蔬菜大棚用小型深耕旋耕机组的设计

通过对国内外小型旋耕机的分析研究，结合我们自己的试验，设计出一种耕深可达到20cm的小型深耕旋耕机。较系统的进行了受力和所需功率的计算，其主要特点：尺寸小、功率大、耕深易调节以及在刀辊驱动装置下方安装有V型犁铲。     

应用垂直剖面法圈定保护煤柱边界

煤矿在井下开采过程中，局部区域的上部各种建筑物和构筑物会受到煤层采空区上覆岩层移动造成地面变形而破坏，因此，留设保护煤柱是常常遇到的一项技术工作。本文应用《垂直剖面法》理论，结合漳平煤矿医院实际圈定了井下保护煤柱边界。     

二年三作旱地机械化保护性耕作的研究与实践

论证了创建并实施二年三作旱地机械化保护性耕作技术体系，不但能最大限度地发挥土地效益，减少病虫害的发生，而且能有效改善土壤的水、肥、气、热生态环境，提高地力等级，增产幅度较大，具有很高的实用和推广价值。     

延安野生羊肚菌资源与生态遭到破坏引发的保护措施

报道了延安市野生羊肚菌资源与生态环境由于人为过度乱采挖所导致的分布环境减少、总产量降低、品质下降等的破坏．对该野生资源与生态的保护提出5项具体措施．为地方政府决策提供依据．     

Neuron Protective Constituents from Rheum Nanum and Rheum Sublanceolatum

The neuron protective activity of the chemical constituents from Rheum nanum and Rheum sublanceolatum in vitro was investigated using cultured embryonic mouse cortical cells exposed to oxygen-glucose deprivation. The protective effect was quantitatively evaluated by measuring the lactate dehydrogenase release rate. Most of the compounds reduce the lactate dehydrogenase release rate, including emodin, chrysophanol-8-O-β-D-glucopyranoside, 6-hydroxymusizin-8-O-β-D-glucopyranoside, gnetin C, torachrysone-8-O-β-D-glucopyranoside, and maesopsin, and all possess potent neuron protective activity. Chrysophanol and aloe-emodin exhibit neuron protection only at low concentrations. Emodin-8-O-β-D-glucopyranoside protects the neuron cells at high concentration. Aloe-emodin-8-O-β-D- glucopyranoside is inactive.     

交流等离子体显示器介质保护膜放电特性测量装置的研究

为了简捷地测量交流等离子体显示器(ACPDP)保护膜的放电特性,提出了用测量ACPDP放电特性和加速老化特性来探求保护膜发射和稳定性能的间接测量方法,并依此原理研制了模拟ACPDP放电特性的测量装置.该装置由驱动电源、放电室及真空系统组成,能够模拟ACPDP的工作条件和过程,可用来测量ACPDP工作过程中用不同材料、方法及工艺制成的保护膜的工作电压、稳定性等,从而衡量保护膜的二次电子发射性能,还可用来测量ACPDP放电单元内所充气体的种类、混合比例、压力以及放电间隙的距离等参数对ACPDP放电特性的影响     

微机控制与桥式变换电路

介绍一种由单片机系统产生用于桥式变换电路的脉宽调制信号的方法，并给出了在脉宽调制信号的产生和传输过程中防止桥式变换电路“直通”的多种保护措施     

Assembly and genetics of spore protective structures

The sporulation program in Bacillus subtilis ends in the formation of a highly resistant endospore that can withstand extremes of heat, mechanical disruption, ultraviolet irradiation, lytic enzymes and chemical attack. These properties are attributed mainly to the unique structure of spore coat and cortex, as well as to the physical state of the spore cytoplasm. The outermost layer of the spore, called the coat, has two morphologically distinct sublayers: an electron-dense outer coat and an electron-translucent inner coat. The coat is composed of more than 2 dozen proteins of varying size. Many coat genes and coat proteins have been isolated and characterized in detail, and studies of these have identified proteins with important roles in coat assembly, resistance and spore germination. We describe here characteristics of the coat proteins and propose a model for coat assembly based on recent work.     

浅耕对青海环湖区农田杂草的控制及节水效果

对青海环湖区浅、深耕农田收割后落入土壤中杂草(野燕麦、黎)种子量及分布进行了调查，并分别对浅、深耕田春灌用水、播前土壤水分含量进行了测定。结果表明：收割后及时浅耕能将当年产生的杂草种子全部耙入0～10cm的土层中，通过配施除草剂，对杂草的防除效果较好；浅耕田较深耕田春灌节约用水37．5％。     

种衣剂处理对油菜蚜虫控制效应的研究

研究表明种衣剂处理对油菜植株高度的影响集中表现在播种后１５～３５、５０～７０天两个增长高峰期；对茎粗、叶面积的影响以播种后３０～７０天增长尤为明显。对油菜蚜虫的控制效应表现在种群死亡率增大、若虫期发育历期加大，成虫寿命、产仔率明显降低。采用种衣剂和４０％甲基异柳磷混合处理，可有效地控制苗期蚜虫的危害，在花期配合喷施４０％甲基异柳磷，其保产效果可高达１９．７４％。
