影响铸造涂料工艺性能的因素分析

通过正交实验研究，测试了铸造涂料的碾压工艺、原材料以及原材料的处理工艺对涂料的悬浮性、表面强度、发气量等主要工艺性能的影响。结果表明：当选用轮碾机制作铸造涂料时，碾压时间达到１．５小时即可满足工艺性能的要求；涂料中无论是粘结剂还是悬浮剂的增加均会大幅度提高涂料的表面强度和悬浮性。

Dynamical symmetric group approach to potential energy surface of molecule O3

Hamiltonian of an O₃ molecule is classicized by using coherent states, and its potential energy surface is obtained. The surface and the contours are plotted. The calculated force constants and dissociation energies are in good agreement with experimental values.     

The EM scattering from one-dimensionally lossy fractal surfaces

The EM scattering from rough surface has been investigated in the past years. Periodic and random models are often used in modeling the rough surface. Recently, the fractal geometry is rapidly improved. It provides a new way to model the rough surface whose characteristics are long-range order and short-range disorder. In this paper, A fractal function is used to model the rough surface. A scattering coefficient for calculating the angular distribution and the amount of energy in the spectrally scattering field to the fractal characteristics of the surfaces by finding their analytical expressions is derived by using the Kirchhoff solution. 本文简述了国内外急斜煤层矿压研究的概况;介绍了对4个急斜煤层长壁工作面进行矿压观测所获得的结果及规律;为配合理论研究在实验室作了相似材料模拟、计算机摸拟;简述了对急斜煤层开采后围岩运动及破断规律研究所建立的两种假说。     

复杂曲面数控自动编程中自由曲面描述新方法

长期以来,因为反求算法的困扰,Bezier曲面模型一直难于在复杂曲面的数控自动编程中得到应用。本文解决了Bczier曲面模型的这一缺陷,使共计算和处理都非常方便,这种便利在曲面的求交、显示、加工等操作中,具有特殊的意义。     

船舶流体动力系数与频率响应计算

利用拉普拉斯变换技术及优化方法对船舶运动的试验衰减曲线进行分析处理，提 出了计算船舶流体动力系数及频率响应的新方法，与既往的方法比较将更加合理， 并且方法简单易行，误差较小．可同时求出各个频率下的流体动力系数及运动频率响 应。与试验结果及其他理论方法比较，针算结果是令人满意的。     

A Contact and Non-Contact Hybrid Profilometer with Large Range

A novel hybrid instrument of contact and non-contact measurement with large range is developed, and both measurement systems are based on a Linnik interference microscope and on white-light interference measuring techniques. The ambiguity presented in conventional monochromatic interferometers is not present in the contact and non-contact measurement, and they have a virtually unlimited unambiguous range. For the contact measurement, the vertical measuring range is ±5 mm with a resolution of 1 nm and the horizontal measuring range is ±25 mm in x-range and y-range with a resolution of 1.25 μm; for the non-contact measurement, the vertical measuring range is ~5 mm with a resolution of 1 nm and the horizontal resolution better than 0.5 urn.     

通过二元熔体的偏析因子计算三元合金的表面张力

通过两次利用理想二元合金熔体的偏析因子,并考虑两个因子间的相互作用关系来计算三元合金的表面张力。针对Cu-Fe-Ni三元熔体,将其与热力学计算值比较,得到一个简单的模型,该模型能够便利、可靠地预测不同温度下、不同成分的Cu-Fe-Ni三元体系的表面张力。
