苜蓿草粉对生长猪生产性能和免疫功能的影响

试验选用体重约25kg的杜长大三元杂交猪60头,采用单因子实验设计,分为5组,每组3个重复,每个重复4头猪,分别在基础饲粮中添加0％、5％、10％、15％、20％的苜蓿草粉．结果表明：添加5％、10％苜蓿草粉可显著提高25-50kg生长猪的增重效果及饲料转化率（P〈0.05）,对淋巴细胞和ANAE阳性细胞也有明显的促进作用（P〈0．05）．

猪毛制取L-胱氨酸研究(Ⅱ)

讨论了由猪毛制取Ｌ－胱氨酸（Ｌ－ｃｙｓ）工艺过程,着重分析了中和温度,Ｌ－ｃｙｓ沉降放置时间,Ｌ－ｃｙｓ精制过程中脱色次数对Ｌ－ｃｙｓ产率和产品质量影响．     

Changes in body temperature and circulating levels of interleukin-6 after intra-arterial injections or infusions of tumor necrosis factor α in guinea pigs

Tumor necrosis factor (TNF) is released systematically during the early phase of endotoxin induced fever. To study the effects of this cytokine in guinea pigs, 2 g TNF were intra-arterially injected as a bolus or slowly infused within 60 min. Both modes of administration induced a biphasic elevation of the animals' abdominal temperature lasting 6 h and stimulated the release of endogenous interleukin-6 (IL-6)-like activity. The second phase of the thermal response and the release of endogenous IL-6-like activity were significantly higher, when TNF was slowly infused into the animals' circulation, in spite of a transiently higher TNF-like activity after the bolus injection of TNF. Both TNF and IL-6 may therefore be regarded as candidates to trigger the febrile response in guinea pigs.     

豚鼠耳蜗基底膜的振动特性

为探讨豚鼠耳蜗基底膜的听觉机制,利用多普勒激光测振技术进行了声音在28只成年健康豚鼠耳中传递的测试实验.将豚鼠麻醉后切断头取出听泡,采用电钻暴露其耳蜗基底膜,利用多普勒激光测振仪在给定的声压级、频率的纯音激励条件下测量豚鼠外耳道耳蜗基底膜的振动速度,并测量了中耳镫骨的振动速度.结果表明,豚鼠外耳道基底膜具有频率选择特性,而且其基底膜的振动具有行波特性.     

Ultrastructural and seasonal aspects of the kidney lymphatic system of hibernating animals

Summary The kidney lymphatic system of bat, dormouse and marmot consists of intraparenchymal (interlobar, arcuate, interlobular) and extraparenchymal (capsular) vessels sharing common ultrastructural aspects. We did not observe medullary lymphatics. The qualitative and quantitative seasonal changes in the ultrastructure of the lymphatic endothelium represent not only a species-linked feature but also (and mainly) an evident seasonal fluctuation in lymph formation. Furthermore, these ultrastructural changes emphasize the important role played by the different mechanisms involved in the translymphatic movement of proteins and interstitial fluid with particular regard to the vesicular route and intraendothelial channels.     

基于二阶矩法的内压圆柱壳可靠性设计

利用二阶矩法推导出内压圆柱壳基于弹性失效设计准则的中径公式、Mises公式和全塑性失效设计准则的Mises公式的可靠性系数的表达式,然后将其应用于一算例当中,比较内压圆柱壳的常规设计与可靠性设计.结果表明:利用同一失效准则的同一强度理论,内压圆柱壳的可靠性设计要比常规设计经济,且厚壁柱壳的经济性越发明显.基于二阶矩法的内压柱壳的可靠性设计准则的选择为:当计算压力较低时,选择基于中径公式推导出的可靠性系数表达式;当计算压力较高时,选择基于全塑性失效设计准则的Mises公式推导出的可靠性系数表达式.

从腹泻豚鼠体内分离到一株革兰氏阴性短小杆菌 ,经生化试验 ,凝集试验等鉴定为肠炎沙门氏菌     

舰船热像理论模拟中的物理模型和数学模型

该文研究了舰船热像理论建模中的建立物理模型过程中的一些重要问题,并讨论了整个舰船在计算温度场和红外辐射场的数学模型,根据建立的数学模型计算的红外辐射场分布可与实际结果基本吻合。     

利用养殖垫料、蘑菇渣土制备育苗基质的研究

为利用养殖垫料、蘑菇渣土替代泥炭基质栽培蔬菜，试验了不同比例的养殖垫料、蘑菇渣土与沙土混合制成的育苗基质对蕹菜生长的影响。结果表明，采用蘑菇渣土：沙土（V／V）=1：9、养殖垫料：沙土（v／v）=1：3的基质配方，蕹菜长势较好，在壮苗指数、整株鲜重等接近于泥炭基质对照组。
