人源抗菌肽LL-37在烟草中的表达

为探讨用植物生物反应器生产LL-37的可行性,利用DNA重组技术将LL-37与植物病程相关蛋白信号肽基因融合,经测序证实序列和阅读框正确后,连接到质粒pBin438上,构建含LL-37 cDNA植物分泌型表达载体pBin/LL-37.通过根癌土壤杆菌(Agrobacterium tumefacience)介叶盘法转化烟草(Nicotiana tobacum.NC-89).用PCR和Western blot对转化植株进行分子鉴定.80%转基因植株表达重组LL-37多肽.T0代转基因烟草的蛋白粗提物有抑制Staphylococcus aureus和Escherichia coli生长的活性.LL-37基因在转基因烟草中成功表达,提示用植物表达系统生产活性LL-37蛋白是可行的.     

Japanese white-eyes (Aves: Zosteropidae) as potential pollinators of summer-flowering Taxillus kaempferi (Loranthaceae)

The pollination of summer-flowering plants by birds has rarely been reported in temperate Asia and Europe. However, we recorded the Japanese white-eye Zosterops japonicus (Passeriformes: Zosteropidae) visiting the flowers of the hemiparasitic plant Taxillus kaempferi (Loranthaceae) during mid-summer (July to August) in a temperate forest in central Japan. Field observations showed that Z. japonicus was an almost exclusive flower visitor of T. kaempferi. Specifically, Z. japonicus inserted their bills frequently into the flower tubes of T. kaempferi. The corollas of T. kaempferi were shorter than Z. japonicus bills, suggesting that Z. japonicus is able to obtain floral nectar from T. kaempferi. Close-up pictures of Z. japonicus visiting flowers showed that the upper bill and facial feathers of Z. japonicus came into contact with the reproductive organs of T. kaempferi, leading to the attachment of pollen to these body parts. Thus, Z. japonicus might act as an important pollinator of the summer-flowering plant T. kaempferi.?     

Immature stages of Chinavia musiva (Berg, 1878): a unique pattern in the morphology of Chinavia Orian, 1965 (Hemiptera,Pentatomidae)1

Specimens of Chinavia musiva were collected in Parque Estadual do Espinilho (Barra do Quaraí County, RS, Brazil). Insects were reared under controlled conditions (24±1°C; RH 70±10%; 12h L:12h D), and fed on green beans (Phaseolus vulgaris L.). Eggs of C. musiva differ from the pattern observed in other species of the genus due to chorion colour and surface, and aero‐micropylar processes, number and shape. Exclusive features of the species in the nymphal stage are head and thorax dull; variegated pattern of abdomen, and openings of the scent glands in conspicuous tubercles. Developmental time was, on average, 52 days; females laid more frequently egg masses with 14 or 42 eggs. Females collected from the field as nymphs exhibited higher reproductive performance than females reared on green beans as nymphs and adults, suggesting that wild hosts could be essential for the species life cycle.     

广州市园林木本植物物候调查研究

研究了广州市天河公园、二沙岛住宅区、广州大道和珠江北岸等4个代表区域共110种园林木本植物的开花、结果、落叶、长叶等物候情况．调查每半月1次,持续观察13个月．调查的植物中,花较显著的植物有35种,占全部种的32％,以观花为主的植物(花色鲜艳,花形较大,有较强视觉效果,花期较长)19种,花颜色主要是红、白、黄3种,百分比分别是52％、14％和19％．果较显著的植物17种,占总种数的15％．主要观叶的植物6种,全为灌木．开花和结果终年不断,从4月开始至12月,开花种数较多,最多是10月份．结果较多的是5月至次年1月,最多是8月．大部分植物的花期较长,花期长达半年以上的植物占全部种类的21％．果实的类型较多样,以核果、蒴果、浆果和荚果较多,以含水量较高的肉质果实(或种子)较多．成熟果实的颜色有黑、黄、红、棕等,以黑色和黄色果实较多．     

安徽省分布新纪录——2种有毒植物

报道了安徽省2新分布记录种,分别为大戟科的山靛(Mercurialis leiocarpaSieb.et Zucc.)和齿裂大戟(Euphorbia dentata Michx.).该两种植物均具有一定的毒性,后者原产于美洲,为我国的入侵检疫物种,现在安徽黄山的山岔村、池州的江家冲附近发现有较大面积的分布,应予以关注.     

天然脂肪醇抑芽剂对烤烟抑芽效果研究

为解决烟草抑芽剂农药残留潜在风险,将一种由天然脂肪醇配置的抑芽剂作为材料,以氟节胺为对照,通过田间试验的方法,研究该抑芽剂不同稀释倍数及不同施药方法的抑芽效果,结果表明:天然脂肪醇抑芽剂6个处理的抑芽率均显著高于氟节胺处理的,第40 d时,其抑芽率达到87.38%以上。其中,天然脂肪醇抑芽剂15倍、20倍稀释处理的抑芽效果达到97.94%以上,与氟节胺处理间差异不显著;同时,这两个处理可以增大顶部两片叶面积,提高上桔二烟叶的还原糖、总糖含量。

佛山市园林植物管理信息系统构建

根据佛山市园林植物现状．采用Microsoft SQL Server作为数据库管理平台，以B／S模式作为网络体系结构．设计了佛山市园林植物管理信息系统．包括系统的结构和功能等，该系统能迅速获取园林绿化植物信息资料，实现园林植物信息的现代化管理。     

转APX基因烟草抗旱能力研究

用毛白杨中克隆得到的抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)基因,构建植物表达载体pBI121-APX,将pBI121-APX载体用农杆菌介导法转化烟草,成功得到转基因烟.PCR、PCR-Southern的结果表明,APX基因已经成功的整合到转基因烟草基因组中.干旱实验结果表明,与对照相比较,转基因烟草表现出较强的抗旱性.     

烟草化学抑芽剂田间药效试验

为了筛选对烤烟腋芽有明显抑制效果的抑芽剂,对止芽素、仲丁灵、氟节胺三种药剂的抑芽效果进行了比较试验。结果表明,三种药剂对烤烟腋芽均有一定的抑芽作用,其中以仲丁灵的抑芽效果最好。
