米曲霉自溶作用的研究Ⅱ自溶过程中细胞物质及酶活的变化

在米曲霉最佳的自溶条件下，对其自溶过程中重要的细胞物质及酶进行了测定，结果自溶液中测出１７种氨基酸酸，总氨基酸释放率为６８．７９％，核酸释放率为５０．００％，糖的释放率为２４．５８％，酸性蛋白酶活性高，而５’－磷酸二酯酶活性较低。     

用聚乙烯醇制备固定化增殖酒精酵母方法的研究

在聚乙烯溶液中加入阴离子交换树酯,混勾后流延成簿层后经紫外5个线照射和低温冰冻制成聚乙烯醇膜,该膜韧性强、透性大、耐腐蚀。用做酒精酵母固定化吸附裁体后,经镜检、批量发酵和连续发酵证实,酒精酵母在膜中能正常增殖且不易脱落。使用寿命达三十天以上,乙醇生成能力比游离细胞增加1.8倍。     

Indirect visualization of hematopoietic colony-forming stem cell (CFUs) as a possible target cell forMycoplasma arthritidis

Summary Utilizing specific rabbit antiserum againstM. arthritidis together with complement, a portion of the marrow 7-day CFUs population of CBA mice infected with live mycoplasma organisms 1 day previously was shown to be inactivated. These cells might therefore be considered as candidate target cells forM. arthritidis. 11-day CFUs were unaffected by similar treatment.     

Increased mitochondrial palmitoylcarnitine/carnitine countertransport by flavone causes oxidative stress and apoptosis in colon cancer cells

Cancer cell metabolism is characterized by limited oxidative phosphorylation in order to minimize oxidative stress. We have previously shown that the flavonoid flavone in HT-29 colon cancer cells increases the uptake of pyruvate or lactate into mitochondria, which is followed by an increase in O₂^−.. production that finally leads to apoptosis. Similarly, a supply of palmitoylcarnitine in combination with carnitine induces apoptosis in HT-29 cells by increasing the mitochondrial respiration rate. Here we show that flavone-induced apoptosis is increased more than twofold in the presence of palmitoylcarnitine due to increased mitochondrial fatty acid transport and the subsequent metabolic generation of O₂^−. in mitochondria is the initiating factor for the execution of apoptosis. 密集多径信道下超宽带信号捕获方法的分析

在不考虑虚警的假设下,重点推导了几种捕获方法完成捕获所需的平均搜索次数,特别考虑了搜索单元数N和多径数K的情形,并进一步分析了各方法的优缺点。通过比较可知K步跳变法是所有搜索方法中最优的,但由于此方法要预先知道K的值,使其不可行,而比特翻转法和折半法在一些情况下虽然只是近似最优,但在实际中却是可行的。比特翻转法在使用时有一定限制条件,而新提出的折半法却适用于任何情况,因而不失为一种好的捕获方法。     

Sr2+ can become incorporated into an agonist-sensitive,cytoplasmic Ca2+ store in a cell line derived from the equine sweat gland epithelium

We have explored the properties of a Ca²⁺-dependent cell-signalling pathway that becomes active when cultured equine sweat gland cells are stimulated with ATP. The ATP-regulated, Ca²⁺-influx pathway allowed Sr²⁺ to enter the cytoplasm but permitted only a minimal influx of Ba²⁺. Experiments in which cells were repeatedly stimulated with ATP suggested that Sr²⁺, but not Ba²⁺, could become incorporated into the agonist-sensitive, cytoplasmic Ca²⁺ store. Further evidence for this was provided by experiments using ionomycin, a Ca²⁺ ionophore which has no affinity for Sr²⁺.     

亚硒酸钠对人胃腺癌细胞线粒体结构与功能的影响

3×10~(-4)mol/l亚硒酸钠处理人胃腺癌MGc80-3细胞后,线粒体结构发生了明显变化:线粒体结构典型,多呈短棒状,大小较一致,分布均匀,线粒体嵴明显增多,密度和长度增大,排列方向较一致,线粒体空泡化和嵴扩张现象显著减少,表现出与人正常胃粘膜原代培养细胞线粒体基本相似的特征,进一步分析与线粒体相关的细胞色素氧化酶活性,发现亚硒酸钠可以显著提高该酶活性,由此表明,亚硒酸钠通过改变胃癌细胞线粒体的恶性结构,使线粒体功能恢复正常,调节了细胞代谢机能,从而诱导胃癌细胞向正常细胞方向分化。
