节水抗旱技术集成对大豆产量及干物质积累影响研究

通过对坐水种、苗期补灌以及坡耕地垄作区田节水抗旱技术集成的研究,对大豆在节水抗旱技术集成作用下的产量、干物质积累数据进行统计分析,结果表明:技术集成节水效果明显,对土壤有良好的蓄水保墒作用,能够显著提高作物产量。图1,表3,参7。     

基于反馈线性化的非线性气动伺服系统跟踪控制

针对气动位置伺服系统跟踪控制中系统受压力波动、摩擦力扰动等非线性因素影响较大的特点，提出基于压力反馈线性化、摩擦力补偿的内外双环型控制算法。仿真与实验结果表明，该算法结构简便又宜于实用、跟踪精度较高，控制效果较好。     

Fractal Characteristics of Dry Sliding Surfaces Based on 3-D Measurements

3-D surface morphology measurements of compact graphite irons were used to analyze the fractal characteristics of the surfaces to relate the dry sliding surface morphology to the fractal dimension. The measurements show that the fractal dimensions (Df) of the sliding surfaces vary from1 to 2 and are closely related to the surface morphologies. Increasing depths of grooves or pits increases the Df values, At the same time, increasing densities of the grooves also causes the Df values to increase. The data can be used to discuss relationship between Df and the friction coefficient as well as the wear rate.

Velocity Distribution of Slurry in Horizontal Pipe When Solid Particles Sliding

Based on the laws of momentum conservation and impulse in accelerating process, the distribution on speed of ununiform slurry flow in a horizontal pipe was studied. According to the momentum change of solid particles and conveying liquid of slurry flow during accelerating, and some effect factors, the relationship between the speed of solid particles and the speed of conveying liquid was obtained.When dealing with the friction between sliding solid particles and pipe, it is pivotal to reasonably distribute component of friction to each solid particle. The friction coefficient between solid particles was obtained by forces analysis and theoretic calculation, and can be used to calculate the friction force on every solid particle. The effect of friction on speed of ever), solid particle was investigated through the impulse law. The result is more accurate than that by using uniform friction on solid particles. It is completely new method to use above theory to get solid particles speed distribution, conveying liquid speed distribution and slurry speed distribution.     

越野车充气轮胎小卵石路面行驶性能仿真分析研究

基于3维DEM-FEM耦合仿真分析方法,研究越野车充气轮胎小卵石路面的行驶性能.在建立某越野车轮胎的3维有限元模型和小卵石路面离散元模型的基础上,利用本研究室开发的专用分析软件ORV-SAND仿真分析越野轮胎在卵石路面的行驶行为,得到了不同滑转率（10%、20%、30%）下不同胎面结构轮胎的法向反作用力、轮辋下陷量、总牵引力、挂钩牵引力以及行驶阻力,并与相关实验进行了比较.     

用板式电位差计实验系统和SPSS标定电池的内阻

针对板式电位差计测量电阻的实验装置,以干电池为研究对象,用补偿法测量实验数据,引入SPSS的曲线估计功能,得到并验证出长度和标准电阻的复合量与长度量的定标曲线,由此标定出待测干电池的内阻。用置信概率为95的不确定度,对实验结果进行分析和评价,最终得到更为直观的、可靠的实验结果。     

焊装线水平输送装置设计及其核心部件仿真

焊装线作为汽车制造过程中的重要部分,其技术水平决定了汽车车身的整体质量。本文运用CATIA软件设计了新的焊装线的水平输送装置,解决了现有设备因两侧重量不同,举升过程不稳定的缺陷。同时利用ANSYS Workbench软件对水平输送装置的关键部件,即齿轮齿条的齿面接触应力进行了分析。为设计人员以后对焊装线传输设备齿轮、齿条的设计选型提供了重要的参考价值。     

粗砂地层局部软弱地基换填处理的工程应用

通过对河道一级阶地粗砂层局部软弱地基进行换填处理的工程实例的分析,总结了换填处理对该地层的经济实用性,拓宽了换填处理及天然地基的应用范围,克服了该类场地桩基施工的难点,节省了工期和造价.同时积累了级配砂石换填处理的施工经验.     

上覆荷载作用下胀缩性土干湿循环过程中胀缩变形规律研究

进行了限制侧向膨胀、允许侧向收缩时压实膨胀土、压实红黏土在不同上覆荷载作用下干湿循环试验,定量分析了在干湿循环过程中膨胀土、红黏土的胀缩变形规律.研究结果表明:在相同的干湿循环次数下,膨胀土、红黏土试样的胀缩变形幅度随上覆荷载的增加而逐渐减小,上覆荷载的作用能够不同程度地抑制膨胀性土的胀缩变形.
