新试剂8Q5SAC 双波长增敏法测定镍

八种不同来源腐植酸的差热分析

摘要本文首次报导了我国八种不种来源腐植酸(HA)的差热谱图及其差热分析数据.据其差热谱图,这八种HA可分为三类.第一类是土壤HA,它在400～560℃范围内有三组高温放热效应,但反应热较小,约为1.4千卡/克.第二类是泥炭HA,它在高温放热效应之前220～380℃之间还有一组中温放热效应,其平均反应热为2.1～2.5千卡/克.第三类是风化煤HA,它在高温放热效应前有一组较小的中温放热效应,其平均反应热为2.0～2.3千卡/克.     

浏阳海泡石酸和热处理 Ⅰ.表面积和孔容的改变

本文用不同的酸(HCl,HNO_3,HAC)对湖南浏阳永和海泡石矿进行处理,经X—衍射定量分析样品,证实海泡石含量均比原矿有很大的提高,变化最大的是经HAC处理的样品,含量由原矿的23.4%提高到71.3%.测定样品的比表面和比孔容,均比同温时原矿的比表面和比孔容增大,其中变化最大的比表面由104m~2/g(原矿)增至281m~2/g(HCl酸处理样品),比孔容由0.189ml/g(原矿)增至0.625ml/g(HNO_3处理样品)。各种酸处理样品,分别在160°～900℃热处理后,比表面和比孔容均随温度升高而降低。     

Serotonin and 5-hydroxyindoleacetic acid concentrations in individual hypothalamic nuclei and other brain areas of rat

Summary Serotonin and 5-hydroxyindoleacetic acid (5-HIAA) were measured in individual nuclei of rat hypothalamus and other brain areas using HPLC with electrochemical detection. 5-HIAA levels were first demonstrated in hypothalamic and some discrete brain areas. The 5-HIAA/5-HT ratio was highest in the n. caudatus putamen, high in the n. ventromedialis and lowest in the n. suprachiasmaticus.

以胶束水溶液为展开剂，用纸色谱法分离了氨基酸类化合物，胶束水溶液阶廉，安全，无毒，不燃，易生物降解，可供替有机溶剂进入实验课教学。     

次氯酸光照分解实验研究

现行高中化学课本中的次氯酸光照分解实验,装置复杂,光照长,分解速度慢,产生的氧气少,难于检查,笔者从改进装置着手,对影响本实验的因素作了研究。改进后的装置简单,现象明显,适合课堂演示。     

Increased mitochondrial palmitoylcarnitine/carnitine countertransport by flavone causes oxidative stress and apoptosis in colon cancer cells

Cancer cell metabolism is characterized by limited oxidative phosphorylation in order to minimize oxidative stress. We have previously shown that the flavonoid flavone in HT-29 colon cancer cells increases the uptake of pyruvate or lactate into mitochondria, which is followed by an increase in O₂^−.. production that finally leads to apoptosis. Similarly, a supply of palmitoylcarnitine in combination with carnitine induces apoptosis in HT-29 cells by increasing the mitochondrial respiration rate. Here we show that flavone-induced apoptosis is increased more than twofold in the presence of palmitoylcarnitine due to increased mitochondrial fatty acid transport and the subsequent metabolic generation of O₂^−. in mitochondria is the initiating factor for the execution of apoptosis.
