赤霉素对'大富贵'芍药休眠解除及内源激素和糖类代谢的影响

研究不同质量浓度赤霉素（GA₃，0、100、200、300、1 000 mg/L）替代低温解除芍药品种‘大富贵’休眠的效果，探讨休眠解除前后其内源激素和糖类代谢生理变化，为生产上利用GA₃解除芍药休眠及调控花期提供理论及技术支撑。     

天然脂肪醇抑芽剂对烤烟抑芽效果研究

为解决烟草抑芽剂农药残留潜在风险,将一种由天然脂肪醇配置的抑芽剂作为材料,以氟节胺为对照,通过田间试验的方法,研究该抑芽剂不同稀释倍数及不同施药方法的抑芽效果,结果表明:天然脂肪醇抑芽剂6个处理的抑芽率均显著高于氟节胺处理的,第40 d时,其抑芽率达到87.38%以上。其中,天然脂肪醇抑芽剂15倍、20倍稀释处理的抑芽效果达到97.94%以上,与氟节胺处理间差异不显著;同时,这两个处理可以增大顶部两片叶面积,提高上桔二烟叶的还原糖、总糖含量。     

Sugar-mimicking glycosidase inhibitors: bioactivity and application

A large number of compounds mimicking the structures of monosaccharides or oligosaccharides have been discovered from natural sources. Such sugar mimics inhibit carbohydrate-degrading enzymes because of a structural resemblance to the sugar moiety of the natural substrate. Carbohydrate-degrading enzymes are involved in a wide range of important biological processes, such as intestinal digestion, posttranslational processing of the sugar chain of glycoproteins, their quality control mechanisms, lysosomal catabolism of glycoconjugates, and some viral infections. It has now been realized that inhibitors of the enzymes have enormous therapeutic potential in diabetes and lysosomal storage disorders. In this review, the general bioactivity, current applications, and the prospects for new therapeutic applications are described. N-acetylmuramic acid 6-phosphate lyases (MurNAc etherases): role in cell wall metabolism, distribution, structure, and mechanism

MurNAc etherases cleave the uniqued-lactyl ether bond of the bacterial cell wall sugar N-acetylmuramic acid (MurNAc). Members of this newly discovered family of enzymes are widely distributed among bacteria and are required to utilize peptidoglycan fragments obtained either from the environment or from the endogenous cell wall (i.e., recycling). MurNAc etherases are strictly dependent on the substrate MurNAc possessing a free reducing end and a phosphoryl group at C6. They carry a single conserved sugar phosphate isomerase/sugar phosphate- binding (SIS) domain to which MurNAc 6-phosphate is bound. Two subunits form an enzymatically active homodimer that structurally resembles the isomerase module of the double-SIS domain protein GlmS, the glucosamine 6-phosphate synthase. Structural comparison provides insights into the two-step lyase-type reaction mechanism of MurNAc etherases: β-elimination of the D-lactic acid substituent proceeds through a 2,3-unsaturated sugar intermediate to which water is subsequently added. 怀地黄不同品种块根显微结构与糖分含量的比较研究

采用石蜡切片和分光光度计对不同品种怀地黄块根的显微结构和糖分含量进行了研究,并用SPSS 10.0软件分析了两者之间的相关性.结果表明,怀地黄不同品种块根的显微结构差异明显,且还原糖含量的差异达到了显著水平.块根中还原糖含量、总糖含量均与块根各解剖结构特征呈正相关关系.     

中国食糖名义保护率的测算:1994～2006

利用世界银行2006年启动的"通过降低农业干预减贫"2期项目中的研究方法,测度了中国食糖1994~2006年的名义保护率(NRA)和农户层面上的名义保护率(NRAf),以此来判断农业贸易自由化对中国食糖生产者的影响程度。研究结果发现,多数年份我国对食糖批发商是正保护,而对农民则实行的是负保护。这表明,食糖生产者获得的价格低于自由市场价格,贸易政策改革具有严重的扭曲性,食糖生产者承担了很重的隐性税收。相反,食糖批发市场受到的保护和干预程度则较高。所以,今后国内政策改革的重点应该加大食糖收购价格的力度,降低食糖边境措施的干预强度,以此来提高农民收入水平和降低贸易扭曲程度。     

试论河西走廊甜菜种植业和制糖业

本文对河西走廊甜莱生产和甜莱制糖工业的发展条件进行了分析。指出了把河西走廊建成甘肃省的甜莱生产和制糖工业基地的必要性,目前存在的问题及今后发展的措施。     

TX─型糖助剂的研究

ＴＸ─糖助剂的研制，解决了制糖工艺过程中产生的泡沫，降低了糖膏的粘度，缩短了煮糖时间，提高了糖的回收率。     

新型絮凝—缓蚀剂处理油田污水的研究

以油田污水为处理对象，系统地研究了新型絮凝-缓蚀剂（ＣＭＴ-Ａ）的絮凝和缓蚀性能．试验结果表明，ＣＭＴ-Ａ不仅有优异的絮凝净水能力，而且对污水的腐蚀有良好的抑制作用，特别是对点蚀有突出的抑制效果．本文对ＣＭＴ-Ａ的絮凝-缓蚀机理也作了探讨．
