阐述了大型农资批发企业发展连锁配送的优势及必要性，通过对农资连锁体系建设存在问题的分析，提出了建设农资营销网络的思路。     

Linkage analysis on chromosome 2 in essential hypotension pedigrees

It is a new approach to study the important genes related to the control of blood pressure by probing into hypotension and hypertension at the same time. Genome scanning on whole chromosome 2 in 8 hypotension pedigrees has been done and parameter (LOD score) and non-pa- rameter (NPL score) were used in the linkage analysis by GENEHUNTER software. The results show the evidence of linkage between D2S112 and D2S117, indicating a number of critical genes may lie in thisregion and contribute to the mechanism of blood pressure regulation. Also this region has been found in the previous study in hypertension pedigrees. These genes may play an important role in the regulation of blood pressure and can also be the important candidate genes in hypertension studies.

在结构紧凑的机械设计中，要考虑十字滑块联轴器中十字滑块的运动轨迹和运动范围，以免和其它零部件产生干涉和碰撞。本文重点介绍了用作图法确定十字滑块边缘点的运动轨迹和运动范围，得出了简明的结论，可供机构设计时参考和使用。     

平面连杆机构综合优化平衡的振动响应法

将机构作用的机座系统抽象为三自由度的强迫振动系统，研究机构振动力的Ｘ、Ｙ分量及振动力矩对系统响应的影响，提出了以机座振动响应为目标函数，构件配重质量参数（ｍｉ，ｓｉ，θｉ）为设计变量，改变机构振动力（力矩）变化规律，达到减小系统振动响应为目的的机构振动力和矩综合优化平衡新方法，并为传统以振力（力矩）加权和为池数的加权系数的选择提供理论依据，用传统方法和新地四杆机构进行计算，结果表明：新方法能有产儿     

平面四杆机构的综合优化平衡

从惯性激振载荷、运动副动反力等多项动力性能指标入手，提出了一种用附加质量平衡平面四杆机构的多指标综合优化平衡方法—协调曲线平衡法．它是在整个设计空间，按各自目标函数的等值面来产生多目标优化设计的最优方案．这种方法对于解决综合平衡技术中相互冲突的多项动力特性指标的协调解问题效果显著，最后通过一个实例分析验证了这一方法．     

THE EXTENDING OF JOUKOWSKY''''S LEVER METHOD AND ITS APPLICATIONS IN LINKAGE PROBLEMS

Joukowsky's Lever Method is the method used to find out the equilibrant and balancingmoment of various mechanisms.The advantage of this method is to save the complicated processof finding out the reactional forces in kinematic pairs.But,the method is only limited to thosemechanisms composed of rigid bar linkages and with negligible friction.In practical cases,hydropneumatic elements and spring constraints may be included in the mechanism;and alsowith the development of high load,high speed and high accuracy of mechanism,the friction maynot be neglected.So,the authors have tried to develop the Generalized Joukowsky's LeverMethod,which can be used to find out the equilibrant and balancing moment of the mechanismwhen the hydropneumatic elements and spring constraints are included and the friction inkinematic pairs has to be considered.Three examples are here analyzed to show the applicationsof this method.     

沙参(Adenophora Tetraphylla)多糖与其蛋白质关系的研究

沙参多糖经Sevag法、酶解等纯化后仍含有少量结合蛋白。测定表明,结合蛋白对碱较稳定,其平均分子量约为25000。经β-消除反应及氨基酸分析表明,多糖与结合蛋白间是以糖—苏氨酸键苷相互连接的。

四极四相开关磁阻电机电磁场的有限元分析

本文对一种绕组按N,S交替排列的开关磁阻电动机原型进行了四个典型的物理模型的有限元分析;提供了11种不同定、转子相对位置的磁链φ与电流i之关系图及等矢量磁位线分布图,给出了给定激磁电流条件下的转矩T与转子位置θ的变化曲线T=f(θ)及电,感L与电流i、转子位置θ的变化曲线L=f(i,θ)。文中还进行了计算与实验结果的对比。
