蔗糖酯合成新方法的研究

本法以苛性钾与脂肪酸钾（乙）酯首先反应生成的部分中性皂作为乳化分散剂，使蔗糖和脂肪酸甲（乙）酯在熔融状态下直接发生酯交换反应合成蔗糖酯。     

肉桂醛对X60碳钢的缓蚀行为的电化学研究

用动电位扫描法研究了在盐酸腐蚀介质中单组分肉桂醛缓蚀剂以及它与苯扎溴铵的协同效应对X60碳钢缓蚀作用的影响，并探讨了协同缓蚀机理．     

施氮处理对稻米淀粉积累的影响

采用盆栽试验研究了不同施氮处理对梗稻“农垦57”和籼稻“IR36”两个水稻品种颖果淀粉积累的影响。结果如下：(1)灌浆期颖果中可溶性糖含量随着籽粒灌浆天数的增加而逐渐降低，籼稻变化明显快于梗稻。增加穗肥施氮量可降低灌浆初期颖果中可溶性糖含量、(2)颖果中淀粉和直链淀粉含量随籽粒灌浆天数的增加而逐渐上升，增加穗肥施氮量能显著降低颖果中直链淀粉含量、(3)颖果中支链淀粉在花后0-10d内增加较快，以后则保持较高比率缓慢地增长，施氮对支链淀粉含量没有显著的影响。     

Cannflavin A and B,prenylated flavones fromCannabis sativa L.

Summary Two novel prenylat flavones, termed Cannflavin A and B, were isolated from the cannabinoid free ethanolic extract ofCannabis sativa L. Both compounds inhibited prostaglandin E₂ production by human rheumatoid synovial cells in culture.This communication is dedicated to the memory of the late Professor J. W. 混合汁,清汁还原糖分测定方法的改进

在混合汁、清汁的糖分测定中，常用剧毒的二氯化汞作为防腐剂，通过对苯甲酸、富马酸二甲酯、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯、甲醛、山梨酸钾及二氯化汞等６种防腐剂作对比试验，发现山梨酸钾可替代二氯化汞用于还原糖分的测定。     

Neuroendocrine control of carbohydrate metabolism in the freshwater bivalve molluscLamellidens marginalis

Summary Blood sugars and foot muscle glycogen were measured in the mussel,L. marginalis after ablation of the cerebral ganglia, and in mussels injected with cerebral ganglionic extract 3 h after ablation. There is a rise in the blood sugar and decrease in foot muscle glycogen 3 h after operation, but no change in sham-operated controls. The effect of ablation is reversed by injecting brain extract into ablated mussels. No such effect could be seen in the controls. The results are suggestive of the presence, in the cerebral ganglia, of a hypoglycaemic factor similar to insulin.     

Inhibition of sensitized leukocyte's in vitro reactivity by circulating immune complexes in prostate cancer

Summary Circulating immune complexes in the sera of patients with confirmed histological diagnosis of carcinoma of the prostate, were found to interfere in the sensitized leukocyte's in vitro reactivity to prostate cancer associated antigen as evaluated by tube leukocyte adherence inhibition assay, thereby suggesting an inhibitory role of such serum factors in host's anti tumor cell mediated immune responses.4 November 1986     

高寒地区地膜覆盖栽培饲用甜菜光合日变化初探

高寒地区饲用甜菜光合速率日变化呈现明显的双峰型,在上午10时和下午14时分别有两个高峰,且第二高峰低于第一高峰,在中午12时有一低谷,出现“光合午休”现象.相对湿度(RH)日变化呈双峰型,高峰和低谷出现的时间与光合速率(Pn)吻合.叶片温度(T1)日变化呈单峰型,高峰出现的时间为上午10时.覆膜饲用甜菜光合速率在第一高峰与对照差别明显,第二高峰差别不明显.     

还原糖和无机盐对蔗糖热稳定性的影响研究

本论文主要研究还原糖和部分无机盐对熔融态和溶液态蔗糖的热稳定性影响。指出，还原糖和部分中性无机盐会降低蔗糖的热稳定性（其中果糖的影响大于葡萄糖；镁离子的影响程度在所测试的无机盐中最为显著），而强碱弱酸类无机盐会提高蔗糖的热稳定性。
