因子分析-导数光谱法测定苯酚和间苯二酚混合物

本文测定了苯酚和间苯二酚混合体系的一阶导数光谱数据,用目标因子分析对这些导数数据进行处理,以探索因子分析在导数光谱中应用的可能性。在不加任何分离的情况下,成功地确定了苯酚和间苯二酚混合体系中的物种数、物种种类及含量。     

横向爆炸载荷下开孔弹性板的应力集中

基于ANSYS 7.0/LS-DYNA程序,对3 m×3 m四边简支、厚度为0.025 m、中心开有0.3 m×0.3 m方孔的弹性板,在下三角爆炸载荷作用下的应力响应进行了分析;利用能量密度时间分布函数(TDFED)确定了动应力集中因子,重点讨论了时间步长和采样时间间隔对计算结果的影响。     

环境因素对跳远踏板准确性的分析研究

采用实验法、数理统计法对江西省不同等级男子跳远运动员踏板准确性受环境因素影响进行研究.结果表明:塑胶跑道与煤渣跑道,顺风跑,逆风跑,阴天,大量观众,噪音对跳远踏板准确性都具有较明显的影响.跳远运动员踏板的准确性一般不受运动员等级水平的影响.     

Calcium release from frog sarcoplasmic reticulum by an imidazolyl reagent

Summary Calcium is released from the isolated heavy sarcoplasmic reticulum (SR) of frog skeletal muscle upon application of 0.1–1 mM diethylpyrocarbonate (DEP, an imidazolyl reagent). The Ca-ATPase activity of SR was suppressed by 20% in the presence of 1 mM DEP. More than 1 mM of free magnesium ion or 5 M ruthenium red eliminated the effect of DEP on calcium release but not on Ca-ATPase activity. A plausible site of DEP action is on the calcium channel.     

The effect of ethanol on the biosynthesis and regulation of opioid peptides

Summary Alcoholism and alcohol abuse are serious health problems. Alcohol is known to influence the activity of a number of biological systems, for example the hormonal and neuronal systems. One of the biological systems whose activity is greatly influenced by alcohol is the endogenous opiate system. Alcohol modifies the function of both opiate receptors and opioid peptides. In fact it has been proposed that many of the effects of ethanol are mediated by its effects on the endogenous opiate system. This review will present results from various laboratories on the effects of acute and chronic ethanol treatments on various species, and on the release, biosynthesis and post-translational processing of the endorphins, enkephalins and dynorphins, the three known families of endogenous opioid peptides. Furthermore, the effect of acute and chronic ethanol consumption on the -endorphin system in man, and the possible implications of the functional activity of the endogenous opiate system for the genetic predisposition to alcoholism will be discussed.     

华佗再造丸治疗脑血管病疗效评估

用华佗再造丸治疗脑血栓、脑出血及其后遗症52例,其有效率达90.5％,对照组20例,10例脑出血用20％Mannitol及止血剂治疗,10例脑血栓用低分子右旋糖酐及脑络通治疗,有效率为70％,有高度显著性差异,P<0.001,笔者认为该药是治疗脑血管病较理想的中成药,具有镇静神经,滋阴强心,舒经活络,活血化瘀等作用。对病程短的年纪青的病人的疗效更为显著,脑出血性与脑缺血性疾病均有疗效,正是中药一药多用、一药多治的微妙体现。推测对脑血管病后遗症有效可能与该药能促进神经再生因子(NGF)的合成和利用有关。     

粘结平面对称分叉裂纹的奇异积分方程数值解

本文对一个含分叉裂纹的弹性半平面与另一不同材料的半平面粘结的问题用复势方法化为一组三个复Caucby型奇异积分方程。采用修正的Gauss-Legendre和修正的Lobatto-Legendre数值求积法则化成一代数方程组,裂纹尖端的应力强度因子值可从代数方程组的解求得。本文计算得到了弹性半平面、刚体与弹性半平面相粘结、两种不同材料的弹性半平面相粘结的三种问题的几种几何形状的对称分叉裂纹的应力强度因子。本文的结果扩充了“应力强度因子手册”的内容。     

Determination of diel periodicity of sex pheromone release in three species of Lepidoptera by ‘closed-loop-stripping’

Summary By means of closed-loop-stripping and subsequent GC analyses the diel periodicity of release of (Z)-11-hexadecenyl acetate, (E)-8-dodecenyl acetate, and (Z)-9-tetradecenyl acetate, the main constituents of the respective sex pheromone blends ofMamestra brassicae, Cryptophlebia leucotreta andSpodoptera sunia females, was determined.Pheromones, 64. Determination of certain physical and chemical characteristics of the activating serum factor from preparturient women and women with habitual abortions

Summary Follow-up investigation of the blood sera from preparturient women and women with habitual, abortions showed the presence of a factor which has an activating effect on smooth muscle preparations because it causes the release of prostaglandins. Gel-chromatographic counter flow separation and microelectrophoresis of the blood sera have shown that the isolated serum factor is a water soluble glycopeptide with a molecular weight of about 2000.
