CO_2激光热处理涤纶薄膜和长丝机理研究

本文利用聚焦后的高功率密度CO_2激光,对涤纶复丝及薄膜进行热处理加以研究。实验结果表明:①CO_2激光在涤纶中的穿透深度与涤纶的直径尺寸相当,并且在穿透深度范围内产生极为迅速的内外同时加热作用;②对16.5tex/30F(150D/30F)的涤纶复丝进行激光加热只需热箱加热时间的百分之一,激光加热的区间长度也只有热箱加热区间长度的百分之一,相应的激光加热的升温速度比热箱加热的升温速度高1～2个数量级,冷却速度也较快;③CO_2激光经聚焦后是加热复丝等线状材料的理想加热源之一。     

不饱和聚酯树脂的剖析

用无水乙醇的 KOH 溶液裂解不饱和聚酯树脂,产物经红外光谱证实有邻苯二甲酸(PA)和丙二醇(PG).不饱和聚酯树脂经室温下双相皂化裂解,用极谱测定有顺丁烯二酸(MA)存在.

THE STRUCTURE AND PROPERTIES OF FINE DENIER HOLLOW POLY(ETHYLENE TEREPHTALATE) FIBRES

Using brighten white and modified PET chips, fine denier hollow fibres (dpf=0.5～1.5) were prepared on a Fuji Filter MSTC-400 and VC-443A drawn machine, whose structure and properties were tested by X-ray diffraction mater, SOM-II sonic velocity meter and Instron-1122 Tensile tester, electron and light microscopy etc,. The results show: fine denier hollow taken-up yarns prepared at low spinning velocity have radial orientation, higher strength and elongation at rupture because radial stress is higher than normal stress. Fine denier hollow drawn yarns with hollow degree up to 18～35％ and high tenacity, together with high crystalline degree and small crystal and amorphous domains, can be empolyed as products.     

柔软润滑型中空涤纶短纤维的应用与织物风格

本文运用柔软润滑型中空涤纶短纤堆(简称 SS 纤维)制成混纺织物,测试了织物的折皱回复性、刚柔性、膨松度及摩擦性能,再与同规格普通中长纤维仿毛织物的性能进行了对比分析。结果表明:利用 SS 纤维可以改善织物的服用性能和提高仿毛感。     

STUDY OF PET AIR-JET TEXTURING SEWING THREAD PROPERTIES

This paper presents a study of properties of air-jet textured threads made from high strengthpolyester filament and ordinary strength polyester filament.It includes the evaluation of tenacity,breaking elongation,modulus,specific work,evenness,abrasion resistance,hook strength,knotstrength and other mechanical properties relating to sewing.The polyester air-jet texturing sewingthread has special structure and appearance and possesses better properties of evenness,goodabrasion resistance,fatigue property,high hook and knot strength.

分散染料在染色涤纶上固着状态的探讨

利用X-射线衍射、DSC热分析和光学行为的测量,对三个分散染料(C.I.分散红225、167,C.I.分散蓝73)在染色涤纶纤维上的固着状态进行了研究。结果表明:这些染料均不以晶体状态固着在纤维上,所以染色纤维的色光与这些染料晶型的颜色没有关系。     

不饱和聚酯树脂/粉煤灰复合体系固化动力学研究

用差示扫描量热法(DSC)分别研究了不饱和聚酯树脂及不饱和聚酯树脂/粉煤灰体系的固化过程,用Kissinger法,Ozawa法,Friedman法以及Crane方程分析了其固化反应,得到了固化反应的表观活化能、指前因子、反应级数等动力学参数,并用T-(外推法确定了凝胶温度、固化温度和后固化温度等固化工艺温度.
