SiH3自由基与HNCO反应机理的理论研究

采用量子化学UMP2方法,在6-311G基组水平上对自由基SiH3与HNCO的反应机理进行了研究,全参数优化了反应过程中的反应物、中间体、过渡态和产物,通过频率分析和内禀反应坐标（IRC）确定了中间体和过渡态．计算结果表明SiH3自由基与HNCO的反应有三条可能的反应通道,其中反应通道SiH3＋HN—CO→IM2或IM3→TS2→P2（SiH3NH＋CO）反应势垒最低,为主反应通道．     

Advances in heterocyclic ketene aminals

Recent developments in the study of the reactions of heterocyclic ketene aminals are reviewed with the emphases on regioselective alkylation, acylation and glycosylation reactions, and on the aza-ene reactions with α,β-unsaturated compounds, azo and carbonyl compounds. Reactions with 1,3-dipoles and other reagents to synthesize fused heterocycles are also discussed.     

串联反应在有机化学实验设计中的应用

从绿色化学基本原理出发,对大学有机化学单元实验项目进行串联设计。分别以环己醇和苯甲醛为原料,设计了包含9个单元合成实验的3个系列的串联合成路线。通过串联合成实验的实践教学,有利于激发学生创新思维、增强学生环保意识、培养学生绿色化学思想。     

混合材对碱集料反应的抑制效果的研究

文章采用ASTMC1260法进行膨胀率的测定,研究了硅灰、矿渣和粉煤灰对碱集料反应膨胀的影响规律。结果表明,这3种混合材能有效抑制碱集料反应的膨胀。硅灰掺量在15％-20％时能有效抑制碱集料反应膨胀,对矿渣而言掺量应为60％～70％,粉煤灰的掺量大于50％时则能有效抑制碱集料反应膨胀。     

氯甲基酚醛树脂的合成

以1,4-二氯甲氧基丁烷(BCMB)为氯甲基化试剂,使用无水氯化锌作催化剂,在丙酮作溶剂的条件下对酚醛树脂(PF)进行了氯甲基化,制得氯甲基酚醛树脂(CMPF).考察了各种因素对氯甲基化反应的影响,确定了较佳反应条件为PF∶BCMB∶ZnCl2=1∶4.42∶0.58(质量比),58℃反应6h,可得到氯甲基化程度为65%的CMPF.通过红外光谱法和佛而哈德分析法表征了产物的化学结构与组成,并对反应机理进行探讨.

PEG支载手性二胺催化不对称多米诺迈克尔-羟醛缩合反应

以天然L-酪氨酸为手性原料,通过酚羟基将其支载在聚乙二醇上,经过系列支载化反应得到聚乙二醇支载可溶的双（S）-3-（4-氧苯基）-N1-甲基丙烷-1,2-二胺手性催化剂,以水为溶剂,25℃下催化β-酮酯与α,β-不饱和酮的不对称多米诺迈克尔-羟醛缩合反应,得到环己酮,具有良好的不对称催化效果,产物分离纯化方便,手性催化剂可回收并重复使用4次后,不对称催化效果没有明显变化.     

H＋CO2→CO＋OH的反应机理和反应速率常数的理论研究

用从头算方法在ＵＨＦ／３－２１Ｇ水平上研究了Ｈ＋ＣＯ２→ＣＯ＋ＯＨ的反应机理，指出该反应分为３个基元过程进行，第一步为速控步骤，同时用Ｆｕｋｕｉ的内禀反应坐标理论计算了ＩＲＣ，证实了上述反应机理，用传统的过渡态理论和变分过渡理论及相关的隧道效应校正计算了反应速率常数。     

固定化L-天冬酰胺酶间歇催化反应的动力学模型

测定了３７°Ｃ下以固定化Ｌ－天冬酰胺酶为催化剂,５０μｍｏｌ／ＬＬ－天冬酰胺的Ｔｒｉｓ缓冲液（ｐＨ＝７．４）为底物的时歇反应转化率,并用建立的数学模型对反应过程进行拟合。计算结果表明,提出的传质－催化反应动力学模型能较好地描述反应过程,并揭示固定化酶的传质－催化过程受扩散作用控制。
