一种基于函数S-粗集的态势预测方法

针对态势评估中未来可能出现态势的优劣情况,提出了一种基于函数S-粗集的态势预测方法。利用函数S-粗集的粗规律挖掘功能,采用拉格朗日插值多项式,以函数单向S-粗集对偶为例,给出了应用该方法的具体步骤。最后通过态势评估中一个具体实例证明了该方法的有效性。得到了运用函数S-粗集能够找到隐藏在系统中的粗规律的结论。     

基于模糊理论的音乐厅堂音质主观评价方法

厅堂音质受多种因素影响，而各种因素对音质评价影响的程度也不相同，在进行主观评价时必须综合各种因素以获得较为满意的评价结果．基于上述原因，文中提出了音质评价的9个指标体系，利用一次歌剧演出的机会，采用模糊数学理论对某音乐厅进行音质主观综合评价，并得到了该音乐厅在歌剧类演出时的音质主观效果．

A Fuzzy Knowledge Based System in Situation and Threat Assessment

This paper examines the use in assisting naval operators in managing the of a fuzzy knowledge-based system （KBS） situation and threat assessment problem in a littoral environment. Under the scenario created involving air contacts in a littoral environment, the assessment of the KBS model is conducted and the results show that the correlation between assessment and human operation officers＇ judgment was high. The fuzzy KBS with its corresponding toolkits is much more flexible to be integrated with other components of a command and control system, while the fine-tuning of membership functions and fuzzy inference rules are intensive, this makes any further modification a non-trivial task.     

作战飞机对地攻击效能评估的markov模型

针对作战飞机对地攻击的效能评估问题，以单机对具有防空火力支援的敌地面目标打击为研究对象，运用markov随机过程理论，建立了攻击机对地攻击过程的动态模型，推导了状态转移矩阵。提出以“目标被击毁、攻击机存活”与“目标与攻击机同时被击毁”概率的加权和作为最终效能评估准则，一定程度上反映了战场指挥官的意志与作战意图。仿真算例验证了模型的有效性。     

基于不同偏好信息的评价专家水平研究

针对不同偏好信息给出了一种分析方法.首先,给出有关效用值、序关系值、互反判断矩阵、互补判断矩阵和语言判断矩阵的定义及其相关性质;然后,通过定义不同偏好信息之间的转换公式,将不同偏好信息都转换为互补判断矩阵的偏好信息,得出各个专家的方案排序值向量,进而利用因子分析法,通过SPSS软件找出方案集相关系数矩阵的公共因子,计算出每个专家的因子得分及因子总得分.根据各个专家的因子总得分的大小,对各个专家的评价水平进行排序;最后,通过一个算例说明了本文提出的分析方法.     

信息不完全确定的群体多准则语言聚类方法

针对决策者权重和准则权重信息不完全确定,且评价信息为语言值的多准则聚类问题,提出了一种新的求解方法。首先通过证据推理算法,将方案集的群体多准则语言评价信息转化为方案集模式样本,该模式样本是决策者权重和准则权重的不确定信息的非线性函数,然后根据K-均值方法,利用惯性粒子群算子对模式样本集进行聚类,得到最优聚类中心和方案集的最优聚类。最后实例说明该方法的可行性和有效性。     

Data processing of small samples based on grey distance information approach

Data processing of small samples is an important and valuable research problem in the electronic equipment test. Because it is difficult and complex to determine the probability distribution of small samples, it is difficult to use the traditional probability theory to process the samples and assess the degree of uncertainty. Using the grey relational theory and the norm theory, the grey distance information approach, which is based on the grey distance information quantity of a sample and the average grey distance information quantity of the samples, is proposed in this article. The definitions of the grey distance information quantity of a sample and the average grey distance information quantity of the samples, with their characteristics and algorithms, are introduced. The correlative problems, including the algorithm of estimated value, the standard deviation, and the acceptance and rejection criteria of the samples and estimated results, are also proposed. Moreover, the information whitening ratio is introduced to select the weight algorithm and to compare the different samples. Several examples are given to demonstrate the application of the proposed approach. The examples show that the proposed approach, which has no demand for the probability distribution of small samples, is feasible and effective.
