介绍三种河北新记录植物

本文报道了三种河北新记录植物,它们是蛇葡萄属的蛇葡萄Ampelopsis brevipedunculata(Maxim.) Trautv.,水竹叶属的疣草Murdannia keisak(Hassk.)Hand-Mazz.和裸花水竹叶Murdannia nudiflora(L.)Brenan。

八角枫对佐剂性关节炎大鼠的治疗作用及毒性

文章通过考察八角枫醇提物、八角枫总碱对佐剂性关节炎(AA)大鼠的治疗作用及毒性,研究八角枫治疗关节炎的有效部位;分别采用足容积法和5级评分法测定大鼠足肿胀度及关节炎指数(AI),采用HE染色法观察大鼠关节和肝脏组织的形态学变化,并作血清常规检测。结果表明,八角枫醇提物、八角枫总碱可明显减轻AA大鼠的足肿胀度,降低其关节炎指数,改善关节的病理学变化。实验证明了八角枫醇提物对AA大鼠的治疗作用较好,且对肝脏无明显毒性。     

A new genus and species of bythitid fish (Teleostei: Ophidiiformes) from New Zealand

Brosmodorsalis persicinus n. gen., n. sp. is described from specimens collected from shallow coastal rocky reefs of northern New Zealand. Brosmodorsalis is placed in the bythitid fish subfamily Brosmophycinae because it has the caudal fin separate from the dorsal and anal fins. The genus differs from all others within the subfamily by the origin of the dorsal fin being well in advance of the posterior margin of the operculum and the anterior dorsal fin rays being free of membrane.     

四棱豆的良种选育研究

以常规栽培种K0014为对照，对选出的4个四棱豆良种进行了主要生物学特性记载和产量分析。结果表明：该4个良种均适合南充地区栽培，其中K009和K0010具高产，抗病特性；96-13具早熟，高产，抗病特性；96-14-1具矮生直立，抗病特性。
