广州夏季大气中碳气溶胶浓度水平及污染特征

2002年6-7月于广州市3个采样点采集PM10和PM25样品,测定了PM10,PM25以及元素碳(EC)和有机碳(OC)的浓度.PM10和PM2.5平均浓度分别为124.77μg@m-3及78.13μg@m-3.PM10和PM2.5中的OC浓度分别为22.3μg@m-3和15.80μg@m-3,EC浓度分别为7.78和5.90μg@m-3,其中73.8%的OC和77.7%的EC存在于PM25中.在3个采样点PM10和PM25中,OC/EC比值均大于2.0,表明广州夏季大气存在二次污染.各种气象条件对OC、EC浓度及其比值的变化都有不同程度的影响,其中降水和风速是OC、EC浓度变化的主要气象因素.     

利用枯草杆菌整合表达嗜铬粒蛋白抗真菌片段

为实现CGA1-76片段基因在枯草杆菌中的稳定表达,将CGA1-76片段基因的表达元件重组到枯草杆菌转座子质粒pHV1249微转座子mini-Tn10内,利用mini-Tn10将CGA1-76片段基因的表达元件整合到枯草杆菌DB1342染色体上,用氯霉素和红霉素筛选枯草杆菌转座工程菌DB1342(TnSVTQ).DB1342(TnSVTQ)在无选择压力条件下经10 d连续传代培养,转座子内氯霉素抗性丢失率为0%,说明转座子稳定整合在DB1342染色体上.SDS-PAGE和免疫印迹分析结果表明,在蔗糖诱导下,CGA1-76片段基因在DB1342(TnSVTQ)中获得表达,产物被分泌到细胞外.孔穴琼脂扩散法测定表达上清的抑制真菌活性,结果表明重组CGA1-76能抑制烟曲霉菌和黄曲霉菌的生长,抑菌圈直径分别为9 mm和8 mm.     

农副产品太阳能干燥技术的研究和发展

文章介绍了近年来太阳能干燥装置的发展状况,与传统的自然干燥和采用常规能源的干燥进行比较,并分析了其尚未大面积推广应用的制约因素和该技术尚待解决的一些问题。     

Atomic-scale computer simulation for early precipitation process of Ni75Al10V15 alloy

The kinetic model for a ternary system is introduced based on the microscopic diffusion form of the phase-field equations for a binary alloy. The equation is solved in the reciprocal space. This model is used to investigate the early precipitation process of Ni75-Al10V15 by simulating the atomic pictures of the two ordered phases and calculating the order parameters of γ′(Ni3Al) phase. Simulation results show that the γ′ ordered phases precipitate from the disordered matrix by a non-classical nucleation mechanism, and the nonstoichiometric γ′ ordered phase appears first and then transforms into the stoichiometric one. Clusters of V atoms appear at the γ′ phase boundaries followed by the formation of the nonstoichiometric θ ordered phase. The farther the location from γ′ phase boundary is, the lower the order degree of θ phase is. There exist two kinds of DO22 ordered domains: a horizontal one and a vertical one, related to their adjacent γ′ phase boundaries. The model could describe the atomic ordering and composition clustering simultaneously, and any a priori assumption about the new phase structure and precipitation mechanism etc. is unnecessary.     

蓄能型太阳能溶液除湿蒸发冷却空调系统研究

以实验的方法对采用填料塔式再生器的溶液除湿蒸发冷却空调系统的再生性能进行研究,得出了再生器热源温度在55.5 ℃工况下的传质系数和热源温度对出口参数有影响的结论.同时发现传质系数平均值约为0.32 mg/(m2·Pa·s),根据实验数据提出提高填料塔式再生器再生性能的方法.同时提出一种蓄能密度高的相变潜能蓄能模式,并在理论上对其进行定量分析,结果表明该种蓄能模式的蓄能密度一般在1 000 MJ/m3以上,这表明该蓄能方法比常规蓄能方法更为有效.     

一种新型太阳能制冷循环的控制系统研究

提出了一种新型太阳能混合吸收式蓄能循环的控制系统.混合式蓄能循环的控制系统采用n阶等容惯性环节来描述其动态特性,在比例积分调节方式下,从个别环节控制入手,进而达到综合能量控制.并利用C 语言编制程序对系统的运行进行仿真,达到了运行的最优化和蓄能节能的目的.     

低频声波声检测研究

提出了基于在线可编程模拟器件ispPAC10差动放大及低通滤波电路来完成低频声波信号的采集。该方法可有效地降低检测电路的噪声干扰，提高输出信号的信噪比。     

Echo-state-network classification based multi-services awareness in high-speed optical passive networks

With the challenge of great growing of services diversity,service-oriented supporting ability is required by current high-speed passive optical network (PON).Aimed at enhancing the quality of service (QoS) brought by diversified-services,this study proposes an echo state network (ESN) based multi-service awareness mechanism in 10-Gigabite ethernet passive optical network (10G-EPON).In the proposed approach,distributed architecture is adopted to realize this ESN based multi-service awareness.According to the network architecture of 10G-EPON,where a main ESN is running in OLT and a number of ESN agents works in ONUs.The main-ESN plays the main function of service-awareness from the total view of various kinds of services in 10G-EPON system,by full ESN training.Then,the reservoir information of well-trained ESN in OLT will be broadcasted to all ONUs and those ESN agents working in ONUs are allowed to conduct independent service-awareness function.Thus,resources allocation and transport policy are both determined only in ONUs.Simulation results show that the proposed mechanism is able to better support the ability of multiple services.     

碳化细菌纤维素在钙钛矿太阳能电池对电极中的研究

在高效的钙钛矿太阳能电池(PSCs)中，通常采用贵金属对电极(Au、Ag)和昂贵的空穴传输材料(HTM)，导致了高成本和不稳定等问题.该研究使用稳定的无HTM的CsPbBr3纯无机钙钛矿的PSCs，将结构优异的天然纳米生物材料细菌纤维素(BC)经过高温碳化得到具有纳米精细结构、大表面积和孔容的多介孔碳化细菌纤维素(CBC)材料，对该材料进行SEM、XRD、FT-IR、比表面积、电导率测试以证实该材料在PSCs上的应用潜质.根据PSCs对电极的应用需要，将CBC及其与商业导电碳浆(CS)混合物作为PSCs对电极材料，通过J-V、IPCE等测试，发现纯CBC材料的电池效率高于纯CS，在作为PSCs对电极方面具有很大的潜力.该研究不仅扩大了生物质碳材料的应用领域，而且有望将CBC作为低成本稳定高效PSCs对电极材料.
