多智能体系统对移动放射性辐射源的环绕跟踪

针对多智能体系统对移动放射性辐射源的环绕跟踪问题进行了研究,利用一种全新的方法,证出多智能体系统在有限时间内对移动放射性辐射源群组进行环绕跟踪。通过设计三个不同的分布式估算器分别对辐射源的几何中心、环绕半径以及极角进行估计,最后将得到的估计值为环绕智能体设计分布式控制协议,使得智能体在有限时间内能够将所有辐射源包围在环绕圈内,并实现均匀分布。最后,通过MATLAB仿真验证了控制方案的有效性。     

求解多尺度双曲型问题的一种新方法

建立了有限体积非均匀化多尺度方法（Finite Volume Heterogeneous Multi-scale Method,FV—HMM）,将其应用于二阶多尺度双曲型问题的求解。该方法分别在宏观尺度和细观尺度上建立原方程的差分格式。通过不同尺度间的耦合．有效地减小了计算所需代价。数值实验结果表明：FV—HMM比传统的有限体积法有效,既大大地节省了计算量,又有较高的精度。     

Method of adaptive PLL bandwidth adjustment without phase slipping

In a system based on the phase lock loop（PLL）, a trade-off must be made between the tracking precision and the dynamic performance if constant parameters are adopted. To overcome this drawback, a new method called no phase slipping adaptive bandwidth（NPS-AB） is proposed, which can adjust the loop bandwidth adaptively for different working conditions. As a result, both the tracking precision and the dynamic performance can be achieved concurrently. NPS-AB has two features to keep the loop stable： one is the capability of quick response to dynamics; the other is a series of additional constraints when the bandwidth is switched. Compared with other methods, there is no phase slipping during the adjustment process for NPS-AB. The phase integer ambiguity can be avoided and the phase value is kept valid. It is meaningful for carrier ranging systems. Simulation results show that NPS-AB can deal with sudden dynamics and keep the pseudo-range value stable in the entire dynamic process.

Analysts’ Dynamic Decisions: Timeliness versus Accuracy

For analysts there is a tradeoff between the accuracy and the timeliness of their forecasts. Prior literature heavily investigates analyst forecast accuracy. Few papers investigate the importance of timeliness. To our best knowledge, there are no empirical papers to date to investigate the dynamic interplay between these key characteristics. We show that if analysts experience a period of high accuracy relative to their peers, they subsequently focus more on the timeliness of their forecasts in the subsequent period and thus issue their forecasts earlier than they did in the prior period. 文章提出一种新型的零水印版权认证方案,该方法利用自适应Harris角点检测算法并结合哈尔整数小波来提取图像特征.通过合理选择阈值T和局部特征半径R,特征映射表现出稳定和易识别的特性,因此可用来构建鲁棒水印.仿真表明,该方案可以抵抗多种信号攻击,如高斯噪声、JPEG有损压缩等,并在版权保护领域具有一定的可行性与可靠性.     

Calculation of angular glint in near field utilizing graphical electromagnetic computing

The angular glint in the near field plays an important role on radar tracking errors. To predict it more efficiently for electrically large targets, a new method based on graphical electromagnetic computing （GRECO） is proposed. With the benefit of the graphic card, the GRECO prediction method is faster and more accurate than other methods. The proposed method at the first time considers the special case that the targets cannot be completely covered by radar beams, which makes the prediction of radar tracking errors more self-contained in practical circumstances. On the other hand, the process of the scattering center extraction is omitted, resulting in possible angular glint prediction in real time. Comparisons between the simulation results and the theoretical ones validate its correctness and value to academic research and engineering applications.
