单扫描极谱反扫法同时测定微量铅和镉

铅、镉在HCl体系中可在滴汞电极上产生良好的可逆极谱波,其反扫溶出二阶导数波峰电位分别为0.43 V(vs.SCE)和0.63 V(vs.SCE).峰电流I“Pb和I”Cd分别与PbⅡ、CdⅡ的浓度在0.002～200 g/mL和0.001～100 g/mL范围内成良好的线性关系.线性回归方程分别为I“Pb=142.3+160.7 CPb和I”Cd=84.3+255.1 CCd;相关系数分别为0.9998和0.9997;检出限分别为0.0006 g/mL和0.0003 g/mL.用此方法测定了蔬菜、水样和酒样中的微量铅、镉.试样加标回收率分别为101%～105%和97%～104%,该方法具有重现性好、简便、快速、灵敏度高等特点.     

AN INVESTIGATION ON MICROWAVE DYEING OF COTTON FABRICS

This paper deals with the dyeing of cotton fabrics with microwave irradiation.The compara-tive experiments of the microwave dyeing to the conventional dyeing were carried out and themechanism was also discussed.Being subjected to microwave irradiation,the penetration of dyesand chemicals into the fabric can be achieved in a short time with a good color yield.The irradiatedmaterials generate heat via dielectric heating by high frequency electro-magnetic field and as a re-sult,energy saving can be realized.Based on the examination and analysis with X-ray diffraction,IR,SEM,and XPS,the reduction in crystallinity,the formation of active carbonyl groups of freeradicals containing oxygen and the morphological changes in the irradiated cottom fibers werefound.All of these may be believed in favour of the dyeing process.     

用单片机控制的LED显示屏

本文设计了一种采用单片机动态扫描控制的LED图文显示屏,文中给出了显示原理,显示屏的数据锁存、驱动接口电路、以及应用程序框图.     

在扫描电镜中用x射线荧光法(SEM-EDXRF)测硅衬底上铝膜厚度

在以前的工作中,我们实现了扫描电镜中的x射线荧光分析(SEM-EDXRF),得到了较理想的原级x射线束。现在,我们又利用SEM-EDXRF方法测量了硅片上的铝膜厚度,其原理是测量由衬底发出的x射线荧光强度。对硅片上有不同厚度铝膜样品测量结果表明,衬底的x射线荧光强度的对数与膜厚成线性关系,并与理论符合很好。本实验预示了在扫描电镜中利用EDXRF方法测微区膜厚的可能性。     

基于广域网的金相显微镜远程监控系统

介绍了针对大型金相显微镜设计的远程监控系统。该系统通过广域网传输监控信号，利用微机和单片机实现对金相显微镜的远程监控。同时，提出了动态适应性编码方法，从而很好地协调了传输速度和传输数据量之间的矛盾，实现了视频数据的实时传输。     

光子扫描隧道显微镜光纤探针的研制及显微成象研究

探讨了光子扫描隧道显微成象系统中光纤探针对经样品调制后的倏逝场的探测机理；着重研究了光纤探针的腐蚀加工工艺，同时具体分析了单模、多模光纤探针不同的显微成象特点，并与理论数值模拟计算结果相比较；最终应用于多种样品的显微成象，为纳米级分辨的光子扫描隧道显微镜的研制奠定了基础．     

非接触式双路激光扫描尺寸仪研制

双路激光扫描尺寸检测仪采用非接触式测量方法进行零件的尺寸与形位公差检测，解决了激光测量中普遍存在的测量尺寸范围小、工件表面易磨损等技术难点。测量分辨率达到亚微米数量级，同时具有广泛应用价值。     

A Contact and Non-Contact Hybrid Profilometer with Large Range

A novel hybrid instrument of contact and non-contact measurement with large range is developed, and both measurement systems are based on a Linnik interference microscope and on white-light interference measuring techniques. The ambiguity presented in conventional monochromatic interferometers is not present in the contact and non-contact measurement, and they have a virtually unlimited unambiguous range. For the contact measurement, the vertical measuring range is ±5 mm with a resolution of 1 nm and the horizontal measuring range is ±25 mm in x-range and y-range with a resolution of 1.25 μm; for the non-contact measurement, the vertical measuring range is ~5 mm with a resolution of 1 nm and the horizontal resolution better than 0.5 urn.

羊毛表面性状的微观研究

借助扫描电镜和透射电镜对洗净澳毛的表面微观结构进行研究。并通过对其鳞片细胞的红外吸收光谱图的化学结构分析。建立了比较完整的羊毛纤维表面微观物理结构和化学结构模型。经过变性处理后，羊毛纤维表面性状结构发生了预期变化。进一步证明了毛纱上浆率低的根本原因是表面疏水性物质的存在。
