携带并殖吸虫囊蚴的华溪蟹新亚种报告(十足目:短尾派)

本文报道了充当并殖吸虫第二中间宿主,分布于福建省霞浦、福安、寿宁、福鼎、拓荣县(市)的淡水华溪蟹,经鉴别,均非福建华溪蟹(Sinopotamon fukienense),而是浙江华溪蟹新亚种Sinopotamon chekiangensemindongense subsp,nov.,澄清了蟹种分类。     

High-precision timing of the Quaternary standard samples with thermal ionization mass spectrometry (TIMS) U-series method

Two national stalagmite standard (GBW04412, GBW04413) and one international coral standard (RKM_4) have been determined by using thermal ionization mass spectrometry (TIMS) method. The values of ( 234 U/ 238 U) act , ( 230 Th/ 234 U) act and age are all consistent in error range with the standard values obtained by using α spectrometry.     

Identification and classification of subspecies of Asian cultivated rice and their hybrids

Having reviewed the major classification systems proposed by various scholars across the world, it is found thatindica andjaponica underO. sativa L. are two major directions thoroughly differentiated from the Asian cultivated rice, forming the framework of the classification structure. A system withindica andjaponica as the only two subspecies is therefore reiterated. There are various ways to determine the indica-japonica identity of hybrid rice, but the “combined morphological trait index” (CMT index) method is more efficient and easier to handle, although the isozyme analysis, molecular marker analysis and grain quality assay methods are also feasible.     

用^1H—NMR测定纤维素的摩尔取代度

用＾１Ｈ－ＮＭＲ测定羟丙基纤维素的摩尔取代度,根据纤维素在ＤＣｌ中水解后的＾１Ｈ－ＮＭＲ谱峰面积来计算ＭＳ值。同时还应用铬酸氧化蒸馏法测定了羟丙基纤维素的ＭＳ值,以及利用ＭＳ与羟丙基含量的关系得到ＭＳ值,可以发现ＮＭＲ的方法是可行的。     

用IDX法测定马尾松和樟子松种子发芽能力的研究

研究用ＩＤＸ法测定马尾松和樟子松种子发芽能力的方法及其标准化。结果发现,马尾松和樟子松种子浸种１６ｈ后,在１５℃、相对湿度接近１００％的培养箱内培养５６ｈ,然后在２５℃、相对湿度４０％的条件下分别干燥３ｈ、２ｈ,再作射线摄影,此时生活种子与死亡种子含水量的差异能在射线照片上形成密度反差,据此可以测定种子的发芽能力,即生活种子含水量高,吸收射线能力强,在射线图象上表现为密度均匀,胚与胚乳界限不明显,     

大熊猫父权确定的DNA证据

本文对成都大熊猫繁育研究基地,成都动物园,福州大熊猫研究中心及昆明动物园圈养繁殖的大熊猫１４胎次,１９只幼子,２５只次参配雄兽个体的被毛,血液,精液,肝,甲醛固定组织细胞,以及粪,尿等样品,采用同位素与荧光素标记基因探针作ＤＮＡ指纹图谱分析,得到了玫些有意义的结论。     

Mitochondrial DNA evidence for the 19th century introduction of African honey bees into the United States

Since the introduction of an African subspecies into Brazil in the mid-1950's¹, descendent Africanized honey bees (Apis mellifera L.) have spread throughout the Neotropics and into temperate North America. Restriction enzyme analysis of 422 feral honey bee colonies collected from non-Africanized areas in the southern United States revealed that over 21% of them had mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) derived from a European race established in North America by the 17th century, 77% of them had mtDNA common in honey bees maintained by beekeepers and about 1% exhibited African mtDNA. Further analysis revealed that the African mtDNA was derived from a north African subspecies imported to the US in the 19th century.     

锡在金电极上的欠电位单层沉积的分析应用

用循环伏安法研究了Sn2 在金盘电极上的欠电位沉积.在特别提纯的1 mol/L HCl支持电解质溶液中,Sn2 在金盘电极上可以产生清晰的欠电位沉积峰和本体沉积峰.基于Au/Sn欠电位体系优良的电化学特性,发展了一种选择性好、灵敏度高的电化学分析方法.Sn2 浓度在1.96×10-10～2.91×10-s mol/L范围内与峰电流有线性关系.连续7次测定1.0×10-9 mol/L Sn2 得到的相对标准偏差为5.06%.该方法已用于实际样品的测定,所得结果与原子发射光谱(ICP-AES)所得数据相吻合.     

微柱高效液相色谱法测定Cu(HQ)2和HQ

研究了用微柱高效液相色谱法测定8-羟基喹啉铜中的8-羟基喹啉(HQ)和8-羟基喹啉铜[Cu(HQ)2]的方法,8-羟基喹啉铜样品用甲醇溶解,然后以WatersXterraTMRP18(1.0×50mm,2.5μm)微柱为固定相,60%的甲醇(内含0.05moL/LpH值为4.0的醋酸-醋酸钠缓冲盐)为流动相分离,用紫外二极管矩阵检测器检测测定,方法标准回收率在99-102%,相对标准偏差在0.58-0.65%之间,结果满意.     

双硫腙萃取富集-石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定水体中痕量钴

介绍利用双硫腙(D2)作为螯合萃取剂,对水体中痕量钴进行萃取富集,采用基体改进技术由自动进样器注入石墨炉测定水中痕量钴的方法.本法操作简便、价廉、灵敏度和回收率高,加标回收率为97.4%～104.4%,RSD<3.47%.
