Impact of germanium on the growth ofPsuedonitzschia pungens f. multiseries and the production of algal toxin

The impacts of germanic acid Ge(OH)-4 on the growth of Psuedonitzschia pungens f. multiseries and on the production of the algal toxin, domoic acid, were studied. The results showed that germanic acid in the range of concentrations could inhibit the growth of the algal cells and the inhibition was enhancing with the concentrations of germanic acid increasing. Germanic acid also could inhibit the production of the algal toxin, domoic acid in cells and the inhibition reached up to 100% at Ge/Si=35. Based on the results, the mechanism was discussed.     

对大鼠泰泽病原体的检测试验

为了验证被泰泽病原体污染的实验动物生产单位是否彻底排除了该病原体 ,以新引种繁殖的离乳大鼠和成年大鼠为检测对象 ,采用组织病理学检查、免疫荧光法和长爪沙鼠辅助检测等方法对其进行了检测。各项检测结果全部阴性 ,证明该大鼠种群无泰泽病原体感染     

山区公路建设后的生态修复探讨

通过对植被生态系统中各个要素在预防山区公路滑坡中的具体作用分析，指出植被生态系统中植被、表层有机质、微生物对于岩土中水分的作用，提出针对滑坡的预防治理生态恢复措施方法、注意事项以及以往工程治理中被忽视的问题，并提出在公路勘察设计中要注意针对其生态环境进行生态环境勘察的必要性。     

6H-anthra[1,9-bc]thiophene derivatives from a bryozoan,Dakaira subovoidea

Separation of a lipophilic extract of the bryozoan,Dakaira subovoidea, a common fouling organism of underwater structures, guided by inhibition of lipid peroxide formation in rat liver microsomes, gave 5,7-dihydroxy-1-hydroxymethyl-6-oxo-6H-anthra[1,9-bc]thiophene (1a) and its 1-methoxycarbonyl derivative (1c), together with the known 1,8-dihydroxyanthraquinone (2). The structures were determined by spectral and crystallographic analyses.

宝钢原水,工业水生物本底的初步调查

对宝钢水库（原水）与配水池（工业水）中的生物本底，特别是藻类及丝状真菌的季节性分布和了初步研究，对存在的高等植物、藻类、丝状真菌等进行了分离和鉴定，发现各类生物分布的变动与的季节性变化直接相关，并以这些生物的生长状况为指标对宝钢水体水质的２进行了初步分析，为进一步开展抑藻杀菌的工作打下了一定基础。     

Numerical taxonomy and the principle of maximum entropy

The standard procedure in numerical classification and identification of micro-organisms based on binary features is given a justification based on the principle of maximum entropy. This principle also strongly supports the assumption that all characteristics upon which the classification is based are equally important and the use of polythetic taxa. The relevance of the principle of maximum entropy in connection with taxonomic structures based on clustering and maximal predictivity is discussed.
