井响应的关联方程,从井眼扩径、孔隙结构、孔渗物性及饱和度等多个角度分析了挖掘效应的因素影响的机理,最后,给出了综合利用挖掘效应判断气层的分析方法,提出了判断真假挖掘效应的几条依据。根据这一方法,较好地完成了H油田K油藏流体识别,可为后续H油田以及类似的碳酸盐岩复杂油气藏准确识别流体类型提供借鉴。 相似文献

The earliest report on radiolarians from the Arctic Ocean (north of the Arctic Circle) was provided by H. B. Brady (1878). He documented the occurrences of 10 genera from soundings in northern Baffin Bay and north of Greenland, but he did not illustrate any specimens in his report. We have re‐examined Brady's original slide collection, housed at the Natural History Museum, London (NHM), in order to refine his radiolarian identifications to species level. We have identified 11 radiolarian taxa in his slides, but some are definitely more characteristic of tropical oceans rather than high northern latitudes. We conclude that this is most likely due to sample contamination or misidentification of samples. Therefore, the actual occurrence of tropically affiliated radiolarians recorded from the Arctic is uncertain and should be regarded with suspicion. 相似文献

Hepsetus cuvieri (Castelnau, 1861), originally described from “lac N'gami” (Botswana) and synonymized with H. odoe (Bloch, 1794) by Roberts (1984), is revalidated. Hepsetus cuvieri can be readily distinguished from H. odoe based on a lower total number of gill rakers (8–13 versus 14–21); a generally higher number of scales between the dorsal fin and the lateral line (10½–11½ versus 7½–10½) and a higher number of scales between the adipose fin and the lateral line (6½–7½ versus 4½–6½) and other characters. A neotype is designated, as the holotype of this nominal species is apparently lost. Hepsetus cuvieri is restricted to the Quanza, Zambezi ichthyofaunal provinces and the southern part of the Congo Basin, i.e. the Congo ichthyofaunal province. 相似文献

目的:探讨银杏叶提取物(EGb761)的抗氧化及其抗过氧化氨(hydrogen peroxide,H2O2)诱导的胰岛RIN-mβ细胞凋亡的作用.方法:以500μmol/L H2O2作用于胰岛RIN-mβ细胞6 h建立凋亡模型;采用荧光探针DCFH-DA法进行活性氧检测细胞内氧自由基(reactive oxygen species,ROS)的变化,NO测试试剂盒检测细胞N0释放的变化,Annexin V-PI双染色法流式细胞术分析细胞凋亡情况.结果:经H2O2损伤诱导凋亡后,细胞存活率降低,凋亡率增加,细胞产生NO减少,活性氧ROS增多.与阴性对照组相比,EGb761能清除ROS,增加NO,改善凋亡情况,且作用呈剂量依赖性.结论:EGb761对β细胞凋亡有显著保护作用,其机制可能与其清除氧自由基等作用有关. 相似文献

Inhibition of gastric acid secretion is the mainstay of the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease and peptic ulceration;
therapies to inhibit acid are among the best-selling drugs worldwide. Highly effective agents targeting the histamine H2 receptor
were first identified in the 1970s. These were followed by the development of irreversible inhibitors of the parietal cell
hydrogen-potassium ATPase (the proton pump inhibitors) that inhibit acid secretion much more effectively. Reviewed here are
the chemistry, biological targets and pharmacology of these drugs, with reference to their current and evolving clinical utilities.
Future directions in the development of acid inhibitory drugs include modifications of current agents and the emergence of
a novel class of agents, the acid pump antagonists.

Neutron diffraction provides an experimental method of directly locating hydrogen atoms in proteins, a technique complimentary to ultra-high-resolution [1, 2] X-ray diffraction. Three different types of neutron diffractometers for biological macromolecules have been constructed in Japan, France and the United States, and they have been used to determine the crystal structures of proteins up to resolution limits of 1.5-2.5 A. Results relating to hydrogen positions and hydration patterns in proteins have been obtained from these studies. Examples include the geometrical details of hydrogen bonds, H/D exchange in proteins and oligonucleotides, the role of hydrogen atoms in enzymatic activity and thermostability, and the dynamical behavior of hydration structures, all of which have been extracted from these structural results and reviewed. Other techniques, such as the growth of large single crystals, the preparation of fully deuterated proteins, the use of cryogenic techniques, and a data base of hydrogen and hydration in proteins, will be described. 相似文献
