利用分子标记分析22种水稻10个抗稻瘟病基因的基因型

为了明确已克隆的部分稻瘟病抗性基因在上海市主栽水稻品种以及新培育的水稻品系中的分布,选取22份水稻为材料,利用分子标记检测技术,对10个已被克隆的抗稻瘟病基因进行基因型鉴定及分析.结果表明,22种水稻均含Pi36、Pi37、Pi-d2、Pib抗性基因,而Pi-kh、Pi9、Pi2、Pi-ta、Pikm抗性基因在22种水稻中分布各有不同,所有被测水稻中均不携带Pi25抗性基因.     

水稻全长均一化cDNA文库构建及SDG725结合蛋白筛选

为了筛选水稻组蛋白甲基转移酶SDG725的结合蛋白,构建了水稻全长均一化cDNA文库,以SDG725C末端为诱饵蛋白对cDNA文库进行筛选.最后筛选到70个可能与SDG725相互作用的蛋白,同时对筛选出的候选蛋白进行GO功能分析和亚细胞定位预测,并对部分蛋白与蛋白相互作用进行了验证.研究结果发现筛选到的结合蛋白有17%位于细胞核中,更多位于核外,为进一步研究SDG725的生物学功能提供理论基础.     

Different Solid-state Fermentation technology of Functional Red yeast rice has an effect on the morphological change of MonacolinK

Different technical conditions in the process of solid-state fermentation of red yeast rice has a certain impact on the production of acid-form and lactone form Monacolin K.When cultured in the loose rice medium,the acid form Monacolin K accounts for 50%-60%;while the acid form Monacolin K accounts for 80%-90%cultured in the consolidated rice medium.And we also found that the proportion of the acid form and lactone form Monacolin K will decrease with the increase of fermentation time.     

割草干扰对典型草原土壤种子库种子数量与组成的影响Ⅰ种子雨的来源及其降落

对种子雨的来源及其降落进行了研究，结果表明：种子雨的来源取决于各种植物结实的种子数量．６０ 种植物单株结实的种子数量有很大差异，禾草种子数量相对较少，杂类草较多，一、二年生植物的种子数量亦多．种子雨的降落，是通过独立、风力、附着、动物和原地等散布形式来实现的．单位面积上种子的数量取决于群落的种类组成和有结实能力的植株．通过实测和模拟，单位面积上可能降落的种子数量相差不大，前者为１６７６３ 粒·ｍ － ２ ，后者为１８５３６ 粒·ｍ － ２ ．不同刈割处理，可能降落的种子数量不同，一年割一次的平均为８５２５±９２４６ 粒·ｍ － ２ ，割一年休一年的为５９３６±２８３５ 粒·ｍ － ２ 和对照为６５９３±４６５４ 粒·ｍ － ２ ．各处理内的不同样方亦有很大的差异     

强化营养米生产工艺研究

采用物理法（表面涂膜）和生物法（微生物转化），对高营养富强米的生产工艺进行了初步探讨，实验结果表明，较佳的工艺条件能使大米营养价值成倍提高     

水稻条叶枯病毒云南分离物（RStV.Y）的纯化与理化特性分析

采用改进的水稻病毒纯化方法，以２００ｇ／Ｌ的蔗糖垫替代蔗糖密度梯度，从ＲＳｔＶ感染的水稻叶片中制备了病毒颗粒，电镜观察显示，ＲＳｔＶ为细丝状和分枝状结构，变性琼脂糖凝胶电泳分析分离纯化的病毒总ＲＮＡ得到４个大小不 同的病毒ＲＮＡ。     

High expression of a rice homeobox inE. coli

Homeotic genes share a characteristic DNA segment, the homeobox, which encodes a defined domain of the homeotic protein-homeodomain which seems to mediate the binding to specific DNA sequences, whereby the homeotic protein exerts a gene regulatory function. In this study, the homeodomain encoded by the OSIH-1 (designated fromOryza sativa-Indica homeobox-1) homeobox of rice was overproduced in a expression vector inE. coli, as a form of inclusion body and analyzed by Western blotting and crossed-immunoreaction. Crossed-immunoreaction studies among OSIH-1, Kn-1 and Quox-1 indicate all three are homologous at the protein level. The OSIH-1 homeodomain is then to identify the homeotic target genes. β-Glucosidase treatment and infestation by the rice brown planthopper Nilaparvata lugens elicit similar signaling pathways in rice plants

β-Glucosidase has been reported to induce the production of herbivore-induced plant volatiles. How-ever, how it works remains unclear. Here, we investigated the levels of salicylic acid (SA), jasmonic acid (JA), ethylene, and H2O2, all of which are known signaling molecules that play important roles in in-duced plant defense in rice plants treated with β-glucosidase, and compared these to levels in plants infested by the rice brown planthopper Nilaparvata lugens (Stl). Results showed that wounding and treatment by β-glucosidase increased the levels of SA, ethylene, and H2O2, but not JA, in all plants compared to control plants. The signaling pathways activated by β-glucosidase treatment are similar to those activated by an infestation by N. lugens, although the magnitude and timing of the signals elicited by the two treatments are different. This may explain why both treatments have similar volatile profiles and are equally attractive to the parasitoid Anagrus nilaparvatae Pang et Wang.
