Structure-activity relationship of endomorphins and their analogs

To study the structure-activity relationship of endomorphins (EMs), the action of opioid receptor binding (AORB), analgesic activity and vasodilator effects of EMs and their eight analogs were investigated, which were prepared by rationally replacing the 2-/3-amino acid (Aa) of EMs. The results showed: (ⅰ) The 2-Aa was comparatively more related to the selectivity of EMs while the 3-Aa to their affinity; (ⅱ) the analgesia and vasodilatation of EMs and their analogs were not completely dictated by their AORB (in vitro), the action of [D-Pro²]EM-2 was unusual; (ⅲ) EMs lost their analgesia in the central nervous system and their vasodilatation in the circulatory system with different mechanisms; the former was due to the degradation of some peptidase, and the latter possibly due to the feedback inhibition.

控制受限加权预报自校正系统的稳定性分析

针对控制幅值受限的、含稳定的未建模动态和有界干扰的对象 ,给出了一种鲁棒加权预报自校正控制算法。这种算法是在最小二乘型参数估计的基础上通过引入死区而得到的 ;通过引入一补偿函数f(t) ,并结合关键性技术引理便捷地对系统的鲁棒稳定性作了详细证明。结果表明 ,即使受控对象不稳定 (通常涉及控制幅值受限的控制系统稳定都需要对象稳定 ) ,所建立的系统也可以稳定。     

[H~+]对从克氏螯虾(Cambarus clarki)第一触角内侧枝记录的动作电位放电的影响

应用电生理学方法,研究了[H~+]对从克氏螯虾离体第一触角内侧枝记录的触角神经动作电位的影响。结果表明,[H~+]对该神经动作电位的发放具有抑制作用。在一定范围内,H~+浓度越高,抑制作用越强;当pH值低于渔业水体最高允许酸度(pH6.5)时,表示该电位的放电频率与作用时间(1～5×256×1000ms)关系的回归直线方程的b值等于或小于-0.083,而(?)_5/(?)_1比值等于或小于0.69,与pH7.0比较,差异显著(p<0.05,或p<0.01);当b≤-0.181或(?)_5/(?)_1≤0.25时,水体的酸度已达到强酸水平(pH2)。这说明把pH6.5作为渔业水体的最高允许酸度是合适的。

甘肃省双龙砂金矿床成因的研究

本文通过对双龙砂金砂床的地貌、沉积物、金的粒度及形态、矿床产出特征的研究，认为该矿床是在中晚更新世及全新世初期的冰川（水）的作用及化学作用下而形成的冰水堆积－阶地型砂金矿床。     

福建泉州蛇绿岩及其构造肢解

长乐-南澳断裂带北段分布的一系列基性——超基性岩块可以区分出四类岩石:变质橄栏岩、超镁铁质堆积杂岩、堆晶层状辉长岩和块状辉长岩,它们组成了泉州蛇绿岩,属科迪勒拉型,代表早期边缘海盆地或弧间盆地的上部地幔和洋壳。早白垩世晚期,闽台微大陆与闽浙中生代火山弧碰撞拼贴过程中,泉州蛇绿岩被构造肢解,形成 NW 向逆冲就位的长基超基性推覆岩席和 SE 向剪切逆冲就位的青兰山辉长岩岩块。构造肢解的泉州蛇绿岩构成了深层弧前混杂带。

Action Research in Management—Ethical Dilemmas

This paper discusses the application of the guiding ethical principles for the conduct of research involving human subjects in an action research project in a membership-based community psychiatric disability organization. Action research is a collaborative process of critical inquiry between the researcher and the people in the situation, in this case the management executive. The relationship between the researcher and manager participants in a long-term action research project gives rise to ethical dilemmas related to participant selection and voluntary participation, informed consent, decision making, anonymity and confidentiality, conflicting and different needs. The process and strategies implemented to address them are discussed.
