ON （∈, ∈ ∨q）-FUZZY FILTERS OF BL-ALGEBRAS

The authors introduce the notions of （∈, ∈ ∨q）-fuzzy Boolean （implicative, positive implicative, and fantastic） filters in BL-algebras, present some characterizations on these generalized fuzzy filters, and describe the relations among these generalized fuzzy filters. It is proved that an （∈, ∈ ∨q）fuzzy filter in a BL-algebra is Boolean （implicative） if and only if it is both positive implicative and fantastic.     

On Fuzzy <Emphasis Type="Italic">h</Emphasis>-Ideals of Hemirings

The concept of quasi-coincidence of a fuzzy interval value in an interval valued fuzzy set is considered. In fact, this concept is a generalized concept of the quasi-coincidence of a fuzzy point in a fuzzy set. By using this new concept, the authors define the notion of interval valued （∈, ∈ Vq）fuzzy h-ideals of hemirings and study their related properties. In addition, the authors also extend the concept of a fuzzy subgroup with thresholds to the concept of an interval valued fuzzy h-ideal with thresholds in hemirings.     

融合边界监督策略的改进特征金字塔算法研究

针对语义分割中存在的边界划分不够准确及存在多尺度目标等问题,提出了一种融合边界监督策略的改进特征金字塔算法。通过融合的边界监督策略和改进的特征金字塔算法分别解决边界划分不准确和存在多尺度目标的问题,并且在上采样过程中加入注意力机制,进一步提升分割效果。实验结果表明：该算法分别在Camvid和PASCAL VOC2012两个数据集上取得了58.69%和78.59%的平均交并比(mean intersection over union,MIOU)指标,在分割效果上有较好的表现。     

契约失灵：第三部门缘起的新思考

传统的理论主要用市场失灵和政府失灵理论从功能的角度来解释第三部门的缘起,但它们并不足以完全说明第三部门发展浪潮的原因,尤其是在第三部门提供私人产品方面。契约失灵从制度需求的角度更加关注第三部门本身,从而说明第三部门的必要性,弥补了市场失灵和政府失灵理论解释的不足,为第三部门的缘起提供了更有说服力理论依据,为第三部门的发展扫除了理论障碍。

论“无缝之网”的“编织”机理——一种对技术与社会关系的解读

在规律所提供的"可能性空间"中,社会因素为技术形成"编织"了一张"无缝之网"。由社会客体性因素为技术形成划定"边界群"的约束机理、社会主体性因素为技术形成拓展"空间集"的扩展机理和社会控制性因素为技术形成设置"反馈网"的调节机理以及它们之间的整体联动,构成了"无缝之网""编织"的一般机理。认识这一机理对于我们具有重要的启示意义。     

APC/C regulation of axonal growth and synaptic functions in postmitotic neurons: the Liprin-{\varvec \alpha} connection

Protein ubiquitination has critical roles in neuronal physiology and defects in protein ubiquitination have been implicated in neurodegenerative pathology. The anaphase-promoting complex/cyclosome (APC/C) is one of two key E3 ubiquitin ligase complexes that functions in regulating cell cycle transitions in proliferating cells by acting on cyclins and components of the mitotic/meiotic apparatus. Documentation of APC/C's action beyond cell division is sparse. In the past year, however, novel and surprising roles for APC/C in postmitotic neurons, particularly in the modulation of axonal growth and synaptic functions, have been revealed. APC/C and its activator Cdh-1 are found in good abundance in neurons, and these seem to function at different cellular locations, modulating apparently diverse processes such as axonal growth and synaptic function. Interestingly, there also appears to be a single link to these apparently divergent actions of APC/C in neurons--the multi-domain, multi-functional scaffolding protein Liprin-alpha which is an APC/C substrate.     

全方向M型超声心动图运动曲线的自适应检测

介绍一种基于相关性(包括时间相关性、位置相关性和灰度相关性)的全方向M型超声心动图运动曲线的自适应检测技术.该运动曲线代表血液与室壁结构的分界线与取样线(投射波束)的交点位置变化随时间展开的函数,也即代表某一室壁部位的运动轨迹,因而具有非常丰富的相关性信息.在运用运动曲线相关性信息的基础上,采用线状搜索模板与有效搜索范围相结合的层进式策略实施运动曲线的自适应检测.该方法有效提取运动曲线,为进一步的速度场、加速度场等定量分析心脏功能运动的重要参数的提取准备了条件.
