YBa_2Cu_(3-x)Sn_xO_(7-y)的制备和穆斯堡尔谱学研究

本文报告了高温超导材料YBa_2Cu_(3-x)Sn_xO_(7-y)(x=0,0.1,0.2,0.3,0.4)的制备和测试.在290K至80K的温度范围内,测量了超导样品YBa_2Cu_(2.8)Sn_(0.2)O_(7-y)的~(119)Sn穆斯堡尔谱,指出了声子对高温超导电性的作用.     

Cu-Ti薄膜离子束混合的硬度及电阻性质的研究

分别给出了能量为350keV的Xe~+注入Cu/Ti双层(RT)和 Cu/Ti多层(LN)薄膜后的表面硬度和电阻的测量结果,研究了混合后的上述性质的时效效果,同时进行了TEM分析。研究结果表明:Cu/Ti离子束混合后的表面硬度和电阻都发生了变化,特别是硬度显著提高。经100—400℃退火后,其表面硬度和电阻的变化主要受退火前的混合程度、热处理引起的相变及损伤恢复程度的综合影响。     

The effects by γ ray irradiation on silicon photodiodes

The relationships between irradiation doses of γ ray and the main photoelectric characteristics of PIN photodiode or conventional photodiode with different structure were studied. The experimental results show that after the photodiodes being irradiated, the photocurrent decreases, especially for short wavelength of light. The dark current of the photodiodes with smaller active area decreases while increases for that with larger active area, and the response time shortens. The plane scanning experiment of laser beam indicates that the homogeneity of the device's surface is not influenced by the irradiation. The results prove that PIN photodiode shows relatively good radioresistance. Chen Bingruo: born in Dec. 1946. Associate Professor. 硒在水稻上的应用研究：Ⅱ硒对增强水稻抗性与改善结实性状的作用

硒对保护水稻细胞膜，降低电解质外渗有良好的作用。它对提高植物体内Ｐｒｏ含量，束缚水含量；束缚水与自由水比值升高较明显，因而，增强了水稻对逆境的抵抗力，硒使水稻结实性状得到改善，结实率提高，单产有所增加。     

提高直流单电桥测电阻准确度的讨论

直流单电桥主要用来测量1～10^6Ω中阻值电阻，它的特点是灵敏度高，可获得高精度的测量结果。尽管直流单电桥的灵敏度高，我们能否进一步提高其灵敏度，得到更为准确的被测电阻阻值呢?本文从理论上论证找到了灵敏度与哪些因素有关，从而找到了提高直流单电桥测电阻准确度的各种方法。     

Fuzzy控制器在串级结构不同位置的分析及应用

介绍Fuzzy-PID和PID-Fuzzy两种控制器在串级调节系统中的仿真分析结果．并在大惯性有模型的箱式电阻炉上作了应用研究．试验结果表明，这种结构对大惯性的控制对象。具有良好的动、静态性能指标．     

脉冲电流改变非晶体微观结构的研究

用穆斯堡尔谱学技术并结合振动样品磁强计和电阻测量等方法,研究了非晶态合金Fe_(79)Si_7B_(14)在脉冲强电流作用下的结构变化。实验结果发现,高密度脉冲电流可以导致非晶微观结构的弛豫,这种作用是非热的。并且,电流作用的时间越长,脉冲频率越大,效果越明显。     

Selection for resistance to azadirachtin in the green peach aphid,Myzus persicae

Two lines ofMyzus persicae of the same origin were treated repeatedlywith pure azadirachtin (aza), or a refined neem seed extract (NSE), at the equivalent concentration of aza. After 40 generations, the aza-selected line had developed 9-fold resistance to aza compared to a non-selected control line, whereas the NSE-selected line did not. These results suggest that a blend of active constitutents in a botanical insecticide such as neem might diffuse the selection process, mitigating the development of resistance compared to that expected with a single active ingredient.     

产业用纤维材料的耐候性和耐热性研究

本文对我国常用的几种产业用纤维材料的耐候性和热老化性能进行了测试分析。随着室外老化和仪器老化时间的增加,纤维材料强度和断裂伸长率降低;同时,纤维因受气候条件的侵蚀而表面下陷,出现斑点、凹坑和裂纹.仪器老化能较好地模拟室外自然老化试验,且数据稳定,试验周期短。两者的强度保持率随着老化时间均按指数规律 Y=ae~(bx)降低,试验常数 a 和 b 决定于纤维品种,规格和气候老化条件等参数。在经130℃热老化处理后,常用几种产业用纤维的强伸性能均发生不同程度的恶化;但在80℃条件下,性能变化较小。
