大学生价值取向与行为规范研究：现状、问题与对策

通过对近年来大学生价值取向与行为规范研究的归纳和总结，阐述和提出了大学生价值取向与行为规范研究的现状、问题与对策。认为研究现状是静态性的研究多于动态性的研究，特征性的研究多于规律性的研誊，研究素材中想象的问题多于实际发生的事例；遇到的问题是社会主流意识影响与非主流意识影响的博弈日益加剧，有约束环境与相对无约束环境的影响差别明显，知识层面教育与思想道德层面教育不协调。     

Forecasting Hourly Peak Call Volume for a Rural Electric Cooperative Call Center

This research forecasts peak call volume of a centralized after‐hours call center for rural electric cooperatives to help the call center determine staffing levels. A Gaussian copula is used to capture the dependence among non‐normal distributions. Using a centralized call center reduces costs by approximately 75% compared to having individual call centers at each cooperative. Adding cooperatives to the centralized call center is projected to further decrease costs per member. An out‐of‐sample forecasting exercise after the call center expanded validated the model's forecast that additional cooperatives could be added without a proportional increase in the peak number of calls. The parallel calculation of the ground-state correlation energy of Helium atom

When we use Modified Configuration Interaction method (MCI) to calculate the correlation energy of double-electron systems, for obtaining the higher precision, we always need huge calculations. In order to handle this problem, which will cost much CPU time and memory room if only using a single computer to do it, we now adopt the parallel multisection recurrence algorithm. Thus we can use several CPUs to get the ground-state energy of a Helium atom at the same time. 对两个平均值不等式，给出只用一元函数一阶导数的证明方法，同时对更为一般的平均值不等式，给出了统一的证明。

研究Taylor展式有缺项的整函数的有穷亏值的存在性问题,证明了:设f(z)是一个下级有穷整函数,若f(z)=∑∞n=0cnzλn的残存指数序列λn(n=1,2,…)满足λn≥n (log2n)1+η,η＞0,则f(z)不存在有穷亏值.
