电控单体泵电磁阀内阻尼油膜的挤压流动分析

电磁阀是决定所有电控燃油喷射系统性能的关键部件,其阻尼系统参数影响电磁阀的动态响应特性。为此运用平行平板间缝隙流动基本理论对存在于电磁阀衔铁和电磁铁之间的阻尼油膜进行了简化分析。计算结果与有限元方法对比,两者的相对误差只有2%。在此基础上进行了仿真分析,研究了各结构参数对衔铁阻尼特性的影响,为衔铁的设计和参数的匹配提供了依据。     

Assignment of Soret MLCT band of reduced form of copper binuclear cluster in cytochrome c oxidase film

Low concentration of dithionite results in the reduction of Cu-Cn binuclear and heine a active sites of the cytochrome c oxidase thin solid film immersed in the acidic phosphate buffer, but Fe-Cu binuclear center keeps in the oxidation state. It manifests as a negative peak at 426 nm and a positive one at -408 nln in the difference spectra induced by dithionite. The former implies decrease of the oxidized form of heme a center, that is, Fea^3 →Fea^2 . And the latter results from the contribution of metal-ligand charge transfer (MLCT) transition in the reduced binuclear Cu-Cu cluster, rather than from that of heine a center. This stronger Soret MLCT band must be helpful to overcoming the difficulty in distinguishing the weaker copper sign from the stronger one of iron when studying copper-iron protein.     

X－ray reflectivity investigation of the foam bilayer film formed by hexaethylene glycol dodecyl ether

When the thickness of soap foam film varies in adefinite region, color changes of a soap bubble will be observed due to the interference of light. Black soap films are the final stages of thinning of soap films due to the drainage of water in the absence of evaporation and are generally formed from solutions of an ionic surfactant in the presence of salt. Effect of addition of poly（ethylene glycol） on electrical conductivity of poly（3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene）-poly（styrenesulfonate） hybrid

By mixing various concentrations of poly (ethylene glycol), a series of poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)-poly(styeenesuffonate) composite thin films were prepared.The electrical conductivity of the PEDOT-PSS/PEG thin films was measured by the four-pcobe method. Experimental results showed that the inclusion of poly(ethylene glycol) influenced the electrical conductivity of PEDOT-PSS film significantly. With the increase of PEG concentrations, the electrical conductivity sharply increased to reach a maximum and then slowly decreased down. Furthermore, the PEG molecular weight and environment temperature also played important roles on the electrical conductivity of PEDOT-PSS/PEG thin films. A good linear relationship was found between in σDC and T^-1/2 within the entire temperature range detected.     

中频磁控溅射法制备氧化锌钇薄膜及其性能研究(英文)

利用中频磁控溅射法,溅射氧化锌钇(ZYO)陶瓷靶材,在玻璃基底上制备ZYO透明导电薄膜。研究了氧化钇掺杂量和基底温度对薄膜的结构、电学性能和光学性能的影响。结果表明,ZYO薄膜为钎锌矿型结构,呈c轴择优取向,平均可见光透过率(400～800nm)达到80%以上。制备的ZYO薄膜具有的最低电阻率为1.18×10-3Ωcm。     

Fe3+掺杂TiO2薄膜的制备和光催化性能研究

以钛酸正丁酯、无水乙醇和冰醋酸为原料,采用溶胶—凝胶法制备了Fe^3＋掺杂的TiO2纳米薄膜。考察了其催化降解甲基蓝实验中的光催化活性和杀菌性能。并通过XRD、SEM等手段分析了Fe^3＋掺杂TiO2样品的相组成和表面形貌。在450℃时最佳反应物配比浓度为钛酸正丁酯：无水乙醇：冰醋酸：蒸馏水=1：4：1．5：0．2 （摩尔比）,Fe^3＋掺杂对TiO2薄膜光催化性有着重要的影响。     

Coherent thermal radiation in thin films and its application in the emissivity design of multilayer films

The infrared transmission spectra of a 0.54-μm-thick Ge film and a 20-μm-thick Si film were experimentally measured. As the incident radiation was in the wavelength range from 1.5μm to 10μm, the Ge film demonstrated a strongly spectral coherence. However, thermal radiation of the Ge film was found to be spatially incoherent due to its extreme thinness. The Si film exhibited significantly spectral and spatial coherence. The results confirmed that thermal radiation of a monolayer film could be coherent spectrally and spatially if the film thickness was comparable with the wavelength. The optical characteristic matrix method was applied to calculate the transmission spectra of the Si and Ge film, and the results agreed well with the measurements. This method was further used to analyze two multilayer films composed of five low emissive layers. Their emissivities were found to be highly emissive at a certain zenith angle, and the emissive peak could be controlled by careful selection of film thickness.     

地膜防治枣园害虫的研究

在枣园采用渗水地膜和普通地膜喷施功夫与阿维菌素,覆盖地面来控制枣园害虫,有效地阻止或杀死了入土或出土的害虫。指出渗水地膜比普通地膜的控制效果显著;两层渗水地膜中间喷药效果较好;使用阿维菌素的效果较好。     

橙黄色电致发光器件发光特性的研究

本文叙述了橙黄色薄膜电致发光器件(TFEL)和采用陶瓷厚膜作为绝缘层、ZnS:Mn作为发光层的橙黄色陶瓷厚膜电致发光器件(CTFEL).测量了器件的电致发光光谱和亮度-电压曲线,研究了效率-电压等特性.     

聚吡咯/聚砜复合膜的电化学制备及其电化学性能

采用电化学聚合法制备了聚吡咯（PPY）／聚砜（PSF）复合膜，分别用扫描电子显微镜（SEM）和红外光谱（FT—IR）表征了复合膜的表面形态和化学组分，并用循环伏安法和电化学交流阻抗法对其电化学性能进行了研究．结果表明，复合膜呈双层不对称孔结构，其内层（与工作电极接触的一面）是由黑色聚吡咯组成的带少量微孔的致密导电层，而外层（与溶液接触的一面）则是由白色聚砜组成的具有许多微孔的绝缘层；相同条件下所制的复合膜电化学重复性好，在酸性溶液中具有较好的电化学稳定性和电化学活性．
