松香改性不饱和聚酯反应动力学研究

本研究测定了顺丁烯二酸酐、邻苯二甲酸酐和乙二醇缩聚反应以及顺丁烯二酸酐与松香Ｄｉｅｌｓ—Ａｌｄｅｒ加成反应的动力学参数，确定它们的反应级数均为二级．求出不同温度下的反应速度常数及宏观活化能．为合成性能优良的松香改性不饱和聚酯树脂提供了最佳工艺条件．

Adsorption Equation and Adsorption Paramenter of Cellulase to Cellulose Fibres in Biofinishing

Adsorption isotherms for SF cellulase from Trichoderma pseudokoningii on cotton, flax and viscose yarns were investigated to provide information about cellulase-cellulose binding on different types of cellulosic fibres. The half-saturation constants and maximum adsorption constants suggest that SF cellulase has greater affinity for viscose than for cotton and greater affinity for cotton than for flax. It is suggested that this is related to the different crystallinities and microporous structures of these fibre types. The fraction of adsorbable protein in the total cellulase was found to be the same for each of the three cellulase substrates.

本文就亚麻纤维长度的分布及分裂度与煮漂工艺的关系进行了试验性的探讨。     

电容式纤维长度仪计量检定方法与检具的研究

分析了电容式纤维长度仪的基本电气性能特点.提出了用有机玻璃条作为校验规检验电容极板线性度与均匀度的方法.用该校验规在6台纤维长度仪上测量,给出了其测量结果与统计分析值.证明了6台仪器及设计的校验规是稳定的,用这种方法校验是有效的.     

Application of Bi-axial Warp Knitted Structures in Concrete Constructions

The warp knitted bi- axial directionally oriented structure (D.O. S.) reinforcement substrates applied to building construction are discussed in comparison to woven fabrics. One of usage barriers of reinforced cement with glass-grid is its sensitivity to alkali existed in the cement which will lead to the reduction of its service-life. The tests show that the treatment by sol-gel method to protect the composite from alkali corrosion is effective. Then two formulae of sol-gel solution are also recommended here for application.

采用原位聚合法对分散染料进行双层造壁，制得分散染料微胶囊并应用于分散染料微胶囊／活性染料涤棉一浴法染色．通过改变染色条件中的浴比、染色温度、保温时间，研究分散染料微胶囊／活性染料涤棉织物的一浴法染色新工艺，并得出最佳染色工艺条件．     

羊毛单纤维性质对束纤维强伸性的影响

对21种澳大利亚羊毛进行单纤维性质测量,其包括纤维的直径及其离散、纤维卷曲性质和纤维强伸性质.同时采用SIROLAN-TENSOR对此类羊毛做束纤维力学性质测量.通过实验结果的对比分析得到,单纤维强伸性与束纤维强伸性存在线性相关,纤维直径和卷曲也与束纤维强度和伸长有较好的相关.因此采用束纤维力学指标表征单纤维性质,在理论和实用上都是可行的.
