消除脑电图伪差的数据处理方法

本文提出了一种消除电脑电图主要伪差（肌电伪差、眼动伪差和基线漂移）的实用有效方法．即用线性Ｋａｌｍａｎ滤波未消除脑电图的肌电伪差，用ＦＩＲ数字高通滤波器抑制眼动伪差及基线漂移，取得了良好的效果，为进一步设计脑电图的计算机自动化分析和诊断系统，解决了关键性的问题．在数据处理的同时还对线性Ｋａｌｍａｎ滤波经行了改进，即去除了肌电伪差模型，使系统更为简洁，滤波效果更好．

Induction of neovascularization in vivo by glycerol

Glycerol, injected into a site between the femoral vessels of the rat, induced neovascularization, both from the preexisting microcirculation and from the side of the femoral vein facing the artery-vein interstitium where the glycerol was administered. The use of glycerol together with a known angiogenic substance (PGE₂) did not modify the neocapillary density (NCD) obtained with glycerol alone. In contrast, the lower level of NCD achieved with an acylglycerol (triacetylglycerol) was increased when the latter was associated with PGE₂. Values reached were similar to, but never higher than, those for glycerol alone, or combined with PGE₂. The results suggest that glycerol and some substances containing glycerol, amongst which 1-butyrylglycerol has been previously considered¹, may stimulate angiogenesis by a direct or indirect mechanism of action.     

The regulation of trehalose metabolism in insects

Trehalose is a non-reducing disaccharide comprising two glucose molecules. It is present in high concentration as the main haemolymph (blood) sugar in insects. The synthesis of trehalose in the fat body (an organ analogous in function to a combination of liver and adipose tissue in vertebrates) is stimulated by neuropeptides (hypertrehalosaemic hormones), released from the corpora cardiaca, a neurohaemal organ associated with the brain. The peptides cause a decrease in the content of fructose 2,6-bisphosphate in fat body cells. Fructose 2,6-bisphosphate, acting synergistically with AMP, is a potent activator of the glycolytic enzyme 6-phosphofructokinase-1 and a strong inhibitor of the gluconeogenic enzyme fructose 1,6-bisphosphatase. This indicates that fructose 2,6-bisphosphate is a key metabolic signal in the regulation of trehalose synthesis in insects. Trehalose is hydrolysed by trehalase (E.C. 3.2.1.28). The activity of this enzyme is regulated in flight muscle, but the mechanism by which this is achieved is unknown. Trehalase from locust, flight muscle is a glycoprotein bound to membranes of the microsomal fraction. The enzyme can be activated by detergents in vitro and by short flight intervals in vivo, which indicates that changes in the membrane environment modulate trehalase activity under physiological conditions.     

增大短跑步幅的训练方法探讨

从运动解剖学角度指出原动肌肌力小和对抗肌伸展性不足是影响步幅的主要因素，步幅的增大可以通过改善下肢被动肌的伸展性和提高原动肌的力量来解决，训练中单纯增大步长的方法，有悖于运动解剖学规律，是不可取的。     

猪离体软组织超声频谱衰减特性实验分析

应用频谱分析的谱差法,对猪离体的脂肪、肌肉及肝组织的超声传输衰减特性进行了实验分析.结果表明,猪脂肪、肌肉组织的衰减系数随频率的变化与指数规律符合相当好;肝组织的衰减乐数和频率的关系与线性规律接近.

为保证水产品的质量安全,用酶联免疫法快速检测虾肉中氯霉素残留量.结果表明:该法平均检测下限为0.012 5μg/kg,回收率为88.1%～94.4%,RSD为2.98%～6.67%,是虾肉中氯霉素残留量检测的理想方法.
