透明质酸的发酵调控研究

采用马链球菌 (Streptococcusequi)进行发酵生产透明质酸 (hyaluronicacid ,HA) .5L发酵罐发酵研究表明 :发酵调控对HA的产量和分子量有较大的影响 ,采用 2 0 g·L- 1的初始葡萄糖浓度及维持培养过程 2 0 g·L- 1的糖浓度 ,补加 5 g·L- 1的硫铵 ,采用一定的 pH控制策略可使HA的产量达到 1.0 g·L- 1,分子量在 2 .84× 10 6 Da以上 .     

丙酮酸、乳酸对体外肌酸激酶活性的抑制作用

 应用酶活测定的方法分析了肌酸激酶在不同浓度的乳酸、丙酮酸中的活性变化.实验结果说明在失活过程中没有蛋白质的聚沉,失活与乳酸浓度、丙酮酸的浓度呈正相关.通过对比实验结果提示,丙酮酸离子、乳酸离子对肌酸激酶没有明显影响,丙酮酸、乳酸是通过其解离状态的H⁺改变了机体pH值而影响肌酸激酶活性的,作者就丙酮酸、乳酸对肌酸激酶影响及其意义进行探讨.

建国以来扬琴艺术得到高度发展,从三个时期对建国以来扬琴演奏技法及创作的发展进行历史梳理,探讨扬琴在各个时期演奏技法及创作方面的规律性的东西,从而看出建国以来扬琴发展所取得的成就.     

Releasable GABA in tubular epithelium of rat kidney

Summary The distribution of gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) in the rat kidney was examined by immunocytochemical techniques. GABA-like immunoreactivity (GABA-LI) was predominantly confined to the renal tubules, including the ascending parts of the distal tubules, and the loops of Henle, the collecting tubules and ducts, and the connective parts of the convoluted tubules. In GABA-positive cortical tubules, about half of the epithelial cells were labelled. The labelled cell type showed the ultrastructural features of principal cells. Depolarizing stimulation by ouabain and high K⁺ concentration evoked the efflux of endogenous GABA from kidney slices. The present findings, along with previous results, suggest that GABA released from renal tubular epithelium, and transported with the urine, might be involved in the modulation of contractility in the urinary tract.     

短纤维复合材料中短纤维对基体裂纹的阻滞效应

分析在短纤维增强复合材料中纤维跨过基体裂纹时 ,纤维对裂纹扩展的阻滞作用。现有的文献只限于研究桥架纤维阻滞作用的二维力学模型和纤维处裂纹不拉开的模型 ,这些模型与实际情况均不符合。该文从裂纹扩展及部分纤维脱粘的实际情况出发 ,推导出纤维在复合材料中的阻滞效应公式。结果可以看出 ,影响阻滞效应的因素是复合材料中纤维含量、纤维与裂纹的尺寸大小 ;纤维材料与基体材料的模量 E、纤维长径比以及纤维与基体脱粘的临界能量释放率等     

Free amino acid composition of the intestinal contents,intestinal cells and hemolymph ofPhilosamia cynthia larvae

Summary Free amino acid composition of the intestinal contents, intestinal cells and hemolymph has been determined in larvae of the mothPhilosamia cynthia. From the hemolymph/lumen concentration ratio, an active transport could be inferred for neutral and basic amino acids. The values of cell/lumen and hemolymph/cell ratios suggested that the active step in the transport mechanism could be localized at the luminal pole of the enterocyte for neutral amino acids (except aromatic amino acids) and at the basolateral pole of the enterocyte for basic amino acids (except arginine).This work was supported by grants from Italian Consiglio Nazionale delle Ricerche and from Ministero della Pubblica Istruzione, Rome. 发酵草莓汁酸豆奶的研制

以大豆为原料，添加草霉汁，经乳酸菌发酵制作发酵草霉汁豆奶，研究了草莓汁的添加量等因素对产品质量的影响，并确定最适配方及工艺。     

鸭梨授粉前后子房核酸和蛋白质代谢的变化

本文以微量分析法对鸭梨授粉前后子房中核酸、蛋白质、核酸降解酶、蛋白水解酶的动态进行了测定分析。结果显示，花后８日内经授粉的子房中的ＤＮＡ、ＲＮＡ含量、蛋白质含量明显高于未授粉子房；核酸降解酶、水解蛋白酶的活性显著增强。表明授粉、受精作用引起子房中核酸，慢白质的旺盛合成，以及活跃的转录，翻译过程。     

新型低膦系列水质稳定剂--膦酸基羟乙酸的研究

以二烷基亚磷酸酯与乙醛酸为原料,经一步反应得到膦酸基羟乙酸(HPA),产率为70%. 采用红外光谱、31P-NMR及液相色谱分析证实了合成产物的分子结构. 此合成路线克服了欧洲专利报道的剧毒、苛刻的反应条件和复杂的工艺路线等缺点. 对HPA的耐蚀性进行了探讨,得到了理想的结果.
