土地利用总体规划实施难点及对策分析

通过实地踏勘、座谈等调研方式，发现重庆市区、县土地利用总体规划实施对合理利用土地资源，强化土地利用的宏观调控，协调用地矛盾，优化土地利用结构和落实土地空间布局起了积极作用．着重分析了规划实施的难点，提出了保障土地利用总体规划实施的政策建议．这对下一轮规划修编具有积极的借鉴意义．     

SDL在数字系统设计中的应用

作为一种标准的形式语言，SDL已经被广泛地应用在软件设计中。为了进一步扩大其应用领域，进行了在硬件方面的应用探索，以逻辑门电路－－与门为例，以SDT为工具，说明了应用SDL进行特性描述和仿真／验证的方法，由于SDL支持面向对象技术，所以可以把各种常用逻辑电路或数字电路设计为SDL包。通过引用这些包，就能够描述和领导 具／验证复杂的数字系统了。实践证明，SDL在硬件方面的应用是可靠的，而且也是相当简便的。     

基于小型嵌入式系统的TCP简化实现方法

介绍了一种适用于嵌入式系统的TCP实现方法,符合RFC1122的兼容性规范,而代码的规模只有BSD TCP的30%.该实现强调对TCP的简化,以提高可靠性;同时应用了几种简化的TCP优化技术以提升性能,包括头部预测、重传回退.该TCP无须操作系统的支持,假定整个IP栈运行在裸机上.     

A solution of spatial query processing and query optimization for spatial databases

Recently, attention has been focused on spatial query language which is used to query spatial databases. A design of spatial query language has been presented in this paper by extending the standard relational database query language SQL. It recognizes the significantly different requirements of spatial data handling and overcomes the inherent problems of the application of conventional database query languages. This design is based on an extended spatial data model, including the spatial data types and the spatial operators on them. The processing and optimization of spatial queries have also been discussed in this design. In the end, an implementation of this design is given in a spatial query subsystem.     

RED算法的分析及其在FPGA中的实现

拥塞检测与拥塞避免算法是实现IP网络QoS的重要措施之一。随机早检测算法通过计算TCP流的平均队列长度，进行适当的概率丢弃分组，从而有效地避免了由TCP流导致的网络拥塞。该算法因其具有较低的时延、较高的吞吐量和较好的公平性而被广泛采用。首先详细阐述了RED算法的基本原理，通过对算法的理解和分析。提出了一种有效的和可行的FPGA实现方案，该方案在遵循算法原理本身的同时，以相对较少的硬件资源和快速性实现了RED算法。     

The Technical Specification and Physical Performance Level of Line Pipes for West-East Gas Pipeline

The west-east gas transmission engineering is an important project attracting domestic and foreign attention. The gas pipeline used in this project is a gas pipeline with the longest distance, largest pipe diameter and highest transmission pressure in the history of petroleum pipeline construction of China. For the construction of top-rank gas pipeline in the world with high standard, high speed and high benefit, the key of specifying production of metallurgical and pipe-making enterprises and ensuring quality performance of the steel and steel pipe is to research and formulate a feasible and satisfactory technical Specification for engineering steel and steel pipe with international level. In this paper the author introduces the establishment of the technical specification for West-East gas pipeline project, and lays emphasis on the analysis and discussion of principle and method determining major technical indexes related to line pipes for West-East gas pipeline. The author also introduces actual material selection of gas pipeline home and abroad, and presents examination and application of the technical specification for West-East gas pipeline.     

反射模扇形束入射衍射CT的重建算法

本文导出了反射模扇形束入射衍射CT的广义断层投影理论,它的前提条件是Born或Rytov近似,且要求物体相对于测量平面的张角很小,在这种近似下,可以证明与点源处于同一平面的测量面上测到的反射场决定了物体断面参数在一旋转椭球面上的频谱值。     

MPEG-2传送流复用的软件实现

根据MPEG-2标准的传送流语法规定，阐明了多路传送流的复用原理，提出了用软件实现多路传送流的复用方法，并在现有计算机资源的基础上，以VisualC 为开发平台，实现了6路节目合成为一路传送流，为硬件实现复用技术提供了极有价值的参考和依据。     

对智能化住宅小区的理论探讨

近期智能化住宅成为房地产市场的热点,同时也存在华而不实(功能过于超前)、徒有虚名(功能不配套难以使用)、有名无实(虚假宣传)等问题.从智能化住宅的发展演变入手,首先明确基本概念,接着界定基本功能,认为在目前阶段,住宅小区智能化应包括安全自动化、通讯自动化、管理自动化三个系统,最后针对存在问题,提出对策建议,即在智能化小区的建设中,应把握规划设计适度超前,实施方案谨慎选择的原则,要在住户的功能需求、可承受的经济能力和系统技术选用的前瞻性三者之间寻求一个合理的平衡点和切入点,来规划、设计、配置智能化系统,以获得一个先进、科学与经济的智能化小区方案.     

K—9卷积码的Viterbi译码算法及其FPGA实现

探讨了ＣＤＭＡ数字移动通信中的差错控制问题,研究用约束度Ｋ＝９的卷积编码和最大似然Ｖｉｔｅｒｂｉ译码的差错控制方案。在Ｖｉｔｅｒｂｉ译码算法中,提出了原位运算度量、保存路径转移过程和循环存取幸存路径等方法,能有效地减少存储量、降低功耗,使得Ｋ＝９的Ｖｉｔｅｒｂｉ译码算法可以单片ＸＣ４０１０ ＦＰＧＡ为主的器件上实现,其性能指标符合ＣＤ－ＭＡ数字移动通信ＩＳ－９５标准要求。文中给出了实测的算法性能,
