利用方差分析研究双因素试验

以方差分析为工具从无重复的双因素及等重复的双因素两方面，对双因素试验进行研究，并通过构造统计量讨论两个因素对试验结果的影响是否显著的问题．     

补阳还五口服液工艺研究

研究补阳还五口服液制备工艺条件.采用煎煮法提取口服液中的多糖成分和黄芪甲苷,分光光度法测定多糖成分,薄层扫描法测定黄芪甲苷.采用正交设计,得到最佳工艺:煎煮2次,每次0.5 h,浓缩比1∶3,70%醇沉,琼脂作稳定剂.

使用粉末压片法制样，以X射线荧光光谱分析法测定水泥中Ca、Si、Al、Fe、Mg、S等主次量元素，分析方法具有较高的精密度和准确度。     

型钢混凝土转换节点的抗剪性能

通过对连续型钢混凝土梁式转换层结构模型的两种加载方式进行拟静力试验,对比分析了型钢混凝土转换节点与柱不带轴压力型钢混凝土框架节点的抗震特性,得到了区别于普通框架节点的转换节点破坏机制、耗能能力、强度退化等.建立有限元模型,进一步对比分析,证明了转换节点在地震作用下的受力特性符合节点斜压杆机理,建立了型钢混凝土节点抗剪受力模型.
