高压脉冲放电等离子体处理有机废水试验研究

采用针-板式高压脉冲放电等离子体反应器处理苯酚有机废水.考察了脉冲电压峰值、电极间距、氧气鼓入量等因素对苯酚去除率的影响.在脉冲电压峰值为25 kV,电极间距为20 mm,氧气鼓入量为150 mL/min,溶液初始pH值为5.5的试验条件下,苯酚废水放电处理60 min的去除率可达96.8%.研究表明,高压脉冲等离子体技术处理有机废水具有良好的应用前景.

ZrO2 and ZrO2-Y2O3 coatings deposited by double pulsed plasma arc

A novel surface technique has been developed to produce ZrO2 and ZrO2-Y2O3 coatings on the surface of alloys by using double pulsed plasma arc to react with a solution film containing nano-oxide particles. These coatings exhibit smooth surface and excellent adhesion with substrate. The morphologies of the ceramic coatings and phases were analyzed. It was shown that the oxidation resistance of l8-8 stainless steel was markedly improved by applying ZrO2 and ZrO2-Y2O3 coatings.     

Microstructure and mechanical properties of titanium nitride coatings for cemented carbide cutting tools by pulsed high energy density plasma

Hard, wear-resistant and well-adhesive titanium nitride coatings on cemented carbide cutting tools were prepared by the pulsed high energy density plasma technique at ambient temperature. The results of Auger spectra analysis indicated that the interface between the coating and substrate was more than 250 nm. Under optimized deposition conditions, the highest critical load measured by nanoscratch tester was more than 90 mN, which meant that the TiN film was well adhesive to the substrate; the highest nanohardness and Young抯 modulus according to nanoindentation tests were near to 27 and 450 GPa. The results of cutting tests evaluated by turning hardened CrWMn steel in industrial conditions indicated that the wear resistance and edge life of the cemented carbide tools were enhanced dramatically because of the deposition of titanium nitride coatings. These improvements were attributed to the three combined effects: the deposition and ion implantation of the pulsed plasma and the becoming finer of the grain sizes.     

NdB2Cu3O7-x/YBa2Cu3O7-y高温超导薄膜的稳定性研究

采用脉冲激光沉积方法 ,在钇稳定氧化锆 (YSZ)衬底上制备了YBa2 Cu3 O7-y高温超导薄膜和NdB2 Cu3 O7-x/YBa2 Cu3 O7-y双层高温超导薄膜。X射线衍射分析结果表明 ,NdB2 Cu3 O7-x/YBa2 Cu3 O7-y双层膜在结晶度、表面光滑平整度和稳定性方面优于YBa2 Cu3 O7-y薄膜 ;电阻温度曲线测量结果表明 ,NdB2 Cu3 O7-x/YBa2 Cu3 O7-y双层膜的转变温度为 87.6 6K ,转变宽度为 0 .34K ;YBa2 Cu3 O7-y薄膜的则分别为 86 .6 4K和 0 .95K。与YBa2 Cu3 O7-y薄膜相比 ,NdB2 Cu3 O7-x/YBa2 Cu3 O7-y双层膜稳定性更高 ,在超导电子器件领域更具有应用潜力。     

脉冲天线测量中的同步问题研究

在进行脉冲天线测量时，微波接收机必须与输入的射频脉冲保持同步，使接收机的响应最大，以减少误差、获得最好的测量精确度．在此就同步问题研究了触发延迟对脉冲天线测量的影响及其应用方式，并根据实测数据讨论了不同脉冲参数下触发延迟的选择要求及其对可重复性的影响．     

三维光数据存储技术

不断提高存储介质的存储容量和存储密度是信息科学的研究热点之一,在三维空间中进行数据存储将大幅度提高存储密度和存储容量,是实现超高密度光存储的有效方法。介绍了双光子吸收光存储、光谱烧孔光存储、激光全息存储和透明介质的飞秒脉冲体存储等三维光存储的进展、数据存储的原理以及各种存储方法有待解决的问题。     

激光闪光比热测量技术辩证分析(英文)

本文列举了应用脉冲激光测量比热的各种方法。其中包括涂层比较法、贴片法、双试样法、降温法及复合黑体法。对各种方法的优缺点进行了论述,并在此基础上应用辩证观点对其进行了概括、归纳与分析。讨论了科学思维对研究工作者的极端重要性。提出了通过辩证分析得到的有助于改进和提高科研水平的有益启示。最后着重论述了作者在这一技术中的研究成果及进展。
