基于数字差动组合式测量法的微摩擦性能测试

在微观领域的滑动摩擦性能测量中，基于一种新的数字差动式测量原理，利用顺、逆时针时独立测量出的拉力，在计算时使这两个测量结果相减，从而使测量过程中的各种等值误差相互抵消．因此，在理论上消除了这些测量误差对最终结果的影响．在实际应用中，该原理能明显减少温度漂移等误差因素对测量结果的影响，显著提高测量系统的重复性．     

基于高精度非球面测量的数据采集与处理系统研究

根据高精度非球面补偿加工的要求,提出一种高精度非球面测量及数据处理系统．系统基于工控PC机和Windows98操作系统,用Visual C 作为开发工具,完成了硬件设计、数据采集、数据处理和非球面测量误差的评价．通过实验得到测量系统的随机误差,验证了系统的可靠性．     

一种802.3局域网的性能测试方法

提出了802．3局域网性能测试方法．用一种能产生网上实际传输的信息帧的实验方法来验证局域网吞吐量的数学模型．对其数据帧的平均等待时间进行性能测试,方法较为新颖．并对交换式802．3局域网的交换机部分性能进行测试．     

Identification of swelling-activated Cl<Superscript>-</Superscript> current in rabbit cardiac Purkinje cells

The presence and functional role of the swelling-activated Cl^- current (I_Cl(swell)) in rabbit cardiac Purkinje cells was examined using patch-clamp methodology. Extracellular hypotonicity (210 or 135 mOsm) activated an outwardly rectifying, time-independent current with a reversal potential close to the calculated Cl^- equilibrium potential (E_Cl). The magnitude of this current was related to tonicity of the superfusate. The current was blocked by 0.5 mM 4,4-diisothiocyanostilbene-2,2-disulfonic acid (DIDS). These features are comparable to those of I_Cl(swell) found in sinoatrial nodal, atrial, and ventricular myocytes. I_Cl(swell) activation at 210 and 135 mOsm depolarized the resting membrane potential with 6 and 10 mV and shortened the action potential by 18 and 33%, respectively. DIDS partially reversed I_Cl(swell)-induced action potential changes. We conclude that I_Cl(swell) is present in Purkinje cells and its activation leads to action potential shortening and resting membrane potential depolarization, both of which can promote the development of reentrant arrhythmias.Received 20 January 2004; received after revision 17 February 2004; accepted 25 February 2004     

FK506 sensitizes mammalian cells to high osmolarity by modulating p38 MAP kinase activation

The immunosuppressants tacrolimus (FK506) and cyclosporin A (CsA) have increased the survival rates in organ transplantation. Both drugs inhibit the protein phosphatase calcineurin (CaN) in activated T cells, exhibiting similar side-effects. Diabetes is observed more often in FK506 than CsA therapy, probably due to inhibition of new molecular targets other than CaN. We studied FK506 toxicity in mammalian cells. FK506, but not CsA, regulated p38 activation by osmotic stress, and decreased viability in osmostressed cells. In addition, FK506 treatment strongly increased the phosphorylation of the eukaryotic initiation factor-2a (eIF-2a) subunit. eIF-2a phosphorylation, p38 inhibition and cell lethality were relieved by addition of excess amino acids to the medium, suggesting that amino acid availability mediated FK506 toxicity. Therefore, these FK506-dependent responses could be relevant to the non-therapeutic effects of FK506 therapy.Received 16 October 2003; received after revision 8 January 2004; accepted 14 January 2004     

Effective stress law for anisotropic double porous media

An effective stress law is derived analytically to describe the effect of pore (fracture pore and matrix-block pore) fluid pressure on the linearly elastic response of anisotropic saturated dual-porous rocks, which exhibit anisotropy. For general anisotropy the difference between the effective stress and the applied stress is not hydrostatic simply multiplied by Biot coefficient. The effective stress law involves four constants for transversely isotropic response;these constants can be expressed in terms of the moduli of the single porous material, double porous material and of the solid material. These expressions are simplified considerably when the anisotropy is structural rather than intrinsic, i.e. in the case of an isotropic solid material with an anisotropic pore structure. In this case the effective stress law involves grain bulk modulus, four moduli and two compliances of the porous material for transverse isotropy. The law reduces, in the case of isotropic response, to that suggested by Li Shuiquan (2001). And reduction to the single-porosity (derived analytically by Carroll (1979)) is presented to demonstrate the conceptual consistency of the proposed law.     

黄瓜新组合“海大2098”遗传性状分析

对黄瓜亲本及F1代(海大2098)的植物学性状、商品性、抗病性、及丰产性进行遗传性状分析.结果表明:"海大2098"的植株长势旺,产量高(93796.9kg·hm-2),抗病性一般,抗逆性强,果实商品性好,极具市场竞争力.认为"海大2098"可作为海南夏秋季的主栽品种加以推广.     

高应力软岩巷道壁后充填支护研究

高应力软岩巷道属非线性大变形问题,巷道支护必须满足其变形要求。总结了白皎煤矿高应力软岩砌碹巷道变形破坏特征,分析了砌碹巷道破坏机理,并对碹体壁后充填粉煤灰基材料改善"支护-围岩"关系的作用机理进行了分析,最后得到了现场验证。

本文介绍了谐波产生的原因及其对感应式电能表和电子式电能表的影响 ,从感应式电能表和电子式电能表频率响应曲线入手 ,分析了由于谐波的存在而引起的电能计量仪表误差的变化情况 ,并提出了减小电能计量误差的方法和对策
