钛酸铅纳米线的XPS和Raman特性研究

采用水热法在200℃合成直径约为12 mm、长度达5μm、具有四方相钙钛矿结构的钛酸铅(PbTiO3)纳米线.X射线光子能谱(XPS)结果表明,PbTiO3纳米线的Ti 2p(3/2)结合能中心峰值大于PbTiO3陶瓷,导致Ti 2p自旋轨道分裂(Δ(2p(3/2)~2p(1/2)))增大.室温激光Raman光谱研究显示,PbTiO3纳米线的振动模具有红移和拉曼峰展宽现象,表明纳米线的声子寿命相对于块体材料有所减小.     

计算机辅助解析FTIR定量研究蛋白质构象的应用进展

综述了计算机辅助解析傅里叶变换红外光谱在蛋白质构象定量研究中的应用进展,简要介绍了红外光谱测定及二阶导数谱、去卷积和曲线拟合等计算机数学处理方法.对已有的研究结果进行了分类总结,最后讨论了该领域中存在的问题和发展方向.     

松花蛋中痕量铅的方波溶出伏安法测定

用方波溶出伏安法测定松花蛋中痕量铅,在抗坏血酸存在下,以0.1 mol/L硝酸溶液为底液,玻碳电极为工作电极,测得铅的溶出峰电位是-0.48 V。峰高与铅浓度在1.00×10-4~1.00×10-6mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,铅的检出限为5.00×10-8mol/L,回收率为90%~108%。此法干扰较少,易于掩蔽,灵敏度较高,适用于松花蛋等食品中微量铅的测定。     

填埋场次压缩沉降的室内复合模型研究

从有限应变理论假设出发,在Kelvin模型的基础上推导出填埋场室内应力压缩模型.将该模型与简化的生物降解模型相结合可得到填埋场室内次压缩沉降模拟试验的复合模型.该复合模型既考虑了应力沉降的机理,又考虑了有机质降解产生沉降的机理,在考虑合适参数的条件下,计算值与实测值较为符合,可以为填埋场次沉降计算提供依据.     

管路动态对车桥加载系统的影响

本文以车辆轮桥二次调节加载系统为研究对象,建立了考虑管路动态的系统键合图模型。分析研究了管路动态对轮桥二次调节加栽系统性能的影响。通过仿真分析找出了管路液溶、液感、液阻对轮桥加载系统性能的影响规律,为进一步完善和提高车辆轮桥二次调节加载系统性能提供了可靠依据。     

Taxonomic notes on the Asian frogs of the tribe Paini (Ranidae,Dicroglossinae): 1. Morphology and synonymy of Chaparana aenea (Smith, 1922), with proposal of a new statistical method for testing homogeneity of small samples

The species from northern Vietnam described as Rana fansipani Bourret, is shown to be a synonym of the species from northern Thailand described as Rana aenea Smith, . The male secondary sex characters of this species are described in detail for the first time. Combined with a few other characters, they allow this species to be distinguished from the closely related Rana unculuanus Liu, Hu and Yang, 1960 from southern China. Both species should be placed in a subgenus Chaparana (Chaparana), a member of the tribe Paini of the subfamily Dicroglossinae of the Ranidae. In this study, we propose a new statistical method for testing homogeneity of small samples: this consists of considering the values obtained for each specimen and for each regression factor score as morphometric characteristics of this specimen within the frame of this analysis; these values, or some of them, can be used to compare subgroups of specimens by non‐parametric tests such as the Mann–Whitney U test.     

基于改进RPCA的连铸过程数据可靠性研究

连铸过程数据的可靠性是连铸二冷动态控制系统成功应用的前提。针对正常连铸冷却过程慢时变、非稳态和多输入多输出特性,提出了基于改进递归主元分析方法监控连铸二冷配水过程数据的可靠性,这其中包括了用于建模的协方差阵、主元和两种报警控制限的递归更新,并通过小波除噪消除样本数据的噪声和奇异点。现场数据仿真结果表明应用此方法进行连铸过程监控可以明显减少误报的发生。     

活性污泥法污水处理过程动态仿真研究

根据污水处理过程的实际需要,在国际公认的活性污泥模型ASM1模型的基础上,获得了能够反映污水处理系统出水水质的简化模型.利用LabVIEW软件平台,开发出了基于该模型的污水处理过程动态特性的仿真系统.系统具有反映污水处理过程动态信息量大、直观性好、人机交互方便等特点.通过对污水关键水质参数COD、BOD5、SS进行仿真,证明了该仿真系统的有效性.     

中等专业学校加强档案工作建设刍议

作为纪录历史的档案文献,是党和国家的宝贵财富。学校档案工作是我国教育事业的重要组成部分,对学校教育教学管理和国家经济建设有着及其重要的作用。文章从梳理学校档案工作的概念和作用入手,对中等专业学校档案工作存在问题进行分析,提出一些加强这项工作的措施,以求科学、规范地做好中等专业学校档案工作。     

Structural characterization of two papaya chitinases, a family GH19 of glycosyl hydrolases

Two chitinases, able to use tetra-N-acetylglucosamine, chitin and chitosan as substrates, were characterized after purification from Carica papaya latex. The complete amino acid sequence of the major form and about 40% of the minor one were determined through proteolytic digestions and mass spectroscopy analysis. Sequencing demonstrated that both papaya chitinases are members of the family 19 of glycosyl hydrolases (GH19). Based on the known 3-D structures of other members of family GH19, it was expected that papaya chitinases would adopt all-alpha structures. However, circular dichroism and infrared spectroscopy indicated, for the papaya chitinases, a content of 15–20% of extended structures besides the expected 40% of alpha helices. Since the fully sequenced papaya chitinase contains a large number of proline residues the possibility that papaya chitinase contains polyproline II stretches was examined in the context of their resistance against proteolytic degradation.
