离散剪切约束的4节点矩形弯曲单元

提出一种基于Ｍｉｎｄｌｉｎ理论的４节点矩形薄板单元，该单元满足应变能正交准则下的收敛性充要条件，具有插值方式简单和相当二次数值精度等优点。在避免单元剪切自锁中，引入较严格沿单元边界法向剪切应变约束处理技术，使单元具有真实Ｋｉｒｃｈｈｏｆｆ单元的变形特点。     

Inhibition of glucose transport in human erythrocytes by 2,3-dioxoindole (Isatin)

10 mM isatin (2,3-dioxoindole) inhibited glucose influx into human erythrocytes by over 30%. The inhibition is of the competitive type, where the affinity constant (K_t) was increased from 5.71 (control) to 11.11 mM in the presence of isatin with no change in V_max (130 nmol/min/ml packed cells). The observed inhibition of sugar transport by isatin was not mediated through membrane–SH groups accessible to iodoacetate, iodoacetamide, DTNB, DNP or sodium arsenite. Isatin inhibited sugar transport in the presence of 2 mM harmaline, an alkaloid inhibitor of Na⁺, K⁺–ATP_ase activity. The inhibition was non additive which suggests that these two compounds interact with the same or a similar site on the erythrocyte membrane.     

Kolmogorov生态系统的浑沌现象

本文在Kolmogorov生态系统的基础上,研究当b_(12)≠0,c_(12)≠1,且内禀增长率为r_1=f+ε(λ_1+λ_2cosωt)r_2=f+ε(λ_1+λ_2cosωt)受到ελ_3cosωt的强迫激励时所产生的浑沌现象。     

灌河口河口演变的遥感图象解译

本文给出了灌河口航空及航天图象解译结果.用航空图象分析了河口两侧岸滩的变迁过程,航天图片分析了口外泥沙的运移特征.航空图象解译结果表明,河口两侧岸线和滩线在逐年蚀退.航天卫星图象解译结果表明,河口东侧自废黄河口向西的泥沙输送趋势十分明显;河口西侧也有自西向东的泥沙流迹象,故认为灌河口泥沙输送方向是由河口东西两侧向河口运移.文中还给出了不同岸段的蚀退速率,提供了卫星和航空图片及其解译图.     

SOUND RADIATION FROM PLATES ON ELASTIC FOUNDATION UNDER ACTION OF MOVING LINE FORCES

An analysis is made of the problem of sound radiation from infinite one-dimensional plateson elastic foundation, when the plates are subjected to the action of harmonic line forces movingat subsonic speeds (M < 1). The expressions of nondimensional sound power are formulated andthe asymptotic forms of sound power in the low frequency regions are derived. The radiatedsound power is shown as a function of the stiffness of elastic foundation, in terms of stiffness fac-torψ, the moving speed of line force, in terms of Math number M, and the frequency, in termsof wavenumber ratio γ . The effects of the parameter ψ in conjunction with the parameters Mand γ on the radiated sound power level and the phenomenon of coincidence radiation are alsoinvestigated in detail.     

中国鱼洗喷水原理研究

喷水鱼洗是中国的稀世文物。本文用物理学原理对鱼洗的喷水现象作了解释,并设计了鱼洗的粉图实验。同时,还作了三种普通水盆的模拟实验比较,指出:凡是厚薄均匀、弹性较好、直径适当的薄圆形盆器,都可以通过手掌对它的摩擦起振产生喷水现象。     

上皮细胞膜离子转运的短路电流测定

短路电流技术是研究上皮组织膜离子转运的一种方法。当膜两侧浸浴液具有相同的成分时,消除跨膜电位差所需要的电流便等于被非共轭力所驱动的离子电流的代数和;此电流即为短路电流。本文目的是描述短路电流技术的细节和设计改进的上皮细胞膜灌流装置。并通过氨氯吡咪和去甲肾上腺素影响上皮细胞膜短路电流的实验,介绍测定短路电流的一般方法。实验表明氨氯吡咪加入到粘膜侧引起短路电流下降,膜电阻增加(电导减小),去甲肾上腺素加到浆膜侧则引起短路电流增加,膜电阻减小(电导增加)。     

三十烷醇乳剂配制技术及其机理的研究

三十烷醇是一种新型的植物生长调节剂,本文研究了三十烷醇乳剂的最佳配制条件,采用二次热水配制法,二次水温均为84℃—86℃,近千次实验表明,使用效果很好,本法制备快速,简易,适用于农村大面积大量配制,且乳剂质量稳定,能长期保存,适用于提前配制。     

货运调度系统中的一个最短距离算法

本文结合具体的公路交通图,采用图的节点压缩法和分块技术,实现了货运调度系统中一个求交通图上任意两点间的最短距离的优化算法。
