反义基因逆转肿瘤细胞多药耐药性和诱导细胞凋亡的研究

探讨克服肿瘤细胞多药耐药（ＭＤＲ１）性的方法,提高化疗效果。本文采用多药耐药反义基因（ＭＤＲ１－ＲＳＰＳ－ＯＤＮ）逆转Ｋ５６２／ＡＤＭ肿瘤细胞的ＭＤＲ１,诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡,发现ＭＤＲ１－ＡＳＰＳ－ＯＤＮ诱导Ｋ５６２／ＡＤＭ细胞株细胞产生大量ＤＮＡ断片,ＦＡＣＳ检测发现几乎全部ＭＲＤ＋Ｋ５６２／ＡＤＭ细胞发生凋亡。其结果表明ＤＭＤＲ１－ＡＳＰＳ－ＯＤＮ能有效、特异地抑制ＭＤＲ１基因表达,逆转肿瘤细胞的ＭＤＲ１,促进阿霉素诱导ＭＤＲ＋１Ｋ５６２／ＡＤＭ细胞凋亡,为其临床应用提供理论依据     

Research advances in gene therapy for Parkinson's disease

During the long period of time when people have been seeking for an effective therapeutic method for PD, the gene therapy has shown greater and greater advantages over other methods. It can be performed mainly in two ways: ex vivo and in vivo. With the former, TH gene as well as some neurotrophic factor genes (such as GDNF, BNDF genes) can be invited to some cell lines or primary cells thus forming engineered cells and then implanting them into brain. While with the latter, viral vectors including HSV-1, Ad, AAV that can be utilized to construct recombinant viruses, or non-virus vectors can be used to delived DNA into brain directly. The present review summarizes the recent research advances in the gene therapy for PD, and it is reasonable for us to predict a notable progress in prevention and treatment for PD in the next decade.

植物病毒增殖的超循环理论与抗病毒植物基因工程

考虑了两个典型的植物病毒ＴＭＶ和ＰＶＹ,从病毒基因组的复制,翻译和组装各个环节的反应方程出发得到了病毒增殖的动力学方程。这组方程是Ｅｉｇｉｎ超循环理论在病毒ＲＮＡ增殖系统中的应用和发展。

The use of cyclophosphamide as an enhancer of the vaccine against foot-and-mouth disease

The immunization of biungulate animals with killed foot-and-mouth disease virus (FMDV) requires periodic vaccinations due to a low vaccine immunogenicity. Therefore, FMDV antigens need to be combined with adjuvants such as aluminum hydroxide, saponin or oil emulsions. Animal handling for periodic inoculations, and the repeated doses of vaccines that have to be administered increase the commercialization costs. Moreover, the use of adjuvants may induce adverse effects.In the present work we show that it is possible to increase the life span of neutralizing antibodies in serum when a single dose of cyclophosphamide (Cy) is administered four days before vaccination with aluminum hydroxidesaponin FMDV vaccine.     

利用瞬间大电流放电法检测蓄电池内阻

分析了瞬间大电流放电法在蓄电池内阻检测中的实验原理和方法,随后通过一系列实验验证了该方法的准确性,并通过实验总结出了一个适用的放电电流范围.同时也指出了该方法在工程应用中的优缺点.     

电流补偿法测电阻

常用的补偿法测电阻是通过电压补偿法来实现的。本文将通过分析、演变，巧妙设计出一种使用电流表，电压表进行电流补偿的测电阻的方法，通过实验测量的有关数据进行误差分析与计算。     

2004年湖北省性病疫情分析

目的:摸清2004年疫情,指导全省性病防治.方法:疫情报告和流行病学调查.结果:2004年湖北省77个地(市)县累计报告性病病例22 921例,较2003年(23 869例)下降了3.97%,自1999年以来连续5年下降,2004年全省性病总报告年发病率为38.867/105.其中男性病例13 829例,占报告病例总数的60.33%,女性病例9 092例,占报告病例总数的39.67%,男女病例数之比为1.52:1.20岁左右组占33.91%.30岁左右组占37.33%,40岁左右组占1 7.04%.0岁左右和1岁左右2个年龄组占0.87%.讨论:2004年湖北省性病疫情与2003年相比虽有所下降,但艾滋病已进入快速增长期,预防和控制性病的任务仍十分艰巨.患者主要集中在20岁左右组和30岁左右组2个年龄组.儿童患者的数量有明显的升高.性病的防治重点应放在青壮年和婴幼儿人群.
