试析三国时期的货币政策对社会经济的影响

三国时期,魏、蜀、吴根据自己的经济状况和政治、军事需要,分别制订了各自的货币政策,并对各自的社会经济产生了不同的影响。经济发展程度的高低最终使三国统一于晋,其中货币政策发挥了重要作用。     

两汉诗学考——以“前三史”为例

《诗经》在汉代的经学地位早已被学界公认,但是对于其在汉代的文学地位还有待于做进一步的研究。笔者从《史记》《汉书》《后汉书》这三部史传中搜集大量例证,旨在归纳汉人的诗学观点——言志说、讽喻说、发愤说,从而探讨《诗经》文学精神在两汉时期的影响。     

用抽样调查法确定图书的平均出版年代与平均出版价格——以洛阳市图书馆保存本书库为例

在抽样调查理论的指导下,确定了保存本书库图书的平均出版年代、平均出版价格的估值区间,给出了平均出版年代、平均出版价格的正态分布密度函数,在此基础上确定了保存本书库所有图书在特定时间区间、价格区间内的数量分布情况,提出了优化馆藏结构的建议。     

Testing for the usefulness of forecasts

Ashley (Journal of Forecasting 1983; 2 (3): 211–223) proposes a criterion (known as Ashley's index) to judge whether the external macroeconomic variables are well forecast to serve as explanatory variables in forecasting models, which is crucial for policy makers. In this article, we try to extend Ashley's work by providing three testing procedures, including a ratio‐based test, a difference‐based test, and the Bayesian approach. The Bayesian approach has the advantage of allowing the flexibility of adapting all possible information content within a decision‐making environment such as the change of variable's definition due to the evolving system of national accounts. We demonstrate the proposed methods by applying six macroeconomic forecasts in the Survey of Professional Forecasters. Researchers or practitioners can thus formally test whether the external information is helpful. Copyright © 2010 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.

论战时国民政府开发西部取得的成效及其不足

抗战爆发后，随着东南的沦陷，国都的西迁，大后方的地位日见重要。为了抗战建国，国民政府先后制定了一系列发展大后方的政策，诸如扶持建立工业、发展农业、兴办水利、开发交通等。在国家政权力量的介入以及人民的支持下，这些政策的实施取得了一定的效果，使西部社会的各个层面发生了一定的变动，不仅初步改变了西部贫穷落后的面貌，而且有力地支援了抗战。但是由于抗战特殊时期，国民政府无力投巨资于西部的开发；同时由于西部各地方实力派的掣肘，使许多开发措施很难真正付诸实施；加之国民政府自身的短视，对开发西部抱以功利主义的态度，使得开发政策总是因人因时而变，没有长久性和系统性。其开发成果也相应受到了影响。     

Discrete Euler processes and their applications

This paper introduces discrete Euler processes and shows their application in detecting and forecasting cycles in non‐stationary data where periodic behavior changes approximately linearly in time. A discrete Euler process becomes a classical stationary process if ‘time’ is transformed properly. By moving from one time domain to another, one may deform certain time‐varying data to non‐time‐varying data. With these non‐time‐varying data on the deformed timescale, one may use traditional tools to do parameter estimation and forecasts. The obtained results then can be transformed back to the original timescale. For datasets with an underlying discrete Euler process, the sample M‐spectrum and the spectra estimator of a Euler model (i.e., EAR spectral) are used to detect cycles of a Euler process. 论辛亥革命时期女性报刊与女性解放思潮

就女性解放思潮而言,辛亥革命时期,在西方女权主义学说和资产阶级民族民主革命的冲击下,男女平等之说转换为＂男女平权＂,具有中国特色的女权思想终于形成,女性解放思潮的发展终于达到高峰期。而这时的女性报刊在女性解放思潮的冲击下,从戒缠足、倡导女学、要求女性自立、倡导婚姻自由等各个方面来进行鼓吹、宣传,可以说,作为女性解放思潮的体现者和宣传者,女性报刊向我们展示了极其丰富的内涵。而女性报刊的这些宣传鼓动反过来又推动着现实社会中女性解放思潮的发展。     

气溶胶取样测试技术研究与实验验证

气溶胶过滤效率是衡量安全壳过滤排放系统性能的重要指标。以安全壳过滤排放系统的研制为背景，针对高温空气和水蒸汽混合介质条件下的固体粒子气溶胶取样及测试技术进行研究，解决了水蒸汽存在条件下气溶胶的取样测量中存在的问题，设计完成了一套可用于安全壳过滤排放系统气溶胶过滤效率检测的取样测试系统。通过多角度对比和实验分析，最终确定了采用疏水性聚四氟乙烯滤膜能够满足混合气体的采样需求。此外实验中发现滤膜的吸湿性和静电效应对测量的准确性影响较大，而采用滤膜恒重和使用铝箔纸的方法能有效解决该问题，提高测量的准确度。在此基础上，完成了取样测试回路的实验验证，并对结果进行了不确定度分析，证明了本套系统能够满足实验需求。
