新余方言分为北片、东片、中片三片。三片的形容词重叠式既有相同之处,也有不同之处,重点论述其不同点并揭示其形成原因。每一片中的老中青三代人所使用的形容词重叠式都在逐渐发生变化,重点揭示其演化规律和动因。还论述了新余方言形容词重叠式的记量和语法功能。     

猪瘟病毒分子生物学诊断的研究进展

猪瘟是由猪瘟病毒引起的猪的急性、热性、高度接触性传染病，严重危害我国养猪业。尽管中国很早就研制成功了猪瘟兔化弱毒疫苗。但近年来猪瘟的流行和发病特点发生了很大的变化，很多地区和猪场不断出现非典型猪瘟、温和型猪瘟，给该病的诊断带来了困难。近年来，猪瘟病毒分子生物学诊断方法的研究进展迅速，为猪瘟的快速、准确诊断起到了重要的作用。从聚合酶链式反应技术、核酸探针技术、DNA芯片技术等方面对猪瘟病毒的分子生物学诊断方法进行了综述。     

核不均一性核糖核蛋白H2（hnRNPH2）对单纯疱疹病毒（HSVI）复制影响

本文研究了单纯疱疹病毒（HSVI）在感染与复制过程中影响宿主细胞RNA转录，蛋白表达，进而为病毒的潜伏和持续感染创造必要条件．采用基于2-DE分析，人正常肝细胞L-02细胞核不均一性核糖核蛋白H2（heterogeneous nutlear ribonucleoprotein H2，hnRNPH2）在感染HSVI前后存在表达差异，构建pcDNA-hnRNPH2真核表达载体及hnRNPH2稳定转染的293T细胞系的方法，研究在核不均一性核糖核蛋白H2（hnRNPH2）稳定过表达后对HSVI病毒复制周期的影响．结果表明，病毒滴度和生长曲线显示，hnRNPH2可以显著影响病毒复制周期．过表达hnRNPh2的细胞系与对照相比，其病毒滴度明显下降，hnRNPH2在HSVI病毒复制中起到比较明显的抑制作用，其作用机理还有待进一步研究．     

无线传感器网络能源策略研究

简要介绍了无线传感器网络体系及节点结构。由于自身的特点，传感器网络关键性问题是如何高效利用有限的能量，来延长网络的寿命，而且要尽最大可能地节省电源消耗，以提高网络的生命周期。本文从传感器网络节点各个部分的特点探讨了其能源策略。     

山东省城市居民最低生活保障标准测定实证研究

最低生活保障标准是衡量最低生活保障水平的主要因素,如何科学合理地进行最低生活保障标准的测算尤为重要。通过对2000-2009年《山东统计年鉴》中城镇居民消费支出进行分组,利用扩展线性支出系统（ELES）模型对山东省城市居民最低生活保障标准进行实证研究并与现行最低生活保障标准比较,且对低保发展标准进行预测。研究发现：现行低保标准偏低,与理论标准存在很大差距,发展和完善现行低保给付标准符合新时期社会救助事业发展要求。     

《论语》“九合诸侯”歧解辨正

《论语·宪问篇》“九合诸侯”中“九”字的注解历来众说纷纭，概括古今注家的歧解大致可分为四类：实数说；虚数说；通假说；同源通用说。从文献例证、字形、读音以及古人行文特点诸方面进行分析，虚数说、通假说虽值得肯定但有失偏颇，实数说则明显有失，同源通用说比较合理。“九合”中的“九”和“合”是同义并列关系。     

Computational intelligence approach for uncertainty quantification using evidence theory

As an alternative or complementary approach to the classical probability theory,the ability of the evidence theory in uncertainty quantification(UQ) analyses is subject of intense research in recent years.Two state-of-the-art numerical methods,the vertex method and the sampling method,are commonly used to calculate the resulting uncertainty based on the evidence theory.The vertex method is very effective for the monotonous system,but not for the non-monotonous one due to its high computational errors.The sampling method is applicable for both systems.But it always requires a high computational cost in UQ analyses,which makes it inefficient in most complex engineering systems.In this work,a computational intelligence approach is developed to reduce the computational cost and improve the practical utility of the evidence theory in UQ analyses.The method is demonstrated on two challenging problems proposed by Sandia National Laboratory.Simulation results show that the computational efficiency of the proposed method outperforms both the vertex method and the sampling method without decreasing the degree of accuracy.Especially,when the numbers of uncertain parameters and focal elements are large,and the system model is non-monotonic,the computational cost is five times less than that of the sampling method.     

Design and implementation of ethernet passive electronic network over coax

To increase the limit of ethernet over coax （EoC） technology in the bidirectional reform of the hybrid fiber coaxial （HFC） network, an ethernet passive electronic network （EPEN） system based on Coax is proposed and experimentally demonstrated in this paper. The proposed EPEN exploits the existing capabilities of the MAC layer in the ethernet passive optical network （EPON） for reduction of cost of the HFC network. As the MPCP （multi-point control protocol） is introduced in the EPEN, bandwidth control and higher efficiency can be achieved. The experimental results exhibit the throughput of system up to 100Mbps, which meet the requirements of HFC network. To improve the performance of EPEN, frequency division multiplexing （FDM） can be used for further increase of the throughput and more hardware processing modules in the future. can be implemented to enhance the capacity
