变幅等速肌力矩测试的前置效应及其机制

全幅或定幅等速肌力矩测试结果中某一时点的数据不能很好地反映运动实践中与该时点相对应的关节解剖位相的肌肉功能性态.变幅等速测试中由于起始角不同造成的肌肉收缩初长度各异是影响肌肉功能的重要因素,是一种前置效应.测试结束角不同不会产生显著影响.建议等速测试按不同技术动作、不同运动幅度、不同运动速度进行设计.

Sensitivity dependence of surface plasmon resonance based sensors on prism refractive index

We theoretically and experimentally demonstrate that refractive index of the prism used to load metal film has significant influence on sensitivity of surface plasmon resonance based sensors. The prism with lower refractive index gives the sensors a higher sensitivity in detecting refractive index variations of a sample. We attribute this effect to the fact that a prism with low refractive index will increase coupling distance between surface plasmons and the medium under investigation. The effects of S4 segments on the voltage-dependence of inactivation for Cav3.1 calcium channels

T-type calcium channels exhibit fast voltage-dependent inactivation, for which the underlying struc- ture-function relationship still remains unclear. To investigate the roles of S4 segments in volt- age-dependent inactivation of T-type calcium channels, we created S4 replacement chimeras between Cav3.1 calcium channels (fast voltage-dependent inactivation) and Cav1.2 calcium channels (little voltage-dependent inactivation) by replacing S4s in Cav3.1 with the corresponding regions in Cav1.2. Wild type and chimeric channels were expressed in Xenopus oocytes and channel currents were re- corded with two-electrode voltage-clamp. We showed that replacing S4 region in domain I shifted voltage-dependence for inactivation of Cav3.1 to the left, and the V0.5 inact and kinact value were signifi- cantly changed. However replacing S4s in domains II―IV had no effects on the voltage-dependent in- activation properties. These results suggest that the roles of S4 segments in domains I―IV are different, and S4 in domain I is likely to be involved in voltage-dependent inactivation process. Its movement during membrane depolarization may trigger a conformational change in the inactivation gate.     

耐盐能源植物海滨锦葵(Kostelezkya virginica)再生体系的建立

对海滨锦葵组织培养再生体系进行了研究，结果表明：1．海滨锦葵茎段外植体较好的愈伤组织诱导培养基组合为MS＋KT1．5mg／L＋IAA2．0mg／L或MS＋6-BA4．0mg／L＋IBA0．2mg／L＋Inositol50mg／L．2．海滨锦葵愈伤诱导不定芽的较好培养基组合为MS＋NAA2．0mg／L＋2iP5．0mg／L和MS＋NAA0．5mg／L＋2iP5．0mg／L．3．海滨锦葵腋芽分化不定芽的较好培养基组合为改良MS（含2倍有机营养）＋KT0．4mg／L＋IAA1．0mg／L．MS基本培养基中适当提高有机营养的含量对腋芽的增殖有促进作用，实验中以有机营养的含量为基本培养基2倍时效果较好．4．不定芽在1／ZMS的培养基中附加IBA1．0mg／L牛根最好．     

子洲地区山西组及盒8段有利砂体成因探讨

目的为了查明鄂尔多斯盆地东部子洲地区山西组及盒8段有利砂体的特征及成因,进而寻找有利砂体及高产天然气聚集区。方法采用野外观察与室内研究相结合的方法。结果大量的砂岩样品统计显示,山西组砂岩类型以岩屑砂岩、石英砂岩为主,其次为岩屑石英砂岩,盒8段砂岩主要为岩屑砂岩、岩屑石英砂岩;不同类型的砂岩物性不同,石英砂岩物性最好,其次是岩屑石英砂岩,岩屑砂岩物性最差;沉积相分析认为,子洲地区山西组主要为三角洲前缘,盒8段发育辫状河三角洲前缘,探明了重点气层组山23及盒82沉积微相的平面展布。结论有利的天然气储集体主要形成于水下分流河道微相,由于山西组和盒8段形成时古地理条件的不同,其砂体类型及储集性能也有一定的差异。     

Estimation of genome length

The genome length is a fundamental feature of a species. This note outlined the general concept and estimation method of the physical and genetic length. Some formulae for estimating the genetic length were derived in detail. As examples, the genome genetic length of Pinus pinaster Ait. and the genetic length of chromosome Ⅵ of Oryza sativa L. were estimated from partial linkage data.

在分析摩擦桩的刚度与桩长之间关系的基础上，根据正常工作荷载下，桩与土处于弹性状态的假定，提出了一种计算有效桩长的方法，并结合现场实测的数据证明了此方法的可靠性，此方法对于研究摩擦桩的刚度问题有一定的实用价值。
