二步法制备CeO_2纳米涂层

研究发现一步法制备CeO2涂层保护层的表面存在裂纹和孔洞,为了提高薄膜的表面质量,采用二步法制备CeO2纳米涂层,用XRD和SEM研究了制备的薄膜,确定制备的参数,试验结果表明,二步法能够得到表面质量高的CeO2薄膜涂层。     

Investigation of octupole effects in superheavy nuclei with improved potential-energy-surface calculations

It has been found that high-order deformation (e.g.β6) can have important effects on the structures of superheavy nuclei. In the present work, we investigate octupole deformation effects on superheavy nuclei with an improved potential-energy-surface (PES) calculation by including reflection-asymmetric deformations in a space of (β2 ,β3 ,β4 , β5). The calculations give various deformations including highly deformed (β2 ≈ 0.4) and superdeformed (β2 ≈ 0.7) shapes. The octupole-deformation degree of freedom mainly affects the fission barrier beyond the second minimum of PES.     

猪皮胶原肽-锌螯合物的制备工艺研究

研究猪皮胶原肽-锌螯合物的制备工艺。以猪皮为原料，制备猪皮胶原肽-锌螯合物；以螯合率为指标，研究了猪皮胶原肽与锌质量比、pH、温度、时间对螯合率的影响；通过单因素试验、响应面法试验考察优化猪皮胶原肽的富锌工艺。结果显示，猪皮肽-锌螯合的最佳工艺为猪皮肽与锌质量比2:1，螯合pH 7.0，螯合温度50 ℃，螯合时间50 min，在此条件下，试验螯合率最佳，为69.27%，与模型预测值69.92%相近。该研究为新型生物肽 锌螯合物的研制、猪皮的高值化利用提供了依据。     

Coons曲面生成算法研究与实现

文章深入分析了Coons曲面的基本特性及生成原理,针对工程实际中常采用的双三次曲面,提出了一种在OpenGLUtility中,运用c++面向对象设计方法,采用优化的数据结构和简洁的生成算法进行实现的技术途径,指出了它对于自由曲面三维造型所存在的实际意义。     

On the normal criterion of quasimeromorphic mappings

Electrochemical behavior of adriamycin at a cobalt ion implantation modified electrode

With Co/GCE in 0.005 mol Tris/L/0.05 mol/L NaCl solution (pH 7.1), a sensitive reductive peak of adriamgcin (ADM) was obtained by the linear scan voltammetry. The peak potential is ?0.62 V (vs. SCE). The peak current is proportional to the concentration of ADM. The electrochemical behavior of the system was studied by the linear-sweep and cyclic voltammetry. The experiments showed that the reduction at Co/GCE is a quasi-reversible process with adsorption. According to Laviron’s theory, the electrode reaction rate constant k₀ and the electron transfer coefficient a are determined to be 2.15 s^-1 and 0.62, respectively. The composition of the surface, valence state of elements and depth distribution of elements on the surfaces of Co/GCE were determined by the X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and Auger electron spectroscopy. The experiments showed that Co was surely implanted into the surface of GCE. The implanted Co element in the form of Co-C catalyzed the reduction of ADM.
