江苏汉族人生长激素受体基因多态性研究

为了解生长激素受体(GHR)基因多态性在江苏汉族人群中的分布,通过多重PCR及PCR-RFLP的方法对269例江苏地区正常汉族人进行GHR基因3个位点的多态性分析,并与文献中报道的其它种族和地区的人群进行比较分析.结果显示江苏地区汉族正常人群中GHR基因型以fl/fl、I/L、P/P发生频率最高,这种分布在男女之间没有差异,与其它地区汉族人比较没有明显差异,与日本人差异也不明显,而与法国、俄罗斯人差异明显.研究表明,GHR基因3个位点多态性在不同种族之间分布存在着明显的差异,这种差异有可能是导致不同种族间人体测量学差异及对一些疾病的易感性及对药物的反应性不同的因素之一.     

不同浓度的激素组合对猕猴桃愈伤组织诱导及芽分化的影响

本实验以美味猕猴桃试管苗为材料，外植体选用离体茎段，研究了不同浓度的激素组合对猕猴桃愈伤组织诱导及芽分化的影响．试验结果表明，MS培养基中附加激素2，4-D1．0mg／L＋6-BA0．5mg／L有利于愈伤组织诱导，诱导率达86．1％；Ms培养基中附加激素组合NAA0．1mg／L＋6-BA1．0mg／L有利于芽分化，芽分化率为75．2％．     

影响青少年身高生长因素分析

目前社会上流行各种各样的增高方法,其中很多是毫无科学道理的,存在严重的误导消费行为。影响青少年身高增长主要因素很多,如睡眠、体育锻炼和营养补钙等,注意这些可以为青少年拥有理想身高提供帮助。中国城市儿童普遍缺乏体育锻炼及睡眠不足应引起高度重视。     

Population structure and breeding biology of the hairy crab Pilumnus vespertilio (Fabricius, 1793) (Crustacea: Brachyura: Pilumnidae) in southern Mozambique

The population structure and reproduction of Pilumnus vespertilio were studied for the first time in Mozambique. Random samples of crabs were taken monthly from January to December 2002 from a pebble area of Inhaca Island, southern Mozambique. A clear sexual dimorphism was observed in the present population with males reaching greater sizes than females. Sex ratio was female‐biased, and the monthly size–frequency distributions were often bimodal. The annual reproductive cycle of Pilumnus vespertilio was continuous with peaks of breeding in summer. Results suggest that embryonic development may be synchronized within the population as a result of the very high reproductive activity observed in summer. Juveniles are recruited mostly in winter in the study area.

Ecdysteroid receptors located in the central nervous system of an insect

Summary Using thaw-mount autoradiography for steroid hormones, we obtained direct evidence for a nuclear localization of ecdysteroid binding sites in target organs of blowfly (Calliphora vicina) larvae. The binding sites revealed properties of ecdysteroid receptors. Endocrine cells of the ring gland were found to be target tissues of ecydysteroids. This observation provides morphological evidence for a network of complex interendocrine regulation. In the central nervous system receptorcontaining neurons were identified which include many, if not all, neurosecretory cells of the brain. A map of ecdysteroid sensitive cells of the larval brain is presented.     

Identification of sex pheromones of four economically important species in genusDendrolimus

The female-produced sex pheromone of Dendrolimus superans was identified by gas chromatography (GC), coupled GC-mass spectrometry (GC-MS), electroantennographic (EAG) studies and field tests as a blend of (Z,E)-5,7-dodecadienal (Z5,E7-12:Ald) and (Z,E)-5,7-dodeca- dien-1-ol (Z5,E7-12:OH). In D. kikuchii, (Z,E)-5,7-dodeca- dien-1-yl acetate (Z5,E7-12:OAc) and Z5,E7-12:OH were found by GC and GC-MS analyses. However, in EAG studies male antennae were more sensitive to Z5,E7-12:OAc and (Z,E)-5,7-dodecadien-1-yl propionate (Z5,E7-12:OPr) than Z5,E7-12:OH. For D. spectabilis, Z5,E7-12:OH had been previously reported as the sex pheromone. However, in our studies, traps baited with Z5,E7-12:OH, Z5,E7-12:OAc and Z5,E7-12:OPr in a ratio of 1:1:1 caught three times more males than those baited with Z5,E7-12:OH alone. Relatively strong EAG responses were elicited from male antennae by Z5,E7-12:OH, Z5,E7-12:OAc and Z5,E7-12:OPr, but in addition to Z5,E7-12:OH, only very small amounts of Z5,E7- 12:OAc was found in the pheromone gland. These facts suggest that Z5,E7-12:OAc is a pheromone minor components and Z5,E7-12:OPr is a sex attractant in D. spectabilis. For D. tabulaeformis, Z5,E7-12:OH, Z5,E7-12:OAc and Z5,E7-12: OPr were found in extracts of pheromone glands of female moths, and the three compounds elicited strong EAG responses from antennae of male moths. These three compounds have been reported as a sex attractant of D. tabulaeformis, and our data confirm their roles as components of the sex pheromone of this species. The role of blend components in antagonizing cross attraction between congeners is discussed.     

性自主权、道德与法律干预——以“南京换偶案”为例

换偶案作为一个聚讼纷争的特殊案例,在道德、价值多元化的时代,引发了人们对换偶的权利,道德性及合法性的多向度的思考。在将换偶纳入性自主权的思考维度中,性的自治自决也必须与责任担当与人性尊严相协调;在道德、法律的聚光灯下,即使是坚守自由主义的中立原则,对换偶之类的性行为方式,也只是主张一定的道德宽容而非道德虚无。当然,法律在有限度涉入这一高度争议的性领域时,应有坚实的干预理由并保持适度的界限。     

黄斑蓝子鱼CRH基因的克隆及其在浅水应激后的mRNA表达

鱼类应激时主要启动两种生理反应系统,即"交感-嗜铬组织"系统/和/或"下丘脑-垂体-肾间组织轴"(HPI轴)系统.在实际生产操作中,鱼类容易受到浅水暴露应激.为了探讨黄斑蓝子鱼在受到浅水应激后HPI轴是否被激活,本研究克隆了下丘脑中启动HPI轴活性的关键因子—促肾上腺皮质激素释放激素(CRH)的基因,并检测其在应激前和受到浅水应激后不同时间点(0、20、40、60、80 min)的mRNA水平.结果显示,CRH前体的cDNA全长为1025 bp,编码170个氨基酸(aa),分别由一个信号肽(24个aa)、一个功能未知保守区(13个aa)和一个成熟肽(41个aa)组成;该CRH前体和成熟肽与其他鱼类的相应肽分别具有62%-98%和78%-100%的序列相似性.当鱼体受到短暂(4 min)浅水应激后80 min内,脑中CRH mRNA水平在应激前后无显著变化(P>0.05),说明黄斑蓝子鱼在受到急性浅水应激后可能主要启动"交感-嗜铬组织"系统而不是HPI轴.
