超喂率对空气变形纱的成纱结构、性能及其织物的影响

超喂率是影响空气变形纱(以下简称空变纱)及其织物结构性能的一个重要参数。本文就超喂率对空变纱的形态结构、光泽、强伸度、摩擦等性能以及对空变纱织物性能的影响进行了较全面的实验研究,给出了实测数据,并通过分析而引出了重要结论。     

照图穿综的计算机辅助设计

本文利用计算机推导出织物上机图照图穿综的计算方法,并研制了相应的程序。藉助本算法及程序,可方便地实现任何织物组织的穿综图和提综图的自动设计。     

Differential Capillary Effect Model of Fabric and Its Application

The concept of the differential capillary effect was presented by foreign scholars several years ago, and the principle was used to design sportswear fabrics with good wet permeability and good drying functions for famous sports teams. Because the differential capillary effect model was not established in theory, it was impossible to fulfill the best functions. In this paper, by setting up the differential capillary effect of fabric, the factors to influence wet permeability and drying functions of the model is discussed in theory, and the means to optimize the design of the fabric is presented and proven practically by the experiment. The optimum fabric with good permeability and good drying functions can be designed using the model at last.

Investigation on Bending and Creasing of Woven Fabrics under Low Curvature

Under the assumption of semi - circular form for a fabric bend, creasing of fabric strips and compression of fabric loops are analyzed by neglecting the structural complexity of the fabric. The relationship between the creasing force and deformation are deduced using an energy method and solutions are given for a linearly elastic material with constant internal frictional constraint. The agreements between the theoretical predictions and experimental results are very satisfactory.

Realization of Orthogonal Wavelets Adapted to Fabric Texture for Defect Detection

The wavelet adapted to the fabric texture can be developed from the orthogonal and normal series which are selected randomly by means of Monte Carlo method and optimized by adding certain constraint conditions. Then the fabric image can be decomposed into the subimages by the adaptive wavelet transform and the horizontal and vertical texture information will be perfectly contained in the subimages. Therefore this method can be effectively used for the automatic inspection of the fabric defects.

影响超快光电导开关关断特性的主次因素

超快光电半导体开关的最大重复工作频率由关断特性决定，而影响关断特性的因素很多。基于超快光电半导体开关的大量实验，分析了影响关断特性的主要因素和次要因素，认为关断特性主要取决于载流子的寿命、载流子的漂移速度、深能级陷阱作用，其中，载流子寿命是最重要的因素。触发光参数及光电耦合关系、电极工艺、电路参数对关断特性有一定影响。     

双向流量开关式气相色谱进样装置

本文介绍的双向流量开关控制的气体进样装置，可用于气相色谱仪，替代气体进样阀，其结构简单，进样部分无活动部件，定量精度高，由于可在线地对色谱柱“反吹”，重复性好，柱寿命长，因此特别适用于充程和便携式气相色谱仪。
