短肢剪力墙力学分析模型对比及其选择

针对语言学领域英语动词的-ing形式及-ed形式区分认识的一贯分歧,从英语语言史实出发,结合对英语语言使用现状的考察,对这两种非限定形式的结构特征做详细分析,以期梳理出动词的这两类非限定构成的语法动因。分析表明:动词的-jng形式实质上包含两类不同的语言现象,其中之一是现在分词,与-ed非限定式同属分词范畴,另一类则是名词性质的动名词。     

Effect of Structural Units on the Adhesion of Acrylic Copolymers to Fibers for Warp Sizing

Radical copolymerization of acrylic acid (AA) with acrylamide (AM) or acrylamide/acrylonitrlle(AM/AN) was initiated with ammonium persulfate as initiator to produce acrylic copolymers such as bicopolymer poly(AM-co-AA) and tercopolymer poly(AM-co-AN-co-AA) far revealing the effects of the structural unitits of the copolymers on the adhesion of the copolymers to polyester or cotton fibers for warp sizing. The adhesion was evaluated in terms of tensile strength and work-to-break of a roving impregnated with the copolymer solution It was found that the adhesion strongly depended on type and amount of the units incorporated into the copolymeric chains. Whether the fiber is cotton or polyester,the adhesion of the bicopolymer poly(AM-co-AA) is greater than that of polyacrylic acid or polyacyamide. Excessiveiy increasing the amount of AM or AA unit in poly (AM-on-AA) lowers the adhesion. To enhance the adhesion of the bicopolymer,a favorable mole ratio of AM to AA is 70/30. Based on this mole ratio, incorporation of acrylonitrile units into poly (AM-co-AA) to from tcrcopolymer cnhances the adhesion.

基于主模型CAD/CAE集成的卷绕锭轴结构参数优化

高速卷绕头是化纤长丝纺丝机的重要单元机,国内之前研究相对较少。采用虚拟产品开发技术进行高速卷绕头新产品开发的技术创新,提高卷绕头产品开发效率。与同类研究类似,在高速卷绕头产品的虚拟开发过程中,集成CAD/CAE系统存在若干技术瓶颈。基于CAD/CAE系统集成方法的对比分析,建立了主模型CAD/CAE集成框架,并在该框架下进行了高速卷绕头锭轴结构参数优化设计,其优化设计的动力性能分析结果验证了基于主模型CAD/CAE集成框架进行高速卷绕锭轴部件虚拟开发的有效性。

Abstract：

Researches based on the high speed winder, which is a key unit machine for filaments treatment, are relatively rare in China. The techniques of virtual product development （VPD） were applied to improve the new product development of the high speed winder, which would raise the product development efficiency of the high speed winder. Similarly to the research of this kind, in the procedure of developing the virtual product for the high speed winder, there were several key technical problems in the CAD/CAE integrated system. The contrast analysis of the CAD/CAE integrated methods was given; furthermore, the CAD/CAE integrated framework based on master model was built, in which the structural parameters of the high-speed winder chuck was optimized for design. The dynamic characteristics analysis for the optimization design was done; consequently, the result indicates that in the CAD/CAE integrated framework based on master model, the structural parameter optimization of high-speed winder chuck is available.

针对几何特征参数改变对汽车制动盘结构模态特性的影响进行仿真分析,探索通过几何形状变化控制制动盘制动尖叫的可行性.首先建立了制动盘的ANSYS有限元模型,利用试验模态分析结果验证模型正确性的基础上,然后定量分析了安装凸台直径与高度、盘体直径与厚度、散热辐条分布密度的变化对前七阶自由与约束周向模态频率的影响.分析发现:盘体直径与厚度、散热辐条分布密度和安装凸台直径与高度对模态特性影响依次减小;盘体直径与厚度改变可以作为考虑轻量化和热容量的面向制动盘结构模态修改的途径.
