超声波提取芦笋皮中黄酮类化合物及其抗氧化活性的研究

应用超声波技术,以芦笋皮为原料提取黄酮类化合物,探讨超声波的提取时间、超声波功率、乙醇浓度、温度及料液比等因素对其总黄酮提取效果的影响.通过单因素试验与正交试验分析得出最佳提取工艺条件:超声波强度为100%、提取时间为75min、乙醇浓度80%、温度为75℃、料液比为1∶100.该工艺条件下提取黄酮类化合物提取含量为10.23mg/g.芦笋皮中黄酮类化合物对氧自由基和羟自由基均有较强的抑制和清除能力,其抗氧化活性随着样品浓度的增大而增强,且抗氧化活性强于芦丁和抗坏血酸.

以会理青皮软籽石榴、会理红皮石榴为试验材料,通过对其花期的调查,研究这两种石榴不同枝梢开花量及完全花比例,结果表明:两种石榴不同枝梢的开花量和完全花比例均表现为:会理青皮软籽石榴大于会理红皮石榴。     

T形钢连接梁柱节点的试验和抗剪计算方法研究

通过对4个中空夹层钢管混凝土柱-钢混凝土梁采用高强螺栓T形钢连接的组合节点的低周反复荷载试验,研究了其典型破坏形态及节点域的剪力-剪切变形骨架曲线;在此基础上,对其节点域的传力机理和抗剪性能进行了理论全过程分析,分别建立了节点域钢管腹板、钢管翼缘和夹层混凝土的剪力-剪切变形的三折线模型,并根据剪切变形协调条件对三部分曲线进行简化后叠加,由此得到整个节点域的屈服抗剪承载力和极限抗剪承载力的计算公式,并将理论计算结果与试验数据进行对比,二者整体吻合较好.

智能化穴位温度检测仪的研制及实验研究

利用铂电阻作为测温探头，用微机进行数据处理，对５例健康人及４０例肝实热患者迸行人休皮肤温度的检测及分析．结果表明：穴位皮温有循经性交化，疾病组穴位温度较健康组高０．３７～１．３６℃．这说明皮肤温度可以作为穴位病理反应的客观指标．     

A new approach to analysis of human sweating

In human skin transplanted to the back of 3 strains of immuno-deficient mice the functin of the eccrine sweat glands of the human transplant was tested by topical intradermal application of pilocarine, adrenaline and atropine+pilocarpine. Sweat responses were observed in pre-selected fields of observation by means of video macroscope. The iodine strarch reaction served as an indicator for the appearance of seat sport and permitted the evaluation of areas wetted by sweat in the field of observation. Among 9 animals tested, the hybrids between the CB-17-scid mouse and the BALB/cA-nu mouse (BALB/cA-nu,scid) seemed to exhibit the most consistent seweating response to local pharmacological stimulation. According to histological examination, eccrine sweat glands were preserved in human skin trasplanted into the back skin of the BALB/cA-nu,scid mouse strain. the heterologous, human skin graft provides a novel model permitting, independent of the normal sweat gland innervation, the analysis of moecular receptors of sweat gland cells by which the actions of natural transmitters and pharmacological agents are transduced.     

现代试井分析中关于负表皮效应问题的研究

本文研究了现代试井分析中的负表皮效应问题。Agarwal考虑到均匀微可压缩流体在均质地层中渗流具有井筒存储及表皮因子的影响,得出渗流解析解。本研究是通过扩大井筒半径的影响,对Agarwal解析解进行数值积分,获得不同的负表皮效应参数的大量数据及表皮效应小于零的各参数的数据表,并绘出理论图版。补充了 Gringarten 理论图版关于负表皮效应值的内容,为研究钻井与完井过程中油层污染状况以及油井压裂、酸化等增产措施效果提供了分析依据。     

Characterisation of human skin conductance at acupuncture points

Some physicians use the electrical conductance of the skin, particularly at the acupuncture points, for diagnostic purposes. This paper deals with the quantification of the skin conductance at some acupuncture points under well defined conditions using the electrode materials gold, graphite, silver and brass. The observed current response appeared to be best described by two exponentials.     

Effect of temperature on in vitro proliferative activity of human umbilical vein endothelial cells

Human umbilical vein endothelial cells, skin fibroblasts, and retinal pigment epithelial cells are cultivated in medium supplemented with 15 to 20% serum in our laboratory. The effects of various incubation temperatures on the proliferation of these cells was examined. Our study shows that the mitogenic response of the endothelial cells to a change of temperature differed markedly from that of the fibroblasts and epithelial cells. Cultivation of human umbilical vein endothelial at 37°C required seeding densities as high as 1–2×10⁴ cells/cm², and yet resulted in a low growth rate and premature senescence. However, under the same culture conditions, but at 33°C, the proliferative capacity of these endothelial cells was potentiated. The results were striking; at 33°C the cells grew actively and the life span was extended. The number of cumulative population doublings increased fourfold compared with that for the same cells cultivated at 37°C. The inoculum size could be reduced, since at 33°C the endothelial cells were able to replicate at seeding densities as low as 20 cells/cm². The cells serially subcultured at 33°C retained morphological features and specific immunological markers of endothelial cells.     

Skin Sensitive Difference of Human Body Sections under Clothing - Multiple Analysis of Skin Surface Temperature Changes

A new researching method on clothing comfort perception is developed. By it the skin surface temperature changes and subjective psychological perception of human body sections stimulated by the same cold stimulation are studied. With the multiple comparison analysis method the changing laws of skin temperature of main human body sections is obtained.
